I purchased a nice 2 inch brush ($12.99), last week, from Smokerz. When I got home I saw it was too big for what I needed it for. I didnt use it.I dont get out but once a week, due to Coronavirus 19. I did get out today to do errands. One of my errands was to return the brush to Smokerz for an exchange of some sort. Alas, I didnt have a receipt!I wasnt able to exchange it....

Half of their products DO NOT WORK and now they have a policy of no return. They are scamming their customers by making them buy vapes that do not even turn on or the coil is burnt out. I bought several vapes and had to come back up to three times each time to return but now I will not be coming back due to their incapability of giving their customers properly working products for the money they spent.

What can I say they treated me wonderfully especially JOY is very professional in their work if I could give it a rating it would be 10 stars inside is very. And it makes you feel at home I come here all the time and they always treat me as if it were the first time with a very friendly warm greeting and especially with a smile I recommend 100% to come here because you find a variety of special products that you can only buy here thanks SMOKERS PARADIZE here at blanco Road.

This location is amazing!!!! I needed a battery in a crunch but was stuck at work. I called and spoke with the incredibly delightful Joy who was able to let me know their inventory and suggest a battery for me based on a short conversation. With her input I was able to add these guys to a custom Favor delivery (delivery service app) and within and hour my battery (stellar pick btw) and an energy drink were at my stores door!!!! How bad arse is that??!?!?!?! It truly is the little things in life. Thank you Joy, whos name couldnt be more perfect and SP for making my weekend 🤙🏽

Shop is clean and easy to find what you need. Joy was super helpful and knowledgeable; felt like I had a personal shopper. Probably why when I came in to spend $5 I ended up spending $60.Thank you Joy!Ill def be back.

Want a place that profits off of a pandemic, then choose smokerz paradize. Charging 2+ dollars for a mask when you can clearly be 6ft a part. I work for a small company only allowing 2 customers at a time. We do not charge for a mask or force you to leave! Horrible service for a small biz!

They guy I have worked and a blond girl and they have both been very helpful. They have a bunch of great stuff and seem to always have some kind of special. Once though some guy who I was told was a manager interrupted the clerk telling me about something in the store and was very rude and made me uncomfortable of how he treated the man behind the counter. The clerk handled it very well and only let me know it was a manager when I asked. I hope the employees are treated well because I have only had good experiences besides that angry manager man.

Great place, the manager is always nice and knows what shes doing. They have a wide selection of stuff. If they dont have something you need they will always get it for you and call you when they have it in. Much better than any other smoke shop out there.

Laaaaaaaaaame. Was steady ignored until I tried to handle something, then I was snapped at by some snarky little girl. Too many good headshops to encourage going here. Pick literally any other.

First time coming here, needed a new bowl . Had a very small section which kinda sucked but they did carry the smoke odor candles I love.

With so many stores around here no reason to come to this one. They clearly don’t take their business seriously.

Don’t come here! Had a terrible experience the employee called fellow guest a f***ing tool in the presence of a another guest and showed no apologies for it. And the place gives miss leading information and the gm is rude and showed no remorse on the phone and was just trying to rush me off the phone. Is this how they take care of people who buy almost 100 worth of product? I also bought a hookah and the employee forgot to package ALL of the pieces so they get easily distracted. Worst location ever.

So dont go to this place unless you like getting talked about behind your back. Plus if you go there for e-cig advice dont take it from them you might end up with a battery exploding on you, it has happened once already. In my opinion Maya isnt all she is cracked up to be and I wouldnt take her advice on anything, the only way she can keep people interested is by giving away free small things.

Stopped in on my lunch break to buy some vape juice and being a novice, I wasnt quite sure what to buy. But right when I walked in this super rad chick named Maya helped me out and answered ALLLLLL the questions I had and then some. We even had a great conversation about a couple of local glass artists and different vape preferences. Ive put off coming into this shop because the last three times Ive been in, the customer service was sub-par (even had an employee break my vape coil right in front of me and pretend it was my fault. I had an associate tell me that they didnt sell replacement parts or even the coils for the pen that I bought AT THIS LOCATION. But Maya was the complete opposite, when I told her that no other associate was even remotely helpful in finding the parts I needed, she looked at me and laughed and pulled a huge box of the coils I was looking for right off the shelf. she apologized for the shotty service that I had received the past few times and helped me pick out all the goodies I needed to get ready to go with my vape. She rocks for real. Im coming back FOR SURE for her to help me. Keep it up! :)

Associate had no idea what I was referring to not once but numerous occasions. When asked if she had any feedback if she didnt in know the product her answer is always no. You want to always lead with yes.
