I received an Anniversary gift from my husband and it was a beautiful arrangement, however one of the items in the arrangement was stale. I mainly called the location because I just wanted to make sure that no one else got the same batch of chocolate covered pretzels. However, the lady that said she would look into the order and call me back......never did. I just dont think its very professional to say your going to call back and dont.
Everything was tasty, fresh, sweet, and wrapped very well. Delivered during scheduled time frame. Everything done extremely well to include the gifts presentation. Will definitely use again.

My Mothers Day Fruit Bouquet and freshly dipped chocolate pineapples 🍍 were absolutely wonderful and delicious. I placed an order to be delivered for my anniversary not knowing that the weather would get so bad (snow and ice) and I honestly didn’t think it would be delivered at all and I even forgot I ordered it. I had got off of a 20 hour shift at work, I was tired and struggling with my mental health big time. I was about to break down crying and I heard a knock at my door and it was the edible arrangement I ordered. They didn’t have to deliver it in the snow/ice but they did and made mine and my boyfriends anniversary exceptionally better which ended up turning into a great memory. Let me tell you how AMAZING this store is! I live in out of town and needed to get an order to one of my family members. I called and told them my dilemma and not only did they help me pick the PERFECT gift but they also went the extra step to make sure it was delivered on time. The crew at the Stone Oak Edible Arrangements were wonderful! I had a same day delivery and I had to call back to correct the gift card (my mistake). They were able to make sense of my crazy and surprise my sister with a wonderful treat. Love the new team!
This place is awesome! Recently changed ownership to a wonderful family that the wife grew up in San Antonio and graduated from Regan! The fruit arrangement was so beautiful and tasty. Sorry no pics as the kiddos ate it all so quick! Great birthday, anniversary, house warming, bring to a dinner idea. Love this place and the new owners.
Ordered a platter for delivery for an Easter get together. Upon delivery it looked like it had been dropped and was a mess. Called the site store to make it right and the woman we spoke with and sent a photo to was very nice and said she would send a replacement delivery the next day. Then she called us back to let us know the Manager said we can come pick up the replacement because Sometimes this is what happens when the fruit is small and doesnt fill the plate. Got a refund instead, ridiculous.
Picked up an order Thursday afternoon, fruit was bad on Friday!😳Called and spoke to someone who said his name was Greg. He was very argumentative and stated they use fresh fruit and once the order leaves the store they can’t do anything about it! Oh well, should’ve opened the box and checked before I left. I asked for the owners name so I could send an email or call and he refused to give out any info. For being the manager he was rude!!! I won’t return to this location!
Ordered a congratulatory arrangement of miniature cheesecakes and cookies for my sister and niece. They had both been selected employee of the month in their respective professions. They absolutely loved them! Both said treats were delicious! Would definitely order from them again.
Absolutely fantastic service. They were out of one item due to a delivery issue, but contacted me immediately and more than made up for it. The delivery person showed up at 8 PM on the 22nd. Was supposed to be delivered on valentines day. To top it all off there was HAIR in the platter. Horrible.
The worst! Unbelievable... This business needs to be shut down. What a scam... I placed an order days in advance, and they never delivered it. THAT DEFEATS THE ENTIRE PURPOSE IF YOU CANT DO A DELIVERY ON TIME. I placed my trust in this company, and they couldnt have dropped the ball any worse than they did. They wouldnt even answer the phone to let me know what was going on. What an embarrassment. I will never use this companies services, and I will do everything I can to inform people of what a worthless establishment they are so that no one else has to experience the level of disappointment I did. I live and work near Stone Oak, and have a huge network of people who will now never do business with you either. Do the world a favor, and close down your shop. You cant fulfill the most basic requirements of what your service entails.
Awful service! Ordered an arrangement for my daughter for Valentine’s Day and it was not ready at the time that I requested it. I arrived to pick it up and saw 10 other people waiting for their orders. One woman told me she had been waiting for over an hour. Another woman told me that she never got her arrangement delivered to her work from her husband. When I was finally helped I was told there was 200 orders before mine. I could not wait for my order to be ready as this was a gift for my daughter that needed to be given to her at a certain time. I received no apologies from any management, nor was I offered a discount or a coupon of any kind to make up for their mis-management and lack of professionalism. I was given a quick refund however, I think they were happy that they had one less order they had to make. When I told the woman who gave me the refund why they did not stop taking orders if they knew they did not have the Staff to make the orders, the woman told me that they were not going to turn down any orders for Valentine’s Day and let down their customers. She was completely unaware that she was already letting down her customers by not following through with the orders that were already placed. There were lots of disappointed people on Valentine’s Day, my daughter included.
My fiancé order chocolate for Valentine’s Day. It was suppose to be delivered to me at 2. However it did not. We went to the shop to see what was going on, because NO ONE was answering the phone! They stated the best they can do is give money back!!! Really??! It’s Valentine’s Day they were not prepared what so ever there was a guy in line that ordered two weeks ago and didn’t get his things! The people working there are so rude. This is the only edible arrangement that has been like this.

