This companys website proudly advertises FREE NATIONWIDE SHIPPING! ...and its unfortunately its a lie. First off, they mean free shipping to one of their distribution warehouses, then pickup by the customer. Now, that would have been just fine by me, if it were actually nationwide. Im in Denver. Not exactly the middle of nowhere. When people advertise nationwide, I assume that includes somewhere at least decently close. Id have gladly driven to Fort Collins or Colorado Springs, even. Nope. I was told that the closest pickup location for me for which the free nationwide shipping would apply was ONE THOUSAND MILES AWAY in Houston. Otherwise, shipping was several hundred dollars. Sorry, but any way you spin it, thats shady business practice and false advertising. A 1,000 mile radius of no service is not nationwide. At least modify the website to say free delivery for customer pickup at warehouses located in [City], [City], and [City]... This was just thoroughly disappointing.

I received very informed and understanding assistance from Noe. He offered several options in my preferred price range for flooring, cabinets and countertops and I really appreciate that there was no pressure while I thought about these options. I couldnt be happier by the prices and service provided. This will be a pricey renovation for me but I know this is where Ill go for future renovations based on how they are making this renovation work within my budget. Noe totally worked with me, saving me money but also emphasizing where cutting corners in other areas would not be to my advantage.

We were able to find the tile we needed (which tile was no longer being manufactured) and fix our tile shower. Speedy, FREE delivery. Very seamless buying experience.

Poor business ethics. Purchased 90 sheets of OSB cash and only picked up 30, I come back a week later and they sold the material I paid for.And the owners response, what do you want me to do? I sold it. No sympathy.
