Long over due review. Pietra modified my kitchen island and installed new countertops for me in August of 2020. They were very professional and seamlessly coordinated the wood workers, plumber, electrician and countertop installers. They gave very tasteful advice and got the job done quickly and effortlessly. There are quite a few bad contractors out there and so I felt pretty fortunate to have found Pietra.

I was referred to Pantet by a good friend that works for a local custom home builder that has worked with them extensively. I could not be happier with the end-to-end experience that I had. They had a great selection across many price points at their location, and I worked with Cipe to select slabs for all of our bathrooms and kitchen. The fabrication was excellent, and the installers were friendly, professional, and very detail-oriented about their work. I wont hesitate to use them again and strongly recommend them.

Pleasant people to do business with. and a great quality product.I would recommend using them to friends and neighbors and would return to do mybathrooms in the near future. I learned allot about stone and how it can be a great investment in my home. Bought great sink for kitchen and got several referrals for plumbers and electricians. This made everything move along much better and made my life easier.

I Shopped for granite at 4 places. I have nothing good to say about three of them; in fact, if I bothered, I would write negative reviews for all three. Pantet was an entirely different experience. Megan helped me, and was VERY responsive and available to help me throughout the entire process. I cant say enough about how wonderful she was. But she wasnt; the only one. The man who cut my stone spoke with me, and took care to emphasize the portions I liked best. The men who installed the stone were also delightful. The difference in my experience at Pantet compared to all others in San Antonio cant be overstated. They were wonderful.

It was amazing experience! Literally has everything you are looking for! Joanna was super helpful. You can tell she takes her time to take care of her customers! If your going to this place I highley recommended, I also recommend that you ask for Joanna ! She’s definitely take care of you!

Excellent service from start to finish. Cipe was extremely helpful; Oscar came out and measured the day I looked at slabs; Louis did a great job making the templates; and Adam (and Brandon) was superb with the installation. Very clean and neat...helpful when I was trying to configure the faucet holes and did everything he could to make it perfect. Being a perfectionist myself, I could find nothing wrong with it! And that is saying a lot.

I remodeled my daughters kitchen this month, and, having no experience with San Antonio fabricators, happened to wander in to PG while shopping for granite. They were one of the only places open on Saturday. We couldnt be happier with the service, selection, price, and workmanship! These folks are top-notch start to finish! Megan was incredibly patient and helpful in finding the perfect countertops, which are not only beautiful, but also fit our budget. The fabrication work was excellent, and the stone was actually finished and installed earlier than they originally quoted us. The installer, Adam, was excellent as well, taking care not to damage all the shiny new kitchen bits. Hats off to all of you at PG, and thanks for a job well done!

I was looking for an exotic slab of granite for my outdoor kitchen, I wanted a really attractive and uncommon one and only Pantet took the task of searching it for me. I think they didn’t had it in stock but in a week they notified me of the ones they found available nationwide. I prefer to hire services that show theyll do their best to keep up with my expectations and better yet, the installers were extremely professional and polite. Because of this, I HIGHLY recommend Pantet Granite.

So delighted we worked with Cipe and Pietra Granite. Professionals from the start to finish. LOVE the transformation of our kitchen with the new Cambria countertops. Cipe patiently helped us select our sink and counter. Gave us expert advice that turned out beautifully. From demolition, to laser measurements, to installation all craftsmanship was great.

These people were great to work with from beginning to end. Before we decided on Pantet, I had read a 1-star review and was a bit hesitant to use them, but a friend had used them and sang their praises. We ended up buying our slab from another company and used Pantet as our fabricator and installer. They were helpful in answering my MANY questions, and actually had the countertops ready for install before I was ready for them. Oscar, the installer, came out and measured before they cut the granite. One of my counters is 13 feet long, so he put the one and only seam at the sink where it is barely noticeable, thanks to Oscars skills in working with granite. I could not be happier with the job that Oscar and Pantet did for us and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I am a general contractor in San Antonio and would strongly advise against using pantet for anything other than remnants. They are not professional and do not use quality installers. I have had to re do two jobs that they did for me. My fault for giving a second chance. Buyer beware. Many more qualified companies to choose from at same or better prices. They use the worst fabricators and installers.

A friend of mine recommended this place and I am glad that I chose this company to do my bathroom and kitchen countertops. The sales representative was very friendly and she helped me through the whole process. I was able to see how they fabricate the slabs by looking through the windows on the showroom. They installed the countertops a week later and I am overjoyed with how everything looks!!

I do not recommend using Pantet. They installed a cracked and broken bathroom counter top/back splash, and did not consult the contractor, or me, on how we wanted the slab cut and installed around the bath tub. Efforts to repair the crack made the counter top worse. There are many granite fabricators in San Antonio, pass on Pantet.

I am Real Estate Investor and only work with them, they always deliver what they promise, Ive done more than 5 different projects and know other investors in San Antonio that work with them, Definitely consider a bid from them if you ask me.

The price was good. Ther service not so much. The installers did not speak English (and I do not speak Spanish) and there was some serious miscommunication. They left my old countertops and sinks sitting in my driveway for 4-5 days. I called every day trying to resolve the issue and they didnt seem to care about it. Also, they mis measured the backsplash. I would not recommend.

Caution...Great price does not mean great service. I selected a remnant piece of granite with JJ for my new bathroom. She was very helpful and polite and helped me thoroughly inspect the stone. The person who came to measure was prompt and professional. After measurement was done, they scheduled my install date within expected 7-10 business days. The time given for install was 9-11 and I wrote it in my phone. The day prior I was called with confirmation of install time 9-11. When no one arrived by 11, I called and was told that my actual time was 9-12:30 and that I miss-understood the secretary. On install there was a circular stain on my granite that was not there prior to purchase. Even the installer said that it was a stain and not normal. I was also told by the installer that he had forgotten my backsplash and would be back later in the day to install it. The truth...my backsplash was broken in half. I met with Jorge the owner/manager (?) and was told repeatedly the stain was a natural part of the stone, but he would attempt to remove it with a stain remover. No luck...It didnt come out. There was not enough stone left to make another backsplash, so they glued the old one together. It looks OK, but is still a broken backsplash. Jorge made an appointment with me to come by and see both problems toady. Again I stayed home from 11-1 and he did not arrive. With great frustration I settled my bill this afternoon. On a slightly positive, note they did subtract $63 for the backsplash. Though JJ was a sweetheart and very patient, I would not overall recommend Pantet Granite.
