Clean and well organized, but definitely noticed a lack of staffing. JCPenney Corporate would be wise to actively address this staffing shortfall in order to build sales and maintain core standards without burning out your existing staff!!!

Id give 1/2 star if possible...the store at South Park Mall has a good selection of clothing and home items but the store is SO HOT which makes it very uncomfortable to stay in the store for very long. At least in my case theyve lost money because I would stay in the store to shop for longer and buy more items is if it was comfortable.

I love JCPenneys the only downside is I order from their app, and its supposed to be curbside pickup. but I always have to go inside to get my pickup. A little irritating and false leading . They shouldnt call it curbside pickup. If you have to go inside!

This was one of the places I always shopped for my kids clothes. A lot has changed with JCPs rewards program and the store atmosphere, so now I rarely shop here. JCPENNEY is Still a great option with all the sales and coupons they have. The only con for this place is the returns. Before the change you were able to return at any register or even the home department. Now its only two registers downstairs. It takes a lot longer to return items and the wait can be long. This actually keeps me from buying online with them now.

Staff is amazing. Help whenever you are In need of it. I recommend coming here for low priced apparel. Again dont let your worries get the best out of you! Ask away! Theyre willing to help everyone!

Soooooo Disappointed with the Jewelry department. Was going to buy two beautiful pearl necklaces that I had to wait 30 minutes to see was told I could not take them home but would have to come back and pick it up at a later date. They would not take cash but could take a debit card but we still would not get our stuff..will never return!!!!

One cash register open line was too long people trying to return items on same line. Returns shouldve have been done some where else. So the purchase line wouldve gone quicker.

Purchased a diamond ring. Diamond Hegel out after three weeks. 5 weeks to repair. Diamond fell out again and now they “can’t find” my care plan info that I paid for. They also refused to give me credit towards another ring here. How convenient that you can find all of my information except what I need to repair the faulty ring you sold me. Unacceptable.

An organization doesnt survive, especially in this age, for 119 years with poor customer service. JC Penney has always been a beacon for others to follow. Clean and organized stores. Friendly and helpful staff. This is why we keep going back.

Jcpenny always have great sale and customer service do best to help, but South Park Mall Jcpenny need fix there AC always breaking down on weekends. You get more customers on weekends think about the customer you want business, fix the AC and dressing room

Pro: I found some cool career clothes on sale. Con: It was hot as hell. It was uncomfortable having a sweaty back.

We scheduled haircuts and the boys haircuts had to rescheduled because when the original appt was made it was not scheduled with someone that cuts boys hair.Would not come back again. Three haircuts....and all three had to be fixed somewhere else.

Manager J.C. was very helpful and respectful, took his time to listen.

They have an okay selection of clothes for men. I do wish they had a little bit more variety thats what they offered for men for casual and so forth but not bad for the price

Jcpenny has lost its touch, But it is what it is. Best to order online as lines are longs at the store so please be patient. Happy Shopping!

Every time I try calling th store I can never reach anyone. This has happened so much that it is extremely frustrating. The 800 number is the same. They do answer but usually cant help you and refer you to the store. A circle of madness

Didn’t have a variety like they used to have abs now very expensive!! Just can’t believe the prices. I only go there to buy undergarments and that’s it.

I was I the shoe dept today with my mother and the girl that works in the shoe department was very rude. Rolling her eyes and giving attitude when my mother asked her questions about availability in certain shoes. She looked very miserable. Staff like that really drags the JCP brand down....hurts your image because we really dont want to go back after that. Rather go to Macys where they are much nicer

No customer service anywhere. It looks like they are closing down. We had to work hard to find a register to check out. Good sales going on. When we did find a register, the cashier did not greet us and she was not pleasant.

Found what I was looking for. Felt like it was waiting for me to purchase them. Happy customer! Had been to 2 other places an was disappointed.

It was a horrible experience. Had to wait at curbside for over 15 minutes and no one responded. Called the online pick up 3 times no answered. Finally had to go in to find out they did not have anyone toi man curbside. Ni apologies just excuses. Supervisor said Curbside is new and they are still learning. Unacceptable.

I had a 12pm appointment. I waited an hour just for a stylist to call me to the back. I asked for an inverted bob and got just a straight cut all the way around. Took 2 and half hours for my haircut itself. I gave 3 stars only because price and stylist washed cut blow dried and styled my hair

I went yesterday to make s payment. Havent been inside the store since the virus started. I stood where customers had always stood. Cashier told me to get in line in another area. I didnt like her tone of voice when she told me to move. She sounded very rude, like getting after a child. How was I suppose to know that they moved the line. There was no sign indicating where the line started. For this person to work with customers, she needs to be told to watch her tone in her voice. Management should talk to this individual and tell her to watch her manners.

Found quickly what I went for it took me more to to walk from parking lot then it took me to find my gift. Thanks jcp.

The staff this day were great. Great customer service received. Both girls gave a very warm welcome to not just us but everyone in their store. Jcpenney should be proud to have these employees working their optical department. The confidence they demonstrate is a huge plus on my books.
