Hubby and I came in from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to spend our anniversary weekend here in San Antonio apparently I forgot my toiletries at home so I came to this Walmart which is about ten minutes from our hotel I was getting a few things that I forgot when I was looking for a makeup case the closing front end associates were trying to hurry me out of the store because they were closed!!! Mind you, my husband and myself (I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) are military veterans and I have never been so disrespected by the associates at this location!!!

Go to this Walmart all the time because it’s right down the street.This time was different. Needed some tank tops for work in the morning and one of there employees mislabeled the product at a different price and tried telling me I put the label on the package. Worked for Walmart in the past and accusing the customer of such stuff is very unprofessional. Teresa one of the managers that had a 24 year badge on her is the one that spoke to me. 24 years ? I wonder what else she has done and has gotten away with.Staff recently needs to understand that the customer should not be held responsible for the staffs mistakes. I hope the store manager can resolve this.

This is huge store. Once you get there and you can find anything and everything. Carts are being cleaned before one can take them. And entire store is super clean and staff is friendly specially at the self checkout place, if you stuck they are happy to help. I keep coming back to this location.

I placed an order for online pickup from this store. The next day I got an email saying my product was being substituted for something else. I tried calling to cancel my order because this is not what i wanted. I was on hold for 5 minutes, someone picked up and said they would transfer me to the right person. Waited on hold again and the phone randomly hung up. I called back, was on hold again for5 minutes and no one picked up this time and again it randomly hung up. Terrible customer service.

This Walmart location has a lot of great Christmas inventory left for anyone needing last minute gift or decorating ideas for the home. There are many sales on other items as well. The store is very clean and the baskets are sanitized for you so no worries about germs.

I visit many Walmarts this one is very clean the isles are wide and items are easy to get to. Thank you.

Its a nice and clean shopping environment. In my extra, people have been nice and helpful. Pretty well stocked even during back to school and college season rolled in.

Stacy and Tina are the worst manager ever. We had a defective product that was apparently non refundable, while yes I understand it is non refundable, when we called the store they stated they could refund it. Come to find out, the item was suppose to locked up and it wasn’t. Stacy proceeds to walk away and disappear. She send someone else to speak to us Tina, who is also very unhelpful, when we are speaking to her she can see i am upset and laughs to her coworker about us. We are told to call 1-800-Walmart. The number did not work. We ask for help and we had another employee help us as Tina disappears. After a while, Tina comes back from the back room and we ask for the number of the Regional Manager, she then goes away and never shows up again. The store is able to reach 1-800-Walmart, and we speak to them and they state that the store is in the wrong and wants to speak to Stacy. Stacy refuses to come back to the front to speak to them and states the call has to be transferred to her. So we are left there standing with no help, they turn the lights off with us in there which is rude, and we have to ask for Stacy multiple time and she finally comes up to the front after she is avoiding us for 30ish minutes. We then proceed to speak to her and Stacy sat there and belittled us and spoke down to us when she is in the wrong. Giant sign that states the have a copy of the return policy on hand, ask they do not have it, and proceeds to tell us that we should just look it up and that it’s common sense. She tells us it is an internal issue and that there is nothing she can do but after us being there for an hour she just gives us a gift card to shut us up and tells us goodnight. She just refuses to help. Stacy and Tina are incompetent managers who cannot help their customers when they are in the wrong.

Took me 5 minutes of hard work to dig a child car seat capable cart out of the storage hallway while 2 employees watched me struggle. The shopping experience itself was ok, until we went to cash out and there was only 2 registers open, both with huge lines

My only complaint is the outside of the business need some cleaning up like a parking lot dirty and unsafe maybe need to get some security the people at the bus station are shady and always begging for money and I feel sorry for them but at the same time I am grocery shopping I don’t wanna be harassed every time I come out of the store maybe more lights in the parking lot and what’s up with the hours Walmart should be 24/7 again especially for essential workers hello medical personnel who work right by the hospital! Please

Disappointed. Walmart is usually good at delivering items using FedEx. But this time some of my items were in my local store and they said they tried to deliver to me using Door Dash but couldnt find my home. So they returned my items to the warehouse and the online app changed to delayed even though it was clearly on the order. I requested a refund. I gave two stars because the FedEx part of my order was at my door the next day.

I have started using pickup and delivery and have been so pleased with the quality and efficiency from the crew at Walmart. In light of the pandemic Walmart has managed to streamline the service to be very user friendly. It’s a time saver for me for sure!

Great inventory, great staff. I just wish they would take more time to price all of their items. If they could have more scanners in the aisles it would be a much more pleasant experience.

This a huge Walmart Supercenter. I was amazed at its cleaniness and organization. I had no problem finding what I was searching for. I was greeted upon entering. And all the employees I interacted with were extremely nice.

I do a lot of curbside orders and have really good experiences, sometimes I dont see something was out and then have to go get it some where else so thats a bummer but otherwise I like the substitutions and am pleased with every employee who has helped me!

