Poor customer service by Phivos, the manager. Condescending attitude when questioned about a charge. Also, mislabeled and incorrectly placed products in the store confuse customers and reflect poorly on the caliber of management, with no apology for the errors just flippant responses. First and last time doing business there for me.
The veterans discount is the main reason I would shop at twin liquors or Total Wine. This particular store would not honor a veterans discount and proceeded to tell me that theyβve never offered a military/veterans discount...at any store π Inexplicably stopping an established practice is one thing, stating that it never existed is insulting. Adios Twin Liquors!
Canβt say enough good things about this location. I have been coming here for years but just recently started drinking whiskey and they have been very helpful making great selections.
Great place, great service and selection !
I love this store! Every staff member is always so nice and informative. Plus they offer great prices! You should buy your booze here!
Great prices and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend shopping here before any Mom and Pop stores.
Eh. Smaller selection than I expected. All I wanted was a reds wicked apple ale- blk cherry flavor, but nope. Every other liquor store has them except this one.
Great deals on specials and good prices on everything else... And I DO mean everything under the sun!!
I was impressed with the selections and the prices. Free samples as well.
Who does price matching?... Someone shouldnt be drinking if they cant afford it or asking you to price match...Just saying! This place along with the staff rocks :)
Just bought a 1.75 El Jimador snd a 1.75 Rich & Rare Reserve. Got home and compared to Specs, it cost $6 more at Twin. Never again
Hands down my favorite place to buy booze.
Sigh, barely stepped into the store before I was being followed and asked if I needed to be helped. As someone new to the city, maybe the other location(s) profiling is less obvious.
Rhay dont bother checking if thay have something drove up there just go them to have it
The clerk yesterday refused to honor the company price match policy. Gabriels had KJ Chardonnay for $6.99 and Simi Cabernet for $9.99. The clerk said that was just a lead-in price and that they were actually losing money. So what? Look at the company policy online. He was adamant so we left a bunch of liquor on the checkout counter to let him restock. Weve never been refused a price match here or at any of the other locations.
You cant beat their twin bottle deals.
I like this place, A LOT. Especially on Dollar Days Sales, save me $14 per bottle on the Barbancort I like.
Not great prices nor customer service
Excellent knowledge and service!
Doug is the bomb, knows what he is talking about.
Awesome selection of everything
Great service
