Costco is a great place to shop. They have really good bulk deals and the employees are very helpful. The store is also extremely clean. I enjoy going there a stocking up on all my favorite things. They also sell a variety of things, not just food. They have electronics, clothes, and furniture as well!

Thoroughly impressed with the organic and healthy choices available at Costco. I went for the almond butter, recommended by Thomas Delauer a health guru, and left buying a couple hundred dollars worth of healthful options. As a first time shopper, at Costco, normally I shop at Sams, I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with everything I bought. The store was clean and organized and Kyle, at check out and a lady at the door as we left, answered my questions on different memberships available. They were both graceful, courteous, and friendly as well as knowledgeable so kudos to the leaders for hiring competent individuals and the staff for being outstanding.

Highly satisfied with Costco’s variety in meats! This is the place to go to for prime beef - prime top sirloin steaks. Fresh produce, excellent customer service, and you can find almost about everything you need during your grocery run here! I’ve been a loyal member for five going on six years now and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made - well worth the annual executive fee!

Always busy! Need more disability carts. Employees do strive to accommodate persons with disabilities. One visit I ask for assistance. An upbeat young lady appeared and off we went. She had very personable approach and greatly improved my shopping experience.As for products, if you can find a desired item, buy it. Quality is found in most items. Costco is a fantastic big store!

So glad that after all these years I finally got a membership here! Wow this place is awesome, a real mecca to convenience and availability! Staff is super friendly and I am happy to report the pizza hype is for a good reason! Wow!

Great selection. I go to the one off 1604/281 primarily but they’ve been out of items I’ve been needing. Was in the area to try this one. It was crazy busy and hard to get out of parking lot. The line to leave was mixed with customer service. Wish it could be a little larger for two lines to form with membership. Not the worst but wouldn’t like it weekly for my Costco runs. Even the pharmacy and eye glasses got mixed up with shoppers in toiletries. There’s a good flow and workers are fast but definitely can make changes to some high traffic areas. Overall found what I needed.

Ok, started here because of variety of food!!! All the store in San Antonio are good but Costco offered new foods to try, decent prices. DO NOT BE FOOLED, do your math and .are sure it will save you money...We thought long and hard, we didnt sign up first trip... We dont need big bulk anymore so why go??? For us we wanted variety...Please do the math figure out what u want and if it will help or save you in the long run???Just a friendly voice of reason, most places can do or match you just need to know the why in my opinion...I could sell a thirsty man dirt but I choose to sell him the water encased in the dirt if he does his homework to find it....Good day friends...

No matter how many times I’ve bought their baked chicken it’s never done properly and it’s always under baked. Chicken when not done properly can make people sick. I’ve said million times that I’m not going to buy it and I didn’t for a long time but decided today I’ll try it again. Big mistake big, it’s all pink inside and bloody which is making me gag 🤮 but it’s not worth going back to return it since it’s more hassle to wait in line for $6.00. But I’m NEVER buying it again.

So I change my membership from Sams to Costco because I think its going to be better. I go to buy faboloso which is something on your website but Im told at your location that its not available. Youve got to be kidding me?!?! The one person that I was able to speak to at the store said oh what we havent had that for a while now. You have very few options on site in your warehouse for floor cleaning supplies. THERES MORE TO FLOOR CLEANING THAN PINE SOL AND LEMON LYSOL.This is a pathetic joke. I tried to find someone else to speak to and of course no one knows anything. So now Im off to go to Sams for whats left of my membership to pick up something that I should have been able to pick up at Costco. Try adding more options to make membership worthwhile. GET WITH THE PROGRAM

I brought my car to this location at 6:35 pm on Aug 5 2021 for a flat tire repair. The tire center employee refused to fix my tire because they were too busy.I was there 2 HOURS before closing, yet they refused. Unfortunately I was visiting from out of town and was frantically trying to find a place open to fix my tire.Thankfully, Austin at costco on N Loop 1604 was able to help me. He gave me a notice it might be a while but he was at least willing to help.

My favorite store of all time. Been members for a long time. First in Seattle then here in San Antonio for 22 years. We love this store. They have the best selection on everything from clothes to food. The best customer service on returns that we have ever experienced.

Had to visit the membership counter recently, before my shopping.The person behind the counter was very helpful and answered my question.Then I went on to shop and found a lot of items for my family.I also found the restroom clean and well maintained.The parking area has several handicap parking spaces.

This was our first time to Costco as new members. Been with Sams club for years so wanted to compare. The place was so crowded it was not really an enjoyable experience. The biggest gripe I have is that there is no scan and go like Sams has so I had to wait in the long line to check out. Costco does seem to have more stuff than Sams but I was hoping to be more impressed than I was.