Ive been standing in paint for 20 minutes and have asked 3 different people to find assistance and yet no one has shown. I would say this is typical Wal Mart behavior. I will be canceling my credit card with them.

To say it’s unorganized and mismanaged beyond imagination is an understatement.

After visiting another “Wally World” and that store having no watch batteries I phoned this one before waiting a trip and wouldn’t you know it This Walmart has NO WATCH BATTERIES either!Mind you, watch batteries are used for everything where a button cell is required like your car key…and well, watches!So here’s the thing, I have absolutely NO CONFIDENCE IN Walmart! From now on Walmart is my LAST STOP not the first! That 1.5 billion dollars that Walmart passed around a couple of years back to train and equip its slovenly employees was an absolute waist of expenditure!WALMART IS A FAILED ENTERPRISE!

What’s not to love?Everything has a great price and the whole store is very well organized. Bathrooms are clean and staff is helpful. They have a wide variety of items and I believe are now distributing the COVID-19 vaccine!

Some workers in the (fresh) produce section arent doing their job when I comes to remove old out dated bag salads and fruit because there were bags of salad with 3 day old expiration dates. The bad thing is a worker had just stocked the section.

I ordered a pool online for the $298 price, and placed the order for pick up. Within four hours my order was canceled due to the item being high demand. I understand that things happen, but knowing that this item is high demand and in stock they should either not allow people to purchase this type of item online, or keep a much better inventory system. For example, if their inventory goes down to say five, then no one should be able to purchase this item online anymore. Because now I can get the item if Im willing to pay $798 for the pool and $450 for shipping. I can get a MUCH better quality pool for that.

Went to Auto Center for tire rotation and balance. Lots of employees but all just standing around they saw me drive up and just ignored us. Had to walk inside to check in vehicle. Terrible service it took them just under 3 hrs to complete Rotation and balance. Car just sat there with tires off while employees just stood around. Avoid this place for Auto Service

This place is the Vortex...designed specifically to draw in the unsuspecting. Hey have ya heard the detainment center rumours about Wally World. Take note of how many are near rail way service....hmmm might be handy for bringing in prisoners or those that shop at HEB.

Originally from Louisiana. This walmart was clean, stocked and organized. Workers were friendly... especially the lady the had greeting us.

I usually have Walmart deliver everything for me but I was right there in front of it so I went in and bought a bunch of things that I use around the house it was actually good to be in the store again

They always want to see my receipt for some reason. They want to stop everyone and check their receipts because we are all thieves apparently. I see the tall blonde guy almost knock over an old man scared the old guy because he came yelling running behind him that he needed to show his receipt. Why only have self checkout if you think we are all thieves? Why not actually give somebody a job and stop stealing money from the community. I have no idea why people want to shop here when they have a choice. Walmart hates people and you can fell it in your soul when you walk in

I ordered a dog bowl online on Sunday afternoon and instead of having it shipped to me, I picked it up on Monday since I was already going to be in the area anyway. Got it quicker and saved shipping costs. Only waited a couple of minutes before the item was brought to my car.

Its a Walmart. Having said that is nice, clean, never been crowded. Layout took getting used to.

Always clean and always a bit busy. I prefer to go a bit later, before they close the hour or two before. Sometimes a bit busy with staff working hard to stock everything. Large and plenty of options. Nice grocery selection too

Ive not been to Walmart in quite some time. But during the snowmageddon, they were one of few places open and stocked. Being bored in a hotel for days with a toddler, I needed something to do. We spend over an hour looking at every single toy in the very well stocked toy isles. Walmart always has just about everything you need.

This Walmart is clean and not overly busy. Of course they should hire more people for a faster checkout and help finding items.

Love shopping there and having fun and just hangout with a friends.

Pretty much your typical Walmart...and I dont mean that in a bad way. We had not been to this location for a long time and this store must have a new manager because its much cleaner and more organized than the last time we were in there👍

The people here are awesome! Friendly, helpful...great! Now the machines on the other hand...thumbs down! They dont take cash and tho helpful to a degree, I ALWAYS hafta call the little girl over to swipe her card and do her secret whatever...never fails...EVERYTIME! They have the best facial recognition technology money can buy but they cant tell that Im fifty years old and I hafta get permission from a teenager to buy spray paint!?!? Boo machines!!

Overall I wish they had baskets and smaller carts for those of us who want to purchase just a handful of items it never seems to surprise me how much I actually get to buy for so little. NGL this isn’t my go to shopping store but I can see why so many people flock here. I’ll stick to late hours and smaller crowds by going in the evening.

I went through the drive though to pick up my RxThen I had to enter the store for a short grocery list. Its always, clean and stocked.

Just left and my husband was stopped just beyond the door by a security for shoplifting. The security stopped him and demanded a receipt tore thru our things and found out he didnt know his job after all. He never apologized to us or put our things we had purchased back in the bag. Took one look at the receipt and seen of course we had paid for all the items. If this is the way you train a kid to insult your patrons count us out. This was humilating. My husband served this country and you have a kid security not old enough to even know life accuse my husband of stealing. You can go to hel-!

