Ive brought my daughters here on a few different occasions, each time was a good experience. Emily was always very sweet, positive, courteous, respectful, patient and helpful... Definitely professional. She made my daughter Tiaerrah feel comfortable and happy about the whole process.Everyone from the staff at the front desk to the eye doctors etc, all provide excellent customer service. They have a variety of selections. The office is always clean and never crowded. Other places may be bigger, but the service here is better in my opinion. From the moment I walked in I felt I had gone to the right eye doctor. My first visit to this doctor and the receptionist was offering me options. Based on the doctors findings it would determine what I would do. As my exam progressed the options were discussed as what to do next. I felt the doctor listened and was concerned about getting to the problem and not to give me something unnecessary. I would go to her again. Why did I wait so long?

Will definitely come back. I loved talking with the staff. Felt comfortable and I can tell the doctor really cared about what she was doing and wasnt trying to rush through the exam. I never felt pushed into getting extra services like xray photos or pupil dilation like I have at other places. I was in and out in 30 minutes.Clean, professional, and friendly!

My visit to the eye doctor was very good. They took measures to ensure my safety by checking my temperature, practice social distancing and all employees wore a mask. The rest of my visit was normal except I did notice staff were quick to wipe down the machines after each use. Good practice!!

Visited here to get my prescription put into a new pair of Oakley sunglasses. In the past Roland was very helpful. But he has sinceedt. The new staff member was the exact opposite of Roland. Not at all helpful and seemed bothered by me even being there. Basically, since my insurance only covers one eye exam every two years, I would need to get another eye exam before I can get my prescription put into my sunglasses. I had no problem with paying out-of-pocket for the lenses to be put into the sunglasses but the staff member did absolutely nothing to try and help the situation and offered no help. Just simply saying no we cant do that.

Northwest Family Eye Care has been a blessing every since someone recommended them to me. They have everything I have needed from just a regular eye exam and also making sure I don’t get glaucoma from the way my eyes developed. They answer all my question, give me plenty information, and just the most friendliest staff over all.

Appointment I told them my medical history that they took care of me like Family they exceeded my expectations, the Dr she was WONDERFUL they take their time to make sure that your they are accurate !!! & The other Dr who does frames walks you through measurements pricing and every thing you need to make sure your looking feeling and seeing good they accept different insurance plans including Medicaid and If your insurance or FSA doesnt cover the cost they give you additional saving and payment plans

Courteous staff (mostly) but very low quality glasses and the Doctor is a sweetheart but in my opinion, she doesnt know her right hand from her left when it comes to vision correction. So if youre looking to improve your vision, this is definitely NOT the eye care center to go to. Good place to buy frames though, because the customer service is good, but then again they hardly have any selection of frames, so youre back to square one.

This place is great for the care they offer. Its much friendlier than chain places that just want you in and out and buying their expensive glasses. Yes their selection is small but theyre willing to order you anything you need. Its not a big box store after all! But they are true to giving you good quality even if theres a mistake or issue. The optometrist is helpful and talks through any eye problems you may have to get you seeing right. Its a family eye care place for a reason - they dont wheel and deal you, and youre treated like family.

I really liked the doctor, she answered every single question I had and every question my 11 year old son had. Office staff is very friendly and courteous. I only had 1 problem, not enough frames to choose from. Very small selection, but the rest makes up for it. We will continue to go there!