I travel for work, and unfortunately I cant always be there for special occasions with my wife and our three children. On Valentines day I placed an order for my wife and our two daughters. Yet they never delivered it! Not even a curticy call the day of. Now on 2/15/20 (real time). Ive attempted to call three times, just to be on hold for over 30 minutes... Never again! Poor management to say the least. They need to shut down.
As previously mentioned in the comments below, this is absolutely an unacceptable service in the Stone Oak community. I don’t live in San Antonio anymore, so making sure this was done for my mother was important since it was for Valentine’s Day. I’d called, I’d say about 9 times to try and speak with someone. Their phone service will ring off the hook and they do not pick up nor returned any of my calls or of the voicemails I’d left trying to both confirm a date change that happened to my order then later attempt to just cancel it all together and ask for a refund when my mother never received her order on Valentine’s Day. My receipt said it would be delivered Friday - then I received an email saying it was changed to 2/15... which she did end up getting today even after I left a voicemail saying if it wasn’t on the day of, “I’d like a refund.” this is a business, initially I’d blame it on errors happen because I do understand sometimes things happen, but after reading multiple peoples reviews of the same thing going into a year retrospectively on here clearly this is more than just an “oversight.”This is literally how they conduct their ‘business.’Why order an arrangement for a certain day, if you can’t have it delivered on that day?Even if it had been ordered the day of and it wasn’t able to be delivered that day; a professional courtesy call to me with a; “hi ma’am, unfortunately we are unable to make your order today as it was placed too late, I apologize but we will make it tomorrow,” would have been enough - anything other than silence would have been enough.The insane thing is that even after I called asking them to refund me and to cancel my order on a voicemail, it was delivered The Next Day anyway. My mother said that the person who delivered it didn’t even apologize for getting it there a day late. Seriously? Not even an apology and THAT is free.. it says delivery the 14th on the receipt, even she knew it obviously came late. Unacceptable.

By far the worst service of any public establishment I have ever experienced. Made a 90$ purchase complete with same day delivery ($14.00) on Saturday at 10 am and never got delivered! What??! Yes, you read that right. On my email confirmation it said that for residential deliveries they can deliver up to 9:00pm, so I waited. Then Sunday came and called and said it was on its way-never arrived. I was livid. Then it was Monday and I got a call to see if I wanted it to be delivered to the house... ARE YOU SERIOUS??! I calmly asked them to refund the entire amount. Getting nasty and telling them how I truly felt would have been pointless. Needless to say, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Buy your work fruit from HEB, hand dip your own strawberries, and itll be cheaper for you and you can rest assured it will be there for your special occasion! Awesome! This is what Im going to do next year!
I was out of town when my order was supposed to be delivered so it was rescheduled for a later date (Tuesday). I received the strawberries and when I opened the box you could tell they weren’t fresh. I tasted one- I was right. The strawberry was soft. I tried another one. Same thing. I should have called the stored immediately but I was very busy so I ended up calling Thursday and spoke with the Manger who was also the lady I talked to when I was out of town. All she said was “ok”... didn’t even apologize and attempt to make it right. My poor friend wasted his money. I will NEVER do business at that the Stone Oak location and I buy arrangements often. Horrible customer service Nicole... and you’re the manager.
Awful customer service. I was walking in as someone was walking out who happened to yell “someone else is coming in” I didn’t realize why she felt the need to say that until I waited myself for service and yelled “Hello” twice before anyone came out to assist. You could over hear their non work related conversation and when they walked out I mentioned I had been waiting the first girl said “ oh you were I didn’t even notice” the girl behind her was eating fruit off a stick. SUPER busy I guess. I went elsewhere. Won’t be back.
Ordered from this location for my best friends baby shwoer, and I have to say that I was impressed by the customer service. To be honest I was skeptical to order an Edible Arrangement because of past experiences. This was a great center piece for our dessert table! & they were open on Sunday for me to pick it up. Staff was friendly. Would order again
Went to pick up my order no one was there and no one answered the phone but they called back the next day. I was able to pick up my order and was given free goodies.