Really disappointed that the garden center says now open and you can walk in through there. Assumed after Costco I could make a quick run to get soil.... nope the two people they have back there is not able to man register..... what’s is the purpose of you can’t just quickly go in... on a weekend which should be the busiest so no reason to not! Otherwise don’t even have an entrance there! Went to HEB so I don’t have to deal w going into store.

The layout is different from any Walmart Ive been to, but they had everything I needed at a good price.

It makes no sense to not b able to return something to the place it originated from. Due to high amounts of fraud is not my problem to deal with. As a merchant you should figure that out without it effecting every consumer. Thats who you all should be putting your focus on.

Went for womens rain boots and was sorely disappointed. Shoe department was a mess and the only rain boots were for men. There was a couple miss matched womens. Ended up leaving empty handed.

My daughter and I were followed around the store for about 30 minutes by a man with no shopping cart or anything in his hands. I finally said something to him and he headed straight for the front door. One employee witnessed me confronting him and walked by with no concern. I will never return back to this Walmart and please be careful if you do!

This is the only Walmart Supercenter near me that Ill visit because its the cleanest, best-stocked, and the least busy out of the few Walmarts nearby. I can usually find what l need here. Its located near a busy intersection but its not too difficult to get into the parking lot.

Customer service center is a big and busy place to work. You need more than one person working the registers. Took 30 mins to take care of 3 people. 12 in line.

Layout is a little different than most others.

I had the carne guisada plate in mothers birthday. I was fine until later that night. Woke up to terrible cramps and later diarrhea for almost a week. That will be my last visit there! One a positive note the kids had a good time. But I will still never return.

Store clean but the cart guys careless of the electric scooters are pickup and charged. Elder folks complain the skooters the pick on the packing lot are hot. Store manager cluess.

This location has clean aisles and shelves and most items are well stocked with good product selection. Seems a bit on the small side for a supercenter and it feels like the store organization reflects this.

It may be just because for the last year Ive been plagued by the Wal-Marts around San Jose, CA: but this is definitely on the opposite end of the spectrum from there. Very clean, very organized. Every time I go there all of the self check out lanes work and theres never an overwhelming number of people there. Parking is abundant, and its next to Sonic, Costco, Chic Fil-A and some other good stuff.

This store has great customer service, curbside pick-up, and huge product selectons..

The shopping carts in this store are a tetanus factory. They are exceedingly rusted, and have been that way for at least two years. Its almost as if the management does not care. Ive been to other Walmarts in the area, and this one is unique with this issue. What a shame.

Few days ago I was shopping and purchased a new microwave for my mom along with my groceries. I asked for assistance to my car and you would have thought I asked for their unborn! One really pushy older woman in self check flatly said no, because it was raining and I dont mean for HER to help me anyone. Finally a really sweet young girl called for someone to help me but it took almost 30 minutes to get help with a large item. I went back to give the young man a tip as he was super polite and a lifesaver (I was really thinking about returning all my stuff before he got there) but the greeter at the door was once again grumpy old woman from self check and she said they dont accept tips! Wth I think she was making up her own rules. In future if I make a purchase of a large item and Im refused help, it WILL be returned immediately.

How can you not love Walmart? They have something for everyone at a reasonable price! Have to put a plug in for the people in the deli. Was there the other day, had the munchies bad but a young guy in the deli helped me and everything turned out great.

That sorry employee named JOHN in the automotive department yelled at my Dad saying THERES NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU HERE! When couldnt locate a part we had already ordered and paid for on line. Im pretty sure that JOHNS badge number was #25 but Im not sure. My Dad and I both kept our cool and reported him to the manager named JORDAN. THANK GOD FOR JORDAN. She was exemplary of what a manager should be. She first went to get chairs so we could sit and then she went to locate and return with our part. JORDAN DEFINITELY DESERVES A PROMOTION and recognition for her excellent customer service and problem solving skills. JORDAN is the only reason I will ever return to this Walmart location. JOHN on the other hand should either be fired or at the very least reprimanded and retrained for his own good and for the good of Walmart customers.

Food prices are outrageous! Why shop fresh produce here when you can get better quality at less cost right down the street. No bargains here.

It’s a Walmart! Everything you come to love & expect from Walmart- including the holiday bustle. Texas has the best Walmart checkers, though. And greeters. So friendly. PS- don’t shop in a new-to-you Walmart location in December with a toddler. Yes- I WAS that irritated mom with the screaming toddler in the cheese aisle. Sorry not sorry. I am a “person of Walmart” - whaddaya expect?

Store has a run-down feeling about it...especially the mens bathroom. McDonalds closed-up shop. Store staff was running on empty...blank looks and no interface with customers. Opted for an oil change...3rd in line. Sign says $19.95 Pitcrew special. I said, Ill take it. Technician walks off, mumbling about maybe not having the oil used by that special. Sure enough, she returns and tells me they dont have the oil for that special...so Id have to do the $29.99 special instead. I tokd her to go ahead...she completed yhe ticket and I am now waiting to talk to the car care center manager...want the $19.95 price.
