We were very pleased with the people at New Generation Kitchen and Bath. We had never done a kitchen renovation before and Sarah was a great resource for planning and guiding us through the options available. Allen was very responsive to any concerns we had as the project progressed. The people that did the work (sheet rock, tile work, electrician, plumber) were experienced and it showed. We would use New Generation Kitchen and Bath again.

We came to New Generation Kitchen & Bath after a little incident with our dishwasher caused flooding & damage in our home that needed to be repaired. We had planned to renovate eventually, but this sped up our timeline exponentially. Working with insurance was an absolute nightmare but NGK&B helped ease the frustration and made the process with them a BREEZE. We had some setbacks along the way and it took much longer than wed hoped (insurances fault), I now have the kitchen of my dreams.... Allen, Anne, Sarah... and the two guys that were here working with Allen, are all superb! I wish I had caught their names! We plan on using them for all of our future renovations and already have a quote to begin the next. :)

We hired New Generation Kitchen & Bath to remodel our master bathroom. This is the second project they have done for us, the first was a kitchen remodel. We were happy with the cost, as their bid was the lowest and the quality of the work was A+++. The project was completed on time and we were kept informed through out the process. We really appreciated the first rate customer service and they treated us like we were there first priority. We love our new bathroom.

Very flexible company willing to go outside the box to provide the kitchen you want, even modifying cabinets to fit. We were very impressed with the quality of their work and answering our questions. Will recommend them highly to anyone who wants a kitchen they will love!

We needed our bathroom renovated from a tub to a shower for my mother-in-law and it had to be done in the few weeks she was going to be out of town. We also took out the old fiberglass sinks and cabinets. Alan came out and measured, we went to the showroom and looked at many selections and Annie helped us put together our look. They completed the job in the timeframe we gave them. The work crews that came were on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. The photos prove what an excellent job they do. We highly recommend them.

From the beginning, to install of my countertops, the experience has been awesome. Everything was laid out up and in writing, the estimate was spot on. The quality of the workmanship by the installers was something to behold for me. They did not mind me watching nor did they mind the questions I had. I would not have made it to the end without Sara. Our project was to remodel our Kitchen, bathroom and install new floor tile in the living/dining areas of our home. We met with a total of 4 different contractors. The NGKB cost estimate was the best cost estimate. Their planning was the most comprehensive and helpful of all the contractors. They really spent a significant amount of time planning with us up front. The initial time estimate to complete the project was 2.5 weeks. The actual time period took about 3.5 weeks. There was a delay due to the cabinets being damaged when delivered to NGKB and we also added a couple of change requests into the project after work started. The quality of the work done by the workers was beautiful. My wife and I really love the results of our completed project. NGKB provided good communication and all the oversight/coordination for our project. They handled our questions and requests without issue. While the results were great we were not prepared for the dust from the bathroom remodeling. We were able to cover and contain the release of dust to one room. Some advance warning would have allowed us to prepare better.

We recently had our master bathroom and part of our kitchen done. We couldn’t be happier! Sarah and Allen were excellent with communication every step of the way! Santiago did an amazing job on our shower remodel, along with Gustavo and Jesus doing an amazing job on the kitchen remodel. They will definitely be our go to place for any remodeling in the future.

New Generation K&B did a great job remodeling our kitchen in 2017 so we hired them again a few weeks ago to renovate one of our bathrooms. The process was great from design to construction.We love working with them because they are punctual, follow through on their commitments, and offer great quality at a reasonable price point.Hope to use them again on future projects!

A great job. Annie and Allen worked with us every step of the way from concept to completion of the work. They were very transparent about materials and itemized costs. Allen is a very skilled craftsman and a perfectionist about his work. He made suggestions and improvements we hadnt thought about. All well worth it.

Remodeling a kitchen is a big expense all around, cabinets being the most expensive. We shopped around tirelessly and so happy we chose NGKB!! From getting high end cabinets within our budget to the install. Everything was seamless!! The whole team was a pleasure to work with. Sarah was great at working with us to get the cabinets we wanted within reach, planning and rearranging, suggesting etc. No detail was left out. Allen was so professional installing our cabinets, very meticulous, we were impressed with the quality of work all around. We have remodeled many kitchens in the past, & this one stands out for quality, workmanship, integrity, and price. Cannot say enough good things about them!!!

