I love to shop there because of the people. You can buy the same product almost anywhere, but will those places take the time to answer questions, explain products to suit your needs no they just want to make a sale. So trust the personal here and feel safe I DO

Great experience at Cloud Co. I was shopping around look for cheapest price, and I got all the same brand stuff for $20 less! Overall great experience!

First impression was amazing. I walked in and was overwhelmed by everything they offered. I was excited to see there selection of flavors of juice because they are located closer to my residents vs the other shop I normally visit. The guy that was helping me (never gave me his name) asked what flavors I liked. I described to him what I like so he had me start smelling the juices. None of them smelled of something Id like. He then proceeds to tell me that they dont taste like they smell. Which I never just smelled my juice. He talked to me as if I had been vaping all wrong and I dont really know what I like.Through small talk of me trying to figure out what juice I liked he asked where I normally go. He then proceeds to bash the other store he clearly knew nothing about. To me it seemed like he was trying to up sell a product that I can only get there but in reality I can find anywhere. I guess this is more of a review on the employee or it could be the store itself for allowing the employee to be this way. I see it has many great reviews, but I left extremely disappointed.

My tank broke right before closing. Aaron was wonderful to me and even when my puppy pooped and peed on floor. So sorry Aaron, thank you. I will now drive 30 miles to this store instead of going 1.4 miles to my normal store. Store is beautiful, classy, warm, inviting and I was treated wonderfully. Cant wait to go sit and watch TV and vape W good people. Awesome atmosphere.

I’ve been coming here for years to purchase Kratom, vape juice, coils etc. They have always taken good care of me due to my large orders; however, this last time, the prices I have paid for years DOUBLED. This is unfortunate, and will cause them to lose a $2000-$3000 a year customer. Other than that, I still love the products and selection, it’s just the doubling in price that will lead to me not being back nearly as often.Edit: The prices have fallen back down as of tonight when I came back into the store. They are almost back to being comparable to what I was paying before, so thank you for addressing this, and I will be a regular once again 👌👍.

I need to talk to an owner but there is no way in contacting them and the nice girl who works there doesnt have any info on them and the manager seems to only be on once a week.

I WAS coming to this shop for a long time for both Kratom and coils. Great prices, normally coils in stock. The “manager” Stephan sold me a box of Smok Baby Coils and told me they would fit my specific tank based on the coil it already had. They were visibly different but I trusted his word, and I regret that.But wait, THERES MORE :DNot only did he not give me a refund, but he THREW his “managerial” title at me several times and insisted that I come back to him personally and he would order my coils. I came back to the shop the next week like the “manager” had asked, and he told me to come back a later date. When I came back Last week, the next Thursday, no new coils for me, the “manager” didn’t even recognize me.On top of all that, I asked a different manager about their Kratom prices, he had an actual list of your prices, and I was being grossly, disgustingly overcharged for kratom......This has not happened with anyone at any of your other shops!

The place just opened, so there are many boxes around, but selection is extremely varied, and everything was well stocked. The Vape section was somewhat small when I went, but they had plenty of mid to high end options. Plenty of mods and atomizers too. The staff were extremely friendly and funny, and I could see myself hanging with some friends there once the lounge is put in place. Dope spot. Would recommend to anyone who vapes, smokes, or chills.

This place has smoke sick gear, and the manager is a pretty cool dude, they have a huge selection of vapes and its hard to choose what to get, this is my new go to spot for all my vaping needs!
