Great customer service and great knowledge of vehicles and parts. All they are missing is spark plugs. They have the best oil change prices in town.

When I went to the auto care center to get my tire changed I was informed that I had to wait an hour considering there was no vehicles in the bay at that time and three people sitting around I change the tire myself right in front of the bay took me 15 minutes didnt have to pay for it and went on my way I am very disappointed in the customer service at this particular store

Usually honestly and with integrity but December 26, 2020 Walmart on Austin highway tire department Middle age Hispanic employee led me to believe I was getting truck tires but put on car tires on my pickup truck. Informed the manager and she refused to even look or acknowledg what I was saying, luckily another customer witness and gave me his information so I can backup. Fortunate the head of the store and Jeremy the head of that department in a help me get my money back because I had purchased proper pickup truck tires from another place, In closing the negative experience turn out to be the most positive experience thanks Walmart thank you Jeremy

Excellent tire prices, warranty, and better prices on accessories! I wouldnt use them for oil change however. Ruined an oil pan because they dont hand start the tread. They use pneumatic tools and cross tread which causes oil leaks and dont own up to damage. NO ONE crawls under their vehicle to see if it was done right.Everything else, besides mechanic jobs seems to be spot on.

The price for an oil change is reasonable and they work as quickly as youd expect but I dont get the feeling the people back there know what theyre talking about. I asked the technician if they did headlight alignment and he said they only did batteries, tires, and oil. After going inside and seeing headlight installation on their Services sign, I asked the lady who rung up my oil change if they did any sort of alignment with that and she asked me three times if I meant battery installation before I just gave up. Again, this is despite headlight installation being explicitly listed on their price list.

The workers in the tire and lube section are rude and inconsiderate.

Bought my tires there and had them installed, I am very happy with there work

Got an oil change here and for some reason they didnt sill it correctly and oil was leaking out. I was upset that this happened however, Jeremy and Hector provide excellent customer service in resolving the problem.

Walmart normally doesnt have the best reputation for service, but I give credit where credit is due. I came in for a bad battery and the service I received was excellent! I was helped immediately, the service staff was courteous & the work was fast (about 30 mins). Cant complain. Id definitely go back to this location

Wonderful. Great job restoring my headlights. Did not have to wait a long time.

Stay away. Staff is less than useless, when the bother to answer the phone or pay attention to the customs. Service was even worse. My tire warranty that was supposed to cover replacement cost me 100$ to replace a tire. Flee!

Took my car for windshield wipers yesterday. Turned out they werent the right size. I talked to the mgr and he corrected the problem and didnt try to charge me extra.

Very helpful but they need more help. The girl was answering phones as a priority and ignoring inside customers.

I went in at 5pm to see about getting a front end allignment but was told the shop was closed because most of the technicians didnt show up for work. I wont be going back for anything.
