Love their products! The Hemp body lotion is my favorite, very moisturizing. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. Will be back!

I purchased online orders and I wanted to exchange for a different fragrance. I did not have my packing slip. The sales ladies made my exchange hassle free and they were friendly. I usually shop at a different body place but I am keeping my business at the body shop because of the pleasant employees!!!

I hadn’t been into a Body Shop in years. I’m glad there’s one here in San Antonio.The young woman working there today was so helpful. Mary took time to really tell me about each product based on my specific needs. She was wonderful!

Girls were drawn by the cute dog at the front. Went inside and dare all odd the different body supplies. Staff was very attentive and assisted right away. Was a little embarrassed because the first question I asked was; are there any gluten free products. Should have looked around 1st because Id all the advertisements stating Glenn free all natural anti cruelty (hence the dog lol). Then I was offered a free facial! Found out that I have been missing out on these wonderful products.

Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find product to help your needs. Thats why I go back.

Overly priced and and everything smells similar... If you like to buy things just because you can carry a bag around thats has a brands logo ... This is your place !
