Holly Bell is amazing!!! She deserves a promotion for her kind, honest, quick, & efficient service! The text videos the service technicians send of your vehicle inspection are also a plus. Vehicle repairs are expensive, so I appreciate the honest evaluation of what repairs are essential and the flexibility of not feeling pressured if I choose to delay repairs. I’ve been taking my Mini (Dorothy) in for about 3 years now…primarily in part of Holly’s awesome level of service!!!
Great experience with Mini of San Antonio.Our Salesman Zach patiently and expertly walked us through the building and design process and kept us informed during construction (Auto Plant in England) and the shipment across the Atlantic. The completed purchase took less than two hours and with the help of Xavier, the payment process was seamless as well. Mini of San Antonio even helped with specialized Veteran license plates. My experience at BMW has been nothing but excellent service. My service agent, Juan Cantu, is always there to greet me at my appointment time and very helpful in making sure my BMW stays in tip top shape. If the appointment will take a while, he’s got a loaner car ready when I arrive. As soon as car has been serviced, I get an inspection video. I love that! He’s kept my car running and looking great. He’s the best!
Check in - very smooth - they sent us with a paid uber home.Technician- Great and clear video report -Check out - not so great - the individual at the end of the process did not know what the car report was or what was needed moving forward. Most dealerships the technician can answer what should be the next steps for our car in terms of service. Also the car wash was poorly done which is strange for the level of attention during check-in and the service provided by the technician/mechanic.
I bought my 2019 Mini Countryman here and I love it! Emilio helped my husband and I find the right car and it was so nice to have someone that was passionate about helping us. He was very welcoming and helpful.
I’m new to the area, a transplant from Los Angeles and needed to have the state inspection completed so that I can register my Cooper S EV here in Texas.Destiny got me on a Saturday and kept me appraised as to how long the process would take. During the inspection the mechanic took a video so that I could see what he was seeing. That’s something new. I had not seen that in LA nor recently at the MBZ dealership here in San Antonio.Thanks and well done.

Very polite and masked employees. Large waiting area where I could sit alone and knit. Holly is very attentive to wait times. She printed out my warranty info so I am now aware of the dates that they expire. Holly also texted me with estimates of the time my car would be ready. Overall, a very good experience. My scheduled oil/filters change was just about due also. While fixing the faulty turn signal Holly suggested doing the maintenance now too. What a load off my mind! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Very pleasant experience with Mini. Was meet on the driveway by a friendly technician who had me checked in and in my loaner in a matter of minutes. Holly, from Mini Cooper, responded timely to my texts and phone calls. Car was repaired and ready to go in a few days. Pick up process was equally smooth.
Over the last few years, since getting my Mini, I’ve always had nothing but positive experiences at Mini of San Antonio. I just had some minor tune up type work done the other day, and as usual, everything went smoothly. It’s also worth mentioning, Holly Bell is outstanding at her job. She’s always very knowledgeable, cheerful, polite and really seems to enjoy what she does.
Great communication, I am 350 miles away sent my vehicle in on a transport and when they started to work on it right away, got a detailed video on what was needed so I could make decisions. I definitely recommend. I have my car back and everything is working in proper order.

Dealer offered an insulting $22,000 for our fully loaded MINI Countryman S (Iconic FWD) with around 33k miles after claiming to be straight forward and honest about the way they value trades. We got a better deal on a cleaner similar if not identical 1-owner vehicle with lower miles at another local dealership and nearly $6,000 more for our trade without having to negotiate ontop of that.Principle BMW/MINI of San Antonio appears to prefer making a profit over making a customer, military members included. BMW/MINI of Austin offered thousands more for comparison.Warranty experience:+⭐⭐Great service, helpful staff, quick turnaround, hassle-free. Holly and Destiny were very professional and knowledgeable.Comment to dealer:Many businesses with poor reviews like to excuse their actions and make light of the customers complaints/experience in an attempt to convince others to still do business with them.Please do not waste time with such PR responses and do not call me again asking me to edit or delete my review.
Holly Bell was Amazing. Worked very hard to get my insurance to fix everything that was wrong with my car. Kept me up to date with weekly reports. My car took longer than I expected, my insurance dropped the ball. However Holly Was fantastic.
I’ve had to take my mini convertible in 3 timesFor the same issue. Not because the repairs weren’t satisfactory, just another issue would appear and result in the same problem. Every time I went in, Holly was always so personable and helpful. She always kept me up to date on what was going on with my car.No one likes having to take their car in for service, but this is a great place to go if you have to! Thanks for making it not suck!

We arrived at Mini SA with an open mind. We knew making the deal we wanted may not happen right away. Zach starting helping us immediately. He asked all important questions. He knew our options, limits, and areas of flexibility. My husband and I took the vehicles of our choice out for a test drive and fell in Love! He catered to us from start to finish even helped us through our time crunch and working with us when I had to leave to pick up my kids from Austin Airport. Zach even put the Mini back into the showroom after my request of a picture with a bow. Needless to say we drove off the lot being new owners of a 2020 Mini and a Dodge Ram!. Thank you Zach! 😊
The quality of service and repairs are satisfactory. However, I always dread having anything done at Mini of San Antonio because I leave feeling abused because of my lack of automotive knowledge and taken advantage of monetarily. This time was no different…$300.00 for an oil/filter change and “required” diagnostic.
Best MINI/BMW dealership I have been too so far. I called that morning about my tire and they made me an appointment for the same day. They gave me a courtesy vehicle because they had to order my tire and keep the car there for a few days. I had bought some new mirror caps and they also installed them while my car was there, which was awesome that I didn’t need to make an additional appointment. My car came out nice and clean! The staff were all professional and quick to respond to me. I’m happy I have this dealership so close by for my MINI.