First time Ive been in many years, this time I became a member instead of coming in with my family and let me tell yall how friendly and amazing they are at this location, Ronnie the one that helped me set up my membership was polite and amazing as well as funny! Very helpful too, just be prepared of course like many stores to deal with the crowds, this seemed to be a little more crazy but definitely worth it especially if you have a big family.

Ok seriously....look its Costco. I go once every couple of months. Finding the items I want in bulk is never an issue. Also the occasional odd purchase make every trip well worth it!

Gran opening store at Dove Creek. Went to experience the store and being a first-time member. Went to get the regular Costco card printed out and add a second party to membership. Right away this female we will call Karen greeted me with attitude with a tone NO customer service whats so ever. Hurrying me up mind you I have a Hispanic last name, which bother her cause her facial expression was so disrespectful. I HONESTLY REGET GETTING A MEMBERSHIP WITH COSTCO.

Customer service is poor, they should hire people that like to work and have a nice attitude.

My roommates and I do our grocery shopping here and never have a problem. Today I had a manager assume I was a child (I have visible professional tattoos) and go tell my brother (roommate) that I was dressed inappropriately and needed to go wait outside. I was wearing shorts and a long hoodie. Something a lot of people wear. And I confronted the manager about what the issue was and apparently another customer complained. And then the manager said I wasn’t wearing shorts so I showed him since my hoodie was long. And then he told me that shorts are round? I don’t understand what the problem is with wearing shorts and hoodie not why I needed to be kicked out over it.

Love going there. Great prices great customer service. This place help me while I was raising my kids with no child support. Local grocery stores could not beat the amount andprice I was paying for items I needed.

The independent optometrist at this location never answers their phone.. I’ve tried at least 10 times in the past 2 days and every time I have gotten the voicemail. I am also able to verify that they are open during the hours I am calling as their voicemail also lists out their hours of operation, but they never answer. Such a shame that Costco subleases their optometry offices to doctors that dont care.

If you have ever debated about getting a Costco membership.. do it! Ive been a Sams member for years and wont be renewing it. IMO Everything from the parking, the products, shopping experience, and the food court beats Sams. The parking spaces are very wide which is the first parking lot Ive ever seen in the city to be so spaced out. The variety and quality of the products available are great. Employees at self checkout are helpful and fast. Theres not a lot of options when it comes to the food court however I love the system in place to order food theres no long wait unlike Sams and you have to give the chicken bake a try. Overall Im a very happy new member ☺

Costco was fabulous! They have numerous products at reasonable prices. They need to have a store closer to where I live in Hollis, Oklahoma though. I would gladly buy a membership if they did.

If you need someone to help you find new glasses, look no further than the Costco Optical Department. Lauren is a rockstar. She helped us find the perfect glasses, was kind and friendly the whole time, even joking with us by the time we were done. Even though my vision insurance wasn’t accepted, it was still cheaper than going to Target. Looking forward to my new glasses!

This place offers quality products at affordable cost for a single person, for a small size of family or for a big family. Preplanned budget and product list is must when you enter this huge wholesale company warehouse otherwise there are chances you may spend extra !!

ANOTHER awesome shopping trip...got my own Mothers Day gift; BEAUTIFUL white/yellow gold Citizens watch..Plus my protein drinks, avocados, shirts for my son, etc....ALL excellent items; great help from Martin choosing my watch...every shopping trip at Costco is an adventure due to excellent help from the associates & FAST self-service check out....oh, plus great chocolate/strawberry sundae...a treat for me !!!

Stopped by Sat. 06-05-21 approx 2pm visiting the DeZavala Location from out of town, and wanted to pick-up a few items why house sitting for 2 weeks. As I was entering Costcos I remembered that I had been having trouble the last few time with my membership card and stopped in for a replacement. I spoke to Tami at the customer service counter and requested a new card, as I opened my wallet to retrieve my Drivers License to verify my identity she also asked me for my non working membership card which I told her I wasnt carrying it. She noticed a Costcos Card in my wallet (my sons) and asked me again for it a (2nd time) thinking I was lying to her. The card I was holding actually belonged to my son who is vacationing in Europe, who wanted me to pickup a few things for him/house while away, not knowing I also carry my own membership myself. Nevertheless (I felt) how could she Tami challenge my integrity while not even knowing me. Im a senior citizens and have no reason to have to lie to anyone for needing a simple card replacement. Integrity is a very huge and personal to me and I pride myself and my integrity. Moving forward I was so perturbed I wanted nothing done and retrieved my Drivers License from her without getting a replacement card. I also ask for a manager, I think his name was Mike, and gave him a declaration of what had occurred and the issues with Tami, and said he would speak with her on this matter. Costcos as always you scored a perfect 5 (Store) Customer Service Counter score a (1). As always Thank You for taking time to read this review. Its a little costly, but today it seems everywhere is... No big deals. Another high end store. I am sorry to say most of the customers were rude & pushy. Not my kinda place.

