Purchased shirts a month ago. Didnt use them right away but when I did the armpit un stitched not only to 1 shirt but 2 of the same color and type of shirts. Victoria wouldnt help me out because I bought them a month ago even though they sat for more then 2wks. I dont know what youve done with the shirts or how they were washed what could I possibly do with them, they sat in my craft room! Then when I did something with them they were washed no more then 2 times. So your telling me the shirts are disposable? Bad quality as well as horrible customer service!!! 1 star is to many.

I like this place but wish they had better customer service. I dont like that I have to call before I go because I live on the north side of town and a couple times I went they were closed so I have to make sure they are open and have the shirt I need. Its a very small place but they have shirts vinyl htc some koozies. Also they lock the door so they can stop you check your temperature make you get sanitizer and ask you if you had any symptoms of diarrhea, cough, headache, ect...

Needed 100% polyester youth shirts for SUBLIMATION. Called ahead because they are TOO far and very traffic congested there, was assured by a distracted owner that they had them and that she would put them aside for me. She was redirecting someone with a shelf or something, called me Cristina even though I never told her my name nor is it Cristina. Drove all the way over there, the guy checked the sizes of the shirts and I went on my way. Arrived home to find are 100% cotton. attempted to call the store but have yet to have someone call me to address it....the kids there are trying to get ahold of the owner to make sure im not lying I guess. Not worth the hassle.

Ive been trying to purchase shirts so I can pick them up upon arrival, to save time. But their online store indicates they are not accepting orders and its been like that for about a week (between the times I have attempted). I called but get a message that their voicemail has not been setup and no answers on my attempts. Today, I checked their Facebook and see a new number posted, so I called. A gentleman answers, with distraction in his tone, I inquire about a specific shirt and he tells me he doesnt have time to check and Ill have to come in because he has other customers, sorry.......... Im thinking, can you put me on hold for a minute rather than tell me you dont have time for me and you prefer I go out of my way to give you money (possibly). If I have to work that hard to give you money, its not worth it. I get it, we all get busy but try to be a little more professional. Good products but Ill unmatched service.

I never came back to the store. The owner started screaming at me because I interrupted her with inventory.The T-shirts I bought there were the worts quality.

Veronica’s store is amazing. Best selection and better quality vinyl than other stores. Her and all the employees there go overboard to make sure our needs are met. Customer for life!!!

Owners are very freiendly and know their product. They are very safe for the pandemic. If the door is locked do not leave. They lock the door so they have a chance to test everyone for a fever. Amazing service.

I came to buy some supplies I had my two year old daughter in hand, she would not let me in the store because I had my child. Stating that’s it’s some code as to why I couldn’t come in I don’t understand because there is nothing that states that children can’t come in a store my daughter also had on her mask.

I went during business hours and they were closed. I called on a second occasion to be sure they were open to make sure I didnt waste another trip. I was told they were open so I showed and had to wait to get in. When it was my turn to enter, I was told that my daughter could not enter because no children are allowed. I did not see notice of that on the website and was not told that by phone. I wasted another trip.

Great vinyl shop! Carries all sizes and colors of Bella Canvas shirts in v-neck & crew! Good variety of sticker and HTV. Always friendly and helpful!

People are very rude, not one time but two times. A statement saying your kids can wait in the car while you are inside is insane. Remember we are not to leave a child in the car by him- or herself.

Love their personal service. Always goes the extra mile for you.

The owner, Veronica is extremely rude. I left after hearing how rude and disgusting she talked to a customer that went inside her shop with her kid, saying only one person per family could be in the shop at the same time. What was she supposed to do with her kid, leave her in the car by herself? Will not be going back and definitely not recommending.

This place was the worst place I’ve ever been to they are very rude and not helpful at all or welcoming as a first time Customer I was not feeling it they made me feel like I did not know what I was looking for i will never again go there and you better believe it I will never recommend this place to no one 👎
