I am so grateful for this practice. Today, I was experiencing an emergency and Illianna P was so kind, empathetic and eager to help me. It is very rare to find a kind and caring person/employee such as Illiana. I look forward to returning to this practice and referring potential patients here.

This was the best experience ever! I couldnt go by to drop off my prescription, but Lisa helped get everything ready & checked so that when I had a break at work, all I had to do was pick out my frames. Donna took her time with me & I never felt rushed. The selection is great & when I finally decided on a pair the process was fast. My glasses were ready by noon the next day! I was very impressed & I am happy with my selection!! I will definitely being going back for a pair of prescription sunglasses.**The only thing that was a little bit of trouble was parking & of no fault of the staff. The nearest parking lot charges $15 for 2 hours minimum but if you look around there will be a few spots along the street side. Just a heads up. When I went to pick up my glasses, my BF just waited in the truck at the hotel drive up and that was not a problem, since we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. I still will be going back regardless of the parking, it is so hard to find such excellent service!!Thanks again Donna & Lisa :)

Great service, wonderful selection y quick turn around. The staff was very helpful assisting during the selection of my glasses. They went beyond their duties to ensure I left the place happy and comfortable with the selection made. The first pair was ready within a couple of days, and the second pair within a few more days. Great quality of both glasses, and I am very happy with my purchase. They also assisted me providing different quotes of all the glasses I liked before making my decision. Thank you much!

I have been going to this location for years and love it. The manager, Lisa H., is very knowledgeable and is great at helping you pic the right glasses. The optometrist at this location is wonderful too. Dr. Johnson has the easiest touch and listens to you. She has gotten me in right away when I have had strange things happen to my eyes making sure I didnt need to go to a specialist. Both ladies are GREAT with kids as well!

Lisa is awesome! Drove all way to downtown SA from Austin as she provided us with the best deal and best customer service. I had been in SA and just dropped into the store and saw that they had such a large selection and some of the newest frames. Lisa was able to help me choose the correct frame for my face. Cant wait to get my new glasses and sport my new look!

This is not a reflection on this Texas location but rather the one in Dartmouth Massachusetts. The customer service from the general manager was unprofessional. He was not willing to work with me on setting up an earlier appointment for a contact lens fitting class, which they were scheduling out in late September and mandatory, all because he was short staffed! Her original eye appointment was end of July and he wanted us to wait almost 2 months before she could wear her contact lenses! It’s ludicrous that you would expect a 2 month wait for your eyewear! Buyer beware!

If I could put no stars I would. Over all my complete experience I have had with this company has been terrible. Glasses I purchased at the end of last year kept filling appart. Was told that they could do nothing because they are not insured. Eyeglass perscription was unable to be used at anyother website but visionworks. I went on the visionworks website and tried to place an order my card was charged but the website says my card was not accepted and the order was not placed. Called the customer care to explained that my card was charged but the order did not go through. They suggested I try with another form of payment and the first would fall off. So I tried again and the same thing happened. Now I have been charged twice for an order that the customer service agent says she cant authorize becasue she has no record of a charge even though both my accounts have been charged. I call once again to get some sort of resolution to the issue and was told just go in the store and purchase them and pay in the store. So basically they would like me to pay 3 times for one pair of glasses and the woman at the store says they dont have the glasses and the prices are not the same as the website. So I will end up paying more. Worst experience I have ever had and I am completely frustrsted and dont ever want to do business with them again.

I have been a long time customer at the Reno Nv. location. No longer will I ever give my business to them. Employee named Chris accused me of trying to steal a pair of glasses, when I received a pair of glasses I ordered in the mail (which took almost 3 months to receive), & then a week later they called me to pick up my glasses (which I guess they made another pair). So Chris handed the 2nd pair & said good bye, but I then pulled out the original pair which was mailed to me, & I told him about the mistake, in which he grabbed the 2nd pair out of my hand & basically accused me of trying to steal them . I guess being honest doesnt pay. I could of just walked out the door with the 2nd pair. Well since these glasses are only good for me, I asked him what they would do with them. He said they would throw the glass away & re-sell the frame. I asked what they would charge me for the 2nd pair, which he said he would sell them to me for half the price of the frame. I wanted to think about it & wear the new pair because they were a different type of lenses (progressive) which I never had before. So I called back in about a week & told them I would buy the 2nd pair. I went down to pick them up & paid the 1/2 price they quoted, & then noticed they removed the lenses & were only giving me the frames. Where as Chris accused me of trying to steal them & his manager Nikki did nothing about it. What great customer service (NOT). For them to remove the lenses which they were going to trash is the most ridicules thing I have ever heard. So who is the thief here.SincerelyTimothy BixbyReno Nv.

I purchased 2 new pairs of Rx glasses this past month. 1 pair of Computer glasses with progressive & transition lenses and 1 pair of polarized sunglasses.Great quality and a fast turnaround. I love Lisa, she always finds me the best frames for my face. She is one of the few people I will let pick out my glasses. I have a really bad prescription and if I go anywhere else they tell me I can only get thick frames but Lisa makes it work without thick frames. She also so spirited that she makes picking out glasses fun

This location, hands down, has the friendliest and most helpful staff of all the store locations in Texas that I have visited! They are quick to greet you and immediately let you know if you will have a waiting period for assistance. I now live in the Dallas area but make the drive to San Antonio to visit Lisa and her staff when I need to purchase new eye wear!

Dr. Johnson is amazing and helped me understand some of the ways my astigmatism affects my vision and gave me great advice on how to avoid making it worse.Ill definitely be coming back to see her anytime I need an eye exam.

I am overdue for new glasses and I would never go anywhere else. Ever. Lisa knows the business, and she is such a smooth salesperson that you feel like you have visited with a friend as you walk out with cool glasses ( at a minimum two pair) that you might not have picked out yourself but that look amazing. I need new sunglasses so Lisa here I come. Of course, I also send my husband and two teenage sons so she keeps us all in style with colored frames.

I love this place every time I visit the staff are always professional and courteous and they remember my name even. I had a problem with my contacts and they were replaced quickly. I have to say I love coming to this place.

This was in walking distance to my hotel on Houston street. I lost a nosepiece from my glasses. They were able to replace it, retighten, and clean my glasses for me at no charge. Id definitely return here if I had eyeglass problems in San Antonio in the future.

Selection was good. But they only have two people working and every time the phone rang she would get up to get it. I felt like I didn’t matter. Second time that i been to the main location at 175 East Houston StSuite 100. The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable and very friendly.

Ive never been there but I love to hear the stories about that place when Im at the bar. Especially from this one lady with her hair up because she has the T on everyone. When I hear her go on its like a blind person listening to a novela because I cant see it but I hear it lol. Keep entertaining me crew (I wonder if I can bring coffee and doughnuts).