Very nice customer lounge, good communication level, and they went out of their way to minimize my inconvenience. Even though they ended up keeping the car for two and a half weeks (not their fault), they gave me a nice loaner and dropped off my vehicle to me even though I live two hours away. Great team effort!
When called regarding issue with my mini, the service department helped my right away. I got to my appointment, and everything was done within the time stated. The staff was attentive and courteous, and the warranty covered it. It’s always a pleasure going to this dealership.

I’ve never experienced any auto service center quite like BMW Mini of San Antonio before. Despite waiting almost five hours for my Mini Cooper to finally get checked out, I was able to enjoy a couple shots of espresso and some alone time in the specified wait area. The video David sent of my car issues when it was finally checked out was helpful and informative. Esperanza had suggested a finance plan since I can’t afford the total cost of repair out-of-pocket, which was also really helpful. The only reason this is a four is for Esperanza and and my alone time. You go, girl.
I had a horrible experience! Destiny Salinas was my service advisor and the manager Mr. Anthony Baerge also spoke to me about my car. There was a battery issue with my car this would be the third time I have replaced the battery on a 2017 model. I don’t understand how a car can go thru 4 batteries in less than 5 years. And mind you there is no warranty on a $400 battery. Someone is definitely dropping the ball here. I’m definitely going to corporate with this issue. Very upsetting and disappointing 😔
I was so impressed with the MINI dealership (in another state) where I purchased/leased three MINIs. UNTIL I came ton MINI SA!It is gorgeous, spacious, immaculate, with the most attentive and knowledgeable staff I’ve ever encountered!Very high-tech and efficient.Five stars doesn’t seem like enough!!!My lease is up in 18 months and I’m already trying to figure out which MINI I want next!!!

Went for an oil change and they found I had needed mounting brackets. They gave me a loaner and fixed my car. Sent me videos of the issues. Brian was my advisor and he was professional and always responded to my messages. I highly recommend if you have a Mini Cooper or BMW. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

DONT BUY YOUR MINI FROM HERE. Theyll tell you whatever to get you to buy the car but once your vehicle starts having issues (well, in this instance no issues, but I wanted the bonnet stripes installed in my Mini) it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to SERVICE AND PARTS. I left 2 messages with 2 receptionists who took down my information and promised someone would call me back. NO CALL. I also left 2 voicemails for the lady in the SERVICE department. NO CALL BACK. I tried to contact SERVICE and NO ANSWER. I have been trying to get ahold of someone since Monday and it is now Thursday and still NOTHING! I called this morning and the receptionist could not be more tacky and unprofessional. She literally GIGGLED at my predicament and kept me on hold for 10 minutes!! Very annoying. Very unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. What if my Mini was in a more serious condition? Do I have to fix it myself---or do you all expect me to go to a non-authorized dealer WHOSE EMPLOYEES ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE? RIDICULOUS.
Anyone going here is probably being overcharged. They were quoting me $450 for a light repair and an oil change. Here its $230 for an oil change other mini places its $130 with better customer service.The woman who was helping me said I didnt need an oil change for my car for another year or every 10,000 miles. I had owned the car for a year now and ran in 20,000 miles since buying it. Never asked about my mileage until I told her about it. Then told me it was going to take 4 hrs to diagnose my car even though I had an appointment. I called other shops and they quoted me on 2 hrs if I had made an appointment. They dont schedule appropriately for the amount of workers. The signs in the parking lot are not accurate at all either. If you take one wrong turn you are stuck in there.I was told my car would be done in 4 hrs. It sat there for over 16 hrs and no one contacted me. I left voice-mail and called multiple times with no answer or being sent to the wrong number. For a lightbulb change they were charging me $800. Ended up paying $200 to get my car out and only had to pay $50 parts and all to get it replaced. It took the other shop 30 minutes to fix and find the problem.Sitting in the waiting room a girl around my age walked in wanting a new tire. They took her car back and got her the new tire and charged her $350 for one of them and she didnt have enough because on the phone she was told a different price.Never coming back and would never recommend to anyone. They dont give you copies of any paperwork either. Destiny needs to work on what customer service is.

Brendon Cassil was exceptionally wonderful helping me. The customer service girl in the other hand wasn’t. She didn’t get all my information and didn’t ask if I was going to need a loaner. Thankfully Brendon helped fix the situation.
I had an appointment and was told by the service department that it would take approximately 4 hours for the service on my recall to be completed. When I arrived I was told by the woman that checked my car in that it would take an hour and a half to review my car and make sure it needed the part and then order the part! I would have to come back for the repair once the part came in. Not what I was told by the service department. I live 60 miles away. After the hour and a half wait the woman returned and told me I was in luck that they did have the part and were going to do the repair. 2 hours and 45 minutes later my service was complete. Although it appears that one hand doesnt know what the other is doing the mechanic was awesome. He fixed my recall plus let me know about issues my car was facing. The service woman also offered a loaner if I had the right insurance. I told her I had Germania and she indicated that they did not honor that insurance and put it in a category with The General and Fred Loya. Germania is one of the top four insurances in the state of Texas and not a pay as you go, payday loan type insurance! Not filing a claim, unsure why they dont take Germania insurance. I was pleasantly surprised with the car wash.

Destiny and the rest of the staff were great at taking care of me with a last minute engine light that come on -of course on a Friday. She was able to get me into a loaner vehicle and my car repairs were done quickly and efficiently. I had a third party insurance that they worked with and was able to get mostly everything covered. I am and was very satisfied with all of their services and will be going back again to get my vehicle serviced here again.
