We had a blast on the Pedego tour of the Historic Missions in San Antonio. Our guides thought of everything. We had water and snacks in our bike kits. Our route took us along the beautiful San Antonio river. The path was well maintained, clean and safe. We saw cormorants, egrets, and great blue herons. We had plenty of time to walk around each mission site and take photos. Our tour began and ended at the Blue Star Brewing Company complex. A good place for an after-ride beer and lunch. Thanks for a great time! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience. PK the owner and our guide Noel for the tour on their Pedego E-Bikes through San Antonio were spectacular. This is a must do. My wife and I spent 5 days in San Antonio and we only wished we would have done this the first day of our arrival. Noel was able to show us many of the local areas to visit while he took us on our @ 11 mile tour and because we were using e-bikes I was not exhausted at the end of the tour.

My friend and I did the taco tour with Pedego Electric Bikes and it was by far the best experience of our trip!! The guide was extremely knowledgeable and took us to some great areas of San Antonio. Not only did we have some truly fantastic tacos, but we also biked by all the most notable murals and popular destinations in the city (The Alamo, Japanese Gardens, King William neighborhood, etc). We had a scheduling error from our end and the entire team was incredibly flexible and helpful. This is a must-do when coming to San Antonio for a visit!!

Pedego Electric Bikes SA took on us a personalized taco tour. Noel did a great job of showing us the local taco places and San Antonio street art. He was knowledgeable of the area and full of SA facts. We felt safe cycling around the city and hit all the big destinations: the Alamo, Japanese Gardens, and the King William part of town. The customer service was outstanding as they helped us fix a booking mistake on our end.

We had a blast renting bikes here. We toured San Antonio and had a great time. They suggested we get the Bluetooth helmets so my wife and I could communicate the whole time. Great place, super helpful staff.

This place is awesome and get great service. We were there on Labor Day and rented two electric bikes It was very helpful and easy to use. We are thinking of buying one or two because we love them so much.

We really had a phenomenal experience with the Bikes! If you are looking for electric bikes look no further, this is a must visit place. The staff is really well informed about the bikes along with a wide range of accessories to chose from. Will definitely revisit!

I am so glad that Pedego is in San Antonio, soon I hope to buy my first electric bike with them and save a ton of time and money on my commutes. The associate, Jamie, was incredibly helpful to explain the large selection of electric bikes and the services offered by Pedego. Being able to take the bikes for a test ride was so fun!

We had the best time on the mission trail this afternoon! Meeting at the brewery was the perfect spot to hop on the bike trail, and a 30 min walk down the river walk from our downtown hotel. The bikes were AMAZING (we’re already talking about whether or not we should buy one for ourselves at home 😂) and when we were running late the guys at Pedego met us at The San Jose mission so we wouldn’t miss out on our last stop. Can’t recommend this experience highly enough (you just may want to do a 2-3 hour rental when coming in the summer instead of the whole day - it got real hot after 4+ hours!). Definitely going to come back and use Pedego again next time we’re in town! Thank you guys!!

We met some people while RVing with the pedego bikes who were really enjoying them. We wanted to check them out and found this shop in San Antonio. Great visit with the owner who answered all our questions. She was very knowledgeable and a great sales person. High quality product and would recommend these bikes! Easy to make reservations, easy to find location, we had never ridden an e-bike before so we were given instructions and some time to practice before heading out. Our tour guide was personable and fun and pointed out artwork around town. Will return to do another tour!

Amazing service, Pedego delivered right to our hotel door, gave a thorough training on how to use the bikes. When we were done, they came to our hotel and picked up the bikes. First class service all the way.This was by far the best way to see San Antonio and especially the Mission Trail!

This place is awesome! They fixed my ratty eAhora brand (definitely NOT one of Pedegos bikes) e-bike that had a faulty crank case which caused all kinds of issues and broke my chain and derailleur. Not to mention the brakes were not even setup properly at first! Id heard a lot about shops not wanting to touch e-bikes, especially ones that arent theirs, but as long as they didnt have to do any electrical work they agreed to fix it. The electrical was fine so I took it in. After a week (mostly waiting for a part to arrive) they called and said it was ready. Ive been riding happily ever since! Very very reasonable repair bill. Go to this place, theyre great. I shouldve bought a bike from Pedego but theyre not cheap. You get what you pay for in this world, however.

My experience with this store MADE ME want to write a review!!! We did a group tour for 8 people and we had a blast. The warm welcome & customer service was awesome, and every thing was set up and ready to go when we got there. They gave us thorough instructions on how to operate the bikes and let us test them out in the parking lot before we set off. Payal and Jamie (staff) made us feel special & safe the entire time...and and i must tell you, it is a great way to see the city....not to mention, we werent too tired after a long ride on these e-bikes! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a novel/unique experience for family, friends or even a corporate event!Kudos to Pedego SA!

The owner was so helpful to me when making our reservation. She answered all my questions and gave us some helpful advice. On the day we rented the electric bikes they gave us thorough instructions and made sure we new how to drive them correctly before departing She gave us her card and said call for any reason. The bike shop is located very close to an amazing park and she also suggested The Pearl Brewery for a lunch stop! We loved it. So many restaurants to choose from!We would highly recommend Pedego for a rental or for purchase. Our electric bikes we used were amazing. Easy to handle and operate!Thanks so much!!!

We had the best experience here. We were traveling from Wyoming to San Antonio and my husband‘s bike fell off the bike rack. We brought it in on a Sunday afternoon and they had it fixed by Monday afternoon and we picked it up Tuesday morning. They are the nicest people and we bought some other things from them my husbands saddlebags ruined so he bought new ones which they had in stock and I bought the cutest fender covers on my bike.They even put the fender covers on my bike and we couldn’t recommend them any more highly. The owner even cleaned my bike for me without my even asking

Excellent service and support. This was an excellent idea during covid. Tour the missions using ebikes. Pedego took care of us. They drove the bikes down to blue star for us and picked them up. They made sure we were fitted to our bikes, went over how to use them, and had us ride around the parking lot to make sure we were satisfied with our choices. No hassle, no fuss. They included helmets and locks for the day. It was great family fun and we avoided the crowds. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Predego Electric Bikes are a fantastic investment in your health. I had surgery a year ago and my legs were still too weak for me to ride a traditional bicycle. I found Pedego was opening a new store and I contacted them on their website.The staff at the San Antonio Location was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted a red classic cruiser and they built it for me overnight and they very patiently explained how everything worked. I was told I was the very first person in San Antonio,Texas to by a bicycle from this new store.My experience of riding a Pedego bicycle has been an excellent one. The bicycle I got handles going up and down the steep hills in my neighborhood very smoothly and the pedal assist is perfect for overall cruising.Pedego bicycle is also an excellent investment because if it’s high quality materials and if your bicycle is ever stolen your bicycle will be replaced for free...Thank you Payal and staff!!