In love with my kitchen!!!! Annie and Allen are great! Annie was so patient and helpful. I told her what I was looking for in a kitchen and she helped me make it a reality. She is very knowledgeable. Allen is patient and hard working. He was great about keeping me informed about the schedule. I knew what was going to be done and when. He does quality work. He and Annie are a great team! All the people that worked for them during the remodeling process were very nice and polite as well. I recommend New Generation kitchen and Bath to everyone. I met with other remodeling companies and New Generation kitchen and Bath is by far the best in town. You cant beat there prices and quality. They go above and beyond. I will be back to see them to remodel my bathrooms.

Annie is a dream to work with. She spent several days working with my wife on the design. My wife wanted several unique features that were not standard and Annie found a way to accommodate her. Most importantly the after the sale support is superb. We were forced to terminate our general contractor and Annie continued to support us in every way.If I were to do it again I would hire New Generation to install the cabinets as they have the experience needed to make the work look first rate. We had considered custom cabinets but decided to go with New Generaton. We could not be more please with the results. As the cabinet maker we hired to complete the install after firing our general contractor said: there is nothing wrong with pre-made cabinets as long as the installer knows what they are doing and that is so true. Annie has a full range of hardware for kitchens and baths and be fond her pricing to be very competitive. Thank you Annie for your excellent service

Annie and Alan were hands down awesome. Annie helped us picked the right bathroom design for our budget and was extremely respectful. Did not push and listened to what we wanted. Alan called to let me know he was on his way for installation, showed up on time. No issues what so ever. He was curteous and respectful as well. Our bathroom cabinets and granite look amazing!

Dear Annie and Allen,After doing some research and reading reviews we decided to go with this company. We have done upgrades on our old house with many other major names companies. We have never been satisfied. Glad to say we are very happy we our decision. The job was done in timely manner, fine quality etc. But what got our attention was the manner in which they all did the job. I would like everyone to know that if they think a full kitchen remodel is an over night task then youve been watching way too much TV. Life is really different than that.From start to finish our experience with New Generation Kitchen and Bath was something Id have to categorize as pleasant, professional, punctual and pretty darn great.We had gone to a few other places to get quotes and were actually surprised when we walked into New Generation. Monica was our first encounter, please forgive me but she is beautiful and that in and of itself scared us. But Monica has got to be the best in helping us design our kitchen. She worked with us and our quirky ideas and lack of design and fashion and helped us create this beautiful kitchen we are more than proud of.Their professionalism is second to none. NONE. They came out measured, re-measured, leveled drew, then measured again. We were told it would take about 4 weeks and it did take every bit of 4 weeks. They were easy to work with, notified us with their schedules, provided us with times and were very punctual. We never sat and waited for hours for them to come, we did have them work till late to get the job done.Allen is more than just a perfectionist and it showed. We had one finished cabinet rail that was rubbing so we called to have them come out and look at it. Allen not satisfied with just one, took a look at them all.The counter sub contractor only had great things to say about Allen and New Generation and the counters were put in place with the same craftsmanship and perfection that Allen has. New Generation worked with us on every detail. We had a different contractor put in the floor and we chose to stay with our plumber only because weve worked with him for years and New Generation was more than happy to accommodate.Our video shows the entire floor to crown molding we had installed and the end result was amazing. Thank you to Monica, Allen and everyone of the contractors who took part in the remodel of our kitchen. If we could give them a 10 we would and we are definitely going to have them do our master bath when the time comes.

I was shopping around for a new kitchen countertops and cabinets, being such a large purchase I explored several options from big box stores to specialty shops. From the first day Annie was great explained things thoroughly even though I had a lot of questions was always patient. I decided to purchase from Annie at new generation because the level of service provided over all other factors. And will definitely go back to them if ever in need again. Definetly recommend.

We cannot say enough good things about our kitchen remodel experience with Annie and Allen from New Generation Kitchen and Bath. We weren’t sure that we could afford a remodel after meeting with other contractors, but NGKB was able to transform our dated and inefficient kitchen to the new focal spot of the house and at a truly reasonable cost. We were rookies to remodeling and NGKB made it incredibly easy from start to finish. We especially appreciated the depth of their supply chain for tile, granite countertops, etc., as well as the awesome showroom and 3D computer visualizer which helped us tremendously during the design phase. NGKB is everything you hope for in a remodeling contractor: quality, affordable, timely, and professional.
