The best eye doctor I’ve been to! They have great customer service and are very knowledgeable. Could not recommend enough!!

Absolutely love this eye place! They have all of the tests that will make sure your eyes are great, Dr. Tellez is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She really cares about her patients! Her staff is also kind and sincere. Have no plans to change eye doctors, I trust her completely!

I’ve been going to Dr. Tellez for over 15 years and make the long drive once/twice a year. The service you get from Dr. Tellez is the best! She is very thorough and super empathetic with patients! Her staff has come & gone through all the years and I’m very pleased with them. They have never told me I cannot take my RX elsewhere, ever! Nor my contact lens RX! They are the best!

Each time we come here, the wait time seems to increase. It’s a amazing to me how long we have to wait for an eye exam even when we are the first appt of the day. This is our third visit. I kept hoping it will change, but it doesn’t. It also bothers me that I have to ask the doctor for a printed prescription. If you don’t ask, they won’t give it to you. I’m assuming they want you to only purchase glasses and contacts from their office. Lastly, the physical appearance of the office needs updating.

My first time here was not good due to front desk ladies not having it together. The exam part went well and the Dr. is nice and thorough. However, one older lady with the accent tells me im done and they will collect copay when my husband goes in for his appointment. Also my daughter was getting glasses prescription upgraded and so I leave the glasses with them. So again, the lady said I was good to go. I get a call like three days later telling me I left without paying like I did it intentionally. I explain what the one lady said and no apology given but just that they will collect copay over the phone. So I go by and pay. Its been two weeks and no call on my daughters glasses being ready. So I call them today and the younger hispanic girl at front says they don’t have them and is adamant they don’t after I continued to tell them yes they do. She had to also add that they don’t because she doesn’t see it in her system and that because I left without paying in an unpleasant tone along with they didn’t get measurements of my daughters eyes for lenses. I again stated I was told I was done, returned and paid. So after all that she finally decided to get up and check with the optometrist and sure enough they have the glasses. They need better communication between each other and better attitudes. Overall need training in customer service. We will not return nor refer to this place.

The staff are amazing who are some of the nicest and easiest people to speak to. I was just coming in to get a check up, and my day got turned around for the better just from the positive vibes at this place.

Dr Tellez is very through Plus takes the time to not only explain the results of the eye exam but also answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend her.

My family and I have been coming to Dr. Tellez for years. She and her staff are always kind and thorough. She took care of a serious eye condition for me several years ago and ensured I was healed. Today was our first experience with Dr. Moran and I enjoyed my visit just as much as always.

The front staff is extremely rude. They are very difficult to deal with and the office never let me leave with my prescriptions. They stated they only wanted me to fill them at their office (for 3 times the price). They also gave me the wrong box of contacts. I walked out the door (didn’t even make it to my car before noticing). When I walked back in to tell them, they said it would be a $40 restocking fee!!

Dr Téllez is awesome she is amazing with kids, very patient and kind. She has been our Dr since 2013 and we really enjoy seeing her.

Drs and staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable and explain terms and procedures in language you can understand.

The employees, with the exception of the optometrist and office manager are extremely misinformed, rude, and under trained. Not to mention the rediculously long wait time to be seen by the doctor. Needless to say, my family and I will NOT be returning to the Leon Springs location.
