I went with paystubs and was able to get the car I had been wanting 💕 Colt the wonderful guy that helped me through the whole process was even able to LOWER my payments when I signed all the paper work for my car. It’s worth a look I found a great luxury car for super cheap and it has a warranty unlike what I’d get getting a cash car.

I did not feel pressured and was free to look at the vehicles and they kept a good distance and allowed me to look freely. After being turned away from a previous dealership earlier that day, my sister suggested that I visit Drive Time. I made a quick online appointment on the way over there which took about 2 minutes. They ran my credit, looked at my last check stub and then told me what my options were. It was a quick and easy process. Colt was my car salesman. He did an excellent job at showing and explaining to me each vehicle in full detail. When it came to the paper work, everything was pretty much cut and paste, straight to the point. He made sure that Id be able to make payments within my budget. I drove out of their with a 2015 Kia Optima. So yes, I do recommend this place especially if it is your first time financing a vehicle.

I would not use they they are great at sales and make everything sound wonderful but let your transmission go out and boom, youll see the real side of them, they will not help you just told us its on us no help they are not helpful and will leave you high and dry, terrible company

Very easy process and good customer service. Juan was great! Everything was explained thoroughly and easy to understand. I love my new SUV!Update: Buyers remorse to say the least. I had my SUV for 6 days before the check engine light came on, the vehicle wouldnt start, and the brakes almost went out while driving my son to school and I had to use the emergency brake to keep us from wrecking. We contacted Silver Rock regarding the issues and they sent us to pep boys to have the vehicle checked. Pep boys sent us to the Dodge dealer because they could not fix it since apparently several of the issues were under manufacturer warranty. My vehicle was in the shop the past 3.5 wks and I have successfully made one down payment and two car payments already on a vehicle I only had for six days in my actual possession. To top it off the numerous repairs the dealer had to make were not all covered by warranty so had to pay an extra $200 for a transmission flush because the vehicle had the wrong fluid put in it before purchase which caused the vehicle several malfunctions. Drive time claims to do checkpoint inspections on their vehicles however just be cautious because apparently they dont pay attention to which fluid belongs in their vehicles and the new owner will be responsible for the repairs if youre lucky enough to not crash and get injured from their careless oversights. Meanwhile drive time can only offer you an apology and transfer you to customer service to look into the issues at a future date because wasting your time for 1 month and happily taking your money for selling you a lemon isnt enough of an inconvenience. Buyers beware please! Yes used cars are always a risk when purchasing but it shouldnt be to this extent when the dealer you purchase from claims to do thorough inspections on the vehicles they sell you.

The sales team was great it did take a long time to get into my vehicle. I believe the test drive is to short I picked my car test drove it everything sounded fine. Took the car home while on the highway it started making a humming sound called the dealership told my to call the warranty company did that was told to take it to the shop where they had my car for a week to only fix two of the four wheel bearings that were bad. The warranty company didnt want to fix the rest shortly after getting it back a new problem started but that is not covered something to do with the heating and ac. So I tried to take it back to get into something else was told no have to pay it down to under 5000 and then maybe. This is my second car from them happy with the first but never going back Im stuck paying on something that they wouldnt fix all the way and know a knocking sound every time I get in to it to drive.

I have just completed the process for obtaining a new vehicle. This will be my first vehicle I have ever owned.
