Manager was a joy to watch, energetic and courteous. Every employee had a smile and were out visibly asking customers if help was needed, and willing to get any shoe or item for them. NO WAIT, MASK A MUST. EXCELLENT job and Service

Great selection of different Sports shoes, but they dont have any in wide width

I had been to multiple shoe stores in different malls by the time I made a purchase here at this store. The reason why I made a purchase was the excellent customer service I received that made me feel valuable. In all of the other stores, I had to search for help and even then the employees were standing there talking and not paying attention to us. This store was different and made the purchase easy. I also liked that we were able to order on line because they didnt have our size, other stores didnt have that option which was disappointing considering the climate of brick and mortar shopping. Anyways, thanks to the team @ Champs Sports North Star.

Everyone working here was very nice and helpful, even on a very busy Saturday a couple weeks before Christmas.

I was shopping in store 14091 at North Star Mall, last Wednesday. The store had steady customers, but the employees were very inattentive. No one spoke as I walked through the entrance. No one asked if I needed any assistance. I shop Champs often. An employee (a bigger guy) walked by me several times as I was picking out Nike socks. He never asked if I needed help. I finally the female cashier (Breanna) for help. She went to the back to look for more socks. When I was checking out, I told the cashier that the employees lacked good customer service skills that night. She said they lacked help on the floor that night. That is a poor excuse. I will look for other stores to spend my money.

I would have walked out if Porsha didnt help me. She was friendly and patient with me until I found something I liked.

I didnt like the customer service we received today. I know people steal but treating a customer like they are going to steal the one shoe you allowed them to try on is not good. And on top of that not being friendly equals me never coming back to your store.

This store haa terrible customer service on the phone. I spent $700 on shoes & was supposed to get a pair delivered. I called a week later & just got put on hold for 15 minutes. I tried calling back & now its constantly busy! Dont go there.

Took the kids school shopping, I found the shoes and sizes my kids wanted.

NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY!Went to the store today with my drivers license that states I am a Veteran of the United States of America and I was told they could verify my service but the State of Texas could and therefore I was denied my Military Discount. Spoke with the manager and I was told there is nothing he could have done!

The employees are very unfriendly, they dont have positive attitudes to serve customers and even worse some of the staff are racists. Very disgusting of these employees in this store.