Had to go to the actual store to find out what happened because the phones were not being answered...too busy! Jimbo is rude! I will NEVER use Edible Arrangements again.

****UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT**** In the past couple weeks Ive ordered 3 arrangements from Edible Arrangements of Stone Oak for mothers day & a birthday and I am very pleased with the service and prompt delivery from this partictular store. Theyre very patient with me & my requests and every arrangement is fresh & beautifully created. Thank you to the new store owner Crystal and her amazing staff for exceeding my expectations.
My son, who is deployed overseas in the Navy, sent my daughter an edible arrangement for Christmas. They tried to deliver (before calling to get a gate code) which of course they couldnt get in. My son texted me all worried that they refused to make another attempt. To ease his mind, I told him I would take care of it. I called them and asked them if they call the receipents to find out if there is a security gate or not, and if there is one, obtain the code - BEFORE attempting to deliver. She said they try. I told her the situation my son was in and that he wanted to make sure she received it. I told them that a gate code was never obtained before delivery and that he was told he would have to pick it up and take it to her. Hes military, away from loved ones on Christmas, and out of the country and NO ONE took the initiative to help him out - yet hes put his life on the line to ensure they were kept safe here in the US. I was disgusted. I drove over an hour to Edible arrangements to speak to the manager. Oh, we are shorthanded and too busy to redeliver. I told him I was very upset at how they operate their business especially for such high priced fruit baskets. He acted like I was wasting his time, offered nothing (like a few chocolate strawberries or whatever) to rectify the situation and basically said if she wants it, I needed to take it to her. So thats what I did, not letting my daughter know about their horrible service so that all she would remember is the gift from her loving brother. Im sure Im not the first customer they have treated like this but I will never use this company again and word of mouth is much more powerful than any type of marketing attempts to drive business. No respect for the military nor for their customers.
This place is a scam. Ordered a fruit and chocolate combo for Mother’s Day.Only delivered partial order. Delivered the fruit and forgot the chocolate. They then give us the option of refund vs delivering the rest of the order after Mother’s Day was over. We opted for refund which they never did. Called several times and every time they claim they refunded and we have to wait at least 2-3 wks before we can see it in our accounts.It’s now September 4 months later and still nothing. Now they won’t even cooperate. Never will I ever do business with these people.