Returning this is incredibly easy, the place is always clean, and almost everyone respects the mask mandate even after it is no longer a requirement.

Costco is a well run, well stocked store that provides very good value if you are willing to buy in larger quantities. They have an amazing return policy that makes me willing to try different items, knowing Costco will take it back (without a receipt, but your membership card is needed for the return). The Costco near me recently closed their Photo Lab which was disappointing. But, the on line service is just as good. They are very conscientious with all the photo products like prints, canvas prints, holiday cards etc.Going to Costco is a Saturday ritual in my house. So check Costco out. TVs, cameras, fresh meat, bakery goods, clothes, groceries, fresh produce, wine, a liquor store, pharmacy, amazing prices for eyeglasses (I know people that join Costco just for eyeglasses) tires and batteries and so much more! The folks that work at Costco are friendly too ...

I LOVE Costco. Went to get a replacement computer (hello standard 2 year warranty!) and walked out with some amazing dumplings and a feeling of comfort knowing that some businesses still care about their employees and customers by making them wear masks! I cant wait for the location closer to us to open but this location is always great, too.

My first time going to one today! The Manager Jordaine was very helpful, patient (I had a fussy toddler) and had excellent customer service. All friendly employees.

Ok, I am reviewing this because I am thinking, what can I review and I just came here today!The Costco is very very clean and the food is affordable and quiete fast! If you are wondering, when will I EVER go to Costco for food? Welp if you have a birthday party and you need food average pizza price for other companies of pizza would average around 20$ per pie of pizza, but Costco pizza is 12$ and is giant, freshly made and SERIOUSLY NOT BAD! If you have 50 people at a party, and wanted 3 slices per kid, there is 12 slices in each pizza. 50/4 would be around 13 pizzas which is 13*13, so 169$. That is amazing! And is a easy and simple way to feed your kids and a party!Costco is also clean and has great prices! I needed to get a monitor, but monitors EVERY monitor is around 120$ but they only have 60hz, and 1080p, with 5 milisecond delays, but this 169$ monitor has 144hz, and 1ms delay, with amd free sync!Very good store!

I love Costco because as far as I have heard they tend to treat their workers good and pay good yet they still have some pretty great deals. Sometimes you have to really watch and make sure you need that much or if the huge quantity is really a good deal. One of the best things is their pizza at the food court I was so surprised that it was awesome!!! I go there just for the pizza sometimes for a quick, cheap while Im out and about bite to eat, or you can even take a fresh one hot from the oven home for like $10 and its huge! Other good deals are nice quality clothes for a discount. Also there made to beat food is kind of pricey but as far as what I have tried really good. This one is a nice one never had any complaints from me.

Need to buy in bulk? Shop at Costco. There is no limit on water or toilet tissue.You can buy a lot of groceries in bulk including drinks, fruits, bread. Oh you can also buy desserts in bulk! They large muffins, six per container, ranging from chocolate, blueberry to banana. Really good stuff

Always a good time at Costco, they brought back samples so thats cool! I went there with my family around 2pm and it was busy but we still managed to get everything we needed and has an easy check out.

Costco continues to offer excellent customer service, great prices a fair and generous return policy and a willingness to engage with the customers needs ...folks its not bargain basement shopping but it is worth it because the vetting that that do on their product testing and value are far above the rest.

The overall store is obviously awesome. Good for people who have kiddos....only thing I dont like is how the other guests look at myself & my fiancé. But, I dont expect anything less from that side of town. As far as the employees, I havent ran into one that wasnt respectful, courteous, & helpful...regardless of my appearance. So, most of the other customers there suck, not all of them. Good bang for your buck. Etc.

Costco personnel did an incredible job of handling all the people that came today for food. The weather really created some major trials for people who lost power during the storm. The line even though it was wrapped around the building went very quickly. They made sure no one was taking more than the allotted amount allowed.

So many employees to help out. Filled with kind attitudes and help without being pushy.

This is NO different from any other COSTCO. Excellent service, friendly staff, and great deals.

Went on Mon evening and it was not crowded. Was ready to check out about 7pm and walked right up to the check out with no line.

Good prices. Excellent quality. The size of the food items is too large for me.

I have never had an issue doing my shopping at Costco, but todays cashier(Brittany) was more interested in taking with the sack person(joseph)! Not one hello, hi etc... she was way too busy speaking with another employee! Even at the end of my over 300 dollar transaction did I get a thank you NOTHING AT ALL! VERY RUDE! the person checking my receipt was so nice and friendly as they always are.

In and out quickly, I still cant believe they dont open until 10 am.
