I called last week to schedule an appointment to have my airbag recall fixed on my 2009 Honda Civic. I spoke to Leo from the service department and he set my appointment up for today at 7:45 AM. I also told him I would need a loaner car today and he agreed to have one waiting for me. I showed up at 7:45 AM this morning and Leo was there waiting for me and he had the loaner car sitting there ready. He advised me that it would probably be 1 PM before my car would be ready. He said if there were any changes he would get in contact with me. Eventually he called me to update me and I asked him if he could also replace the driver side visor since it was broken. He called and got a price and called me back and I agreed to let them replace the visor. Later he called and said my car was ready but I told him it might be a little while before I could get back since I was running errands and he said no problem. When I got back Leo had my car waiting and he even helped me move my groceries from my loaner car to my own car. I want to commend Leo for being so kind, friendly, courteous, reassuring and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my repairs today and I appreciate him so much for all that he did for me. I will soon be looking for another new car and I will definitely be buying another Honda from Fernandez Honda just like I did 11 years ago. Thanks again Leo and keep up the great work!! I would like to share my vwry,very, disappointing and dissatisfied experience with Fernandez Honda. Me and my husband had an appointment yesterday to see a car Hyundai Santa Fe, which we researched online, read the Carfax and all and we were ready to commit to the car as long as it drives well. My husband spoke to the concierge agent several times, making a clear, strong point that we are very interested in that particular car. The car just got a brand new engine with manufacture warranty, which made it even more appealing and with a price of 10k was a steal. My husband asked several time if we need to make an earlier appointment/the dealership opens at 9.00am/ and our appointment was at 11.00 am. The agent assured as it will be fine, because she had no information when the car will be ready to show. So we drove to dealership to see the car . The manager Joe was quick to come and greet us and informed us that the car was actually purchased 2 hours ago. So for a minute I had a hard time figuring out what have just happened. We had several calls with the concierge agent, she makes the appointments to show that car or as a matter of fact any other car and when you get there the car is gone.How is that even possible ...There is a huge disconnect...why do you need to have concierge agent...make all those appointments for car showing when the information is not related to the sales reps..and the cars are not even taken of their inventory showing list at least until the customer show up to see it...How come that is fair and is a good customer service. I get it concierge agent creates interest and customer traffic into the dealership and maybe you will get to see the car you are interested or will get A CAR ..eventually. From what were were told by the manager the customer, who purchased the car we were interested at was showed a different Santa Fe, which was out of their price range and the white Santa Fe happen to magically drove up by and as every good salesman should do the car was offered to the customer and they bought it.What really made me super mad was the fact we were offered to look at the Santa Fe, which the morning customer did not get, which was way out of my price range, and we got the manager cut of 2k to try and sell it to us, which you have put us in a lot of financial stress, instead of having a chance to look and purchased the other Santa Fe on much more affordable price and leave as a very satisfied customer.Will all that said I am taking my business somewhere else and so should you next potential customer

I went from a 769 to a 683 because several finance companies do not want to lend. Fernandez kept running my credit till they found one that did. The vehicle I signed for was for my mom at 9.9 apr.Don’t trust them!!!!UPDATE!!!!I emailed him at his request!I never received a response!!!I had 5 HARD CREDIT CHECKS from finance companies because of FERNANDEZ HONDA!!!!

Not the case! A vehicle I had bought here had a series of problems not to mention an infestation I was not aware about, and since my trade-in was purchased I was stuck buying what was on their lot, and also requiring another downpayment. Which a few months later had a ton of problems that cost me $4,000+. What a waste of time and money, that I as a single mom do not have.After my experience here, a few other coworkers of mine confirmed Honda Fernandez issues.If you are not buying a brand new vehicle, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! We bought our 2018 Nissan Rogue on 6/21/2021. We didnt have it 24 hours when the A/C went out and there was no parts to fix it. It was released back to us and it still gets cold then the heater cones on and gets hot. We have not driven this car but about 200 miles. On 6/27/2021 it over heated and list some coolest then the panic alarm went off and the car completely died and would not start leaving me and my family stranded until a tow truck could take it to your facility on 6/27/2021. I have asked for a loaner and cannot get one. I believe this car to be a lemon.

The communication from start to finish was effective, honest, and I got all the information I needed before deciding to take a 2h drive to SA. We were able to agree on the deal and once I arrived there were no unexpected surprises. Numbers stayed the same, deal details stayed the same, the car was in the exact condition as advertised and the whole process was smooth (as much as it can). It’s so sad when Honda. charges $188 to replace your key when they know that when the bobber breaks it’s very much a common issue. They told me $100 over the phone but they did not tell me $88 to program it. I will never come here again this is the 3rd time they’ve charge me out the butt for everything. They have no compassion. Purchased a CRV 2017, back lights don’t work. Took it in for repairs twice. Took it home. Same problem. Inconvenient now to take it back for a third time for same problem. I don’t live around the block to keep going back and forth. Somethings gotta give here. Not happy 😡Quick sale at the end of the month. Should’ve known better than to do business when they are trying to meet goals an quotas.Fix it or take it back.