I received Cupids Berry Surprise, which was supposed to come with a bear and 10 balloons (3 additional bunches + the included 1). I received a watery mess that looked nothing like the picture, 8 balloons and no bear.There was so much water on my bouquet that it dripped across my floor as I carried it in, and by the time the water evaporated away it had turned the chocolate dipped items into chalky, unappealing things. I would venture to guess part of the reason is because my bouquets were delivered using a NORMAL COMPACT CAR and not from a refrigerated van as advertised on the website.It would have been nice to have received a checklist or receipt of what I shouldve gotten from the delivery person so I wouldnt have made my boyfriend feel badly that I didnt get what he had expected. Its not like he could call from Afghanistan just for this.As soon as I realized my order was wrong I tried to call the store to have it fixed. It was valentines day morning, but even so, it took me 12 calls in a row to get someone on the line. We went through the list of things I was supposed to receive, and yes, I was owed a bear. Id get it in the evening. We get off the line and I look at my balloons. 3 bunches and 1? So there should be ten (1 bunch = 3 balloons). I have 8. I call back to get my balloons fixed, and I am placed on hold then hung up on. I call back and speak to a 3rd person. I am told Ill get my balloons, bear, and a replacement bouquet in the evening.I will say that, yes, I did get my bouquet, bear and balloons. And the bouquet was much nicer. That is, not sopping wet. So at least theres that. Comparing the bouquet I received to the pictures online, I cant even call them the same thing. Online pictures show baskets quite *packed* with fruit, such that you cant even see between them. That is NOT what you receive. You receive a basket, with perhaps HALF the fruit advertised, with leafy KALE used to hide the thing they stab the fruit sticks into. The fruit pieces are very spaced out.This is my first time having anything to do with edible arrangements and it initially made a seriously unpleasant valentine, but at least they tried to fixed it for me in the end.I posted a picture (in the photo section on this page) of what was advertised on their website, and a picture of the bouquet I first received after letting most of the water evaporate off. Seeing them side by side is probably better than a written review. The replacement bouquet was a bit better, but still full of kale. Finally, lets say hypothetically the balloon is $5 and the bear is $5. Ask yourself if the bouquet and service I received looks worth $70 to you, then decide if you want to order from this edible arrangements.
False advertising!!!! I heard about the smoothies that are now being made at stores and was excited that the website to the location nearest to my work stated that they were now being served. When I got to the location I noticed a HUGE sign behind the register promoting their green smoothies and again the excitement hit as I was eager for something sweet. When I asked the guy behind the counter what exactly went into their green smoothies he looked me dead in the eyes and said, We dont serve smoothies here. I was shocked as the advertising was all over and asked, Well then why do you have a sign up for it? to which he responded, I dont know, thats up to the manager. and proceeded to walk to the back of the store before I even walked out of the door. Needless to say, I didnt get my sweet fix and am severely disappointed with the low grade customer service at this edible arrangement location. Note to self (and others): choose a different store.
They tried to deliver on Valentines day at the last minute. No one was home and they refused to leave it, even with my consent. My girlfriend returned home at 4 and I tried to reschedule (since Im out of town) and no go. To make matters worse they arent even answering the phones today. What good is an edible arrangement 3 days late? $130 wasted.

Last valentine everything look good tasted good but, they forgot the bear and the second arrangement they gave me a ugly white vase which should had been red . And on the third arrangement they forgot the balloon. But its a great gift to give to someone you love

This place has horrible service it told me to come at 3 PM (I live 35 min away from this area this was the closest one) and its currently 4:07 and still havent received because it they ran out of fruit ??? Thats the whole point aint it !!! Unbelievable need to hire different employees and a new manager never again will I come here

They were so friendly and didnt laugh at my ridiculous card message to my girlfriend. I cant say ive seen the end result of my arrangement but they gave me confidence that everhtnjng will be taken care of ! Thank you Yas and Crystal for a great experience- i was very nervous to come in the store and place my,order. I will be back !!
The door was locked and they didn’t answer the phone. We were supposed to pick something up and had to leave without what we ordered.
They were closed 😏. A note on the door said out for deliveries 🙄.
Both website and sign on door says they are open 10-3pm on Sundays. Drove all the way out there to find locked doors and no answer on the phone. If you are not open on sundays you should update your store hours.
They made a not so good situation okay. The delivery driver stayed late and delivered our arrangement. Today they proved everyone deserves a second chance
Its mothers day and i called about a surprise delivery from my daughters, but because I was in Houston, I was not going to be home. I called and they reassured me they would be open until 7. We rushed from Houston to pick up my arrangement at 6:34 and I was so disappointed that they were closed. I will never order from here and Im going to make sure my daughters never do either. I will pick up my surprise tomorrow.
