We came here on a whim, we were across the street getting our dog groomed and it was going to take a few hours so we stopped by. We got the spinach calzones and they were amazing! So much ricotta in them...we then got dessert..I got a cannoli and my husband got the tiramisu..everything was delicious and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Serena the female barber just cut my sons hair and let me tell you she really came thru, last minute appointment and she stayed late and she did better then my sons past barbers, she’s really educated on cutting hair and I highly recommend her services. Plus my son said she was really gentle too that’s a plus! Thanks Serena see you in 2 weeks !

We just walked in here for the first time and ended up doing a carry-out pizza since they are not open for dine-in yet. It was just a 10 min wait. Cashier was friendly too and offered to carry it out to our car while it was raining outside. The pizza supreme was super delicious, and we cant wait to come back again.

Oven not working today. My husband waited probably 20 extra minutes beyond what they told him of when it would be ready. Traffic is bad, it’s hot outside, and the pizza is good but not so great we will do this again. We have gotten pizza from them 4 other times but today was the last. They could have offered a discount for the trouble or something. He did t ask, up to them to offer and keep customers.

Cosa Nostra is by far the best Italitan pizzeria I’ve been to in San Antonio. And here is why. The quality of the pizzas as well as their pastas are absolutely amazing. My son loves the boneless bbq chicken wings. The chef puts generous amount of fresh ingredients which makes the food even tastier. I’ve met with the owner/chef a couple of time when I went there to pick up pizzas who has been nothing but kind to me. The only sad thing is I won’t get to enjoy their food anymore as I will be leaving San Antonio.

The pizza here is really delicious and their lunch specials are a great for anyone looking for some sweet tasting pizza for lunch! But I must say if youre in a rush dont expect to get your check instantly because it does get busy around lunch time. Have yet to go for dinner but so far so good 👍

Very reasonably priced. We thought the pizza was exceptional. The crust was very nice... not too thick, not too thin. The service was very good! High marks on friendliness and attentiveness.

Great pizza and pasta! Just a disappointment when you are craving it, but they are too busy to take any orders because they have too many. Good to see a local restaurant that has recovered and doing well... will head over to Chins across the street and get some awesome Chinese food...he still needs more business!

Cosa Nostra is my absolute FAVORITE place to get pizza in San Antonio. The dough that they use for their pizza crust is absolutely delicious and the texture is perfect. I always get the margherita pizza and it’s just a dream. It’s fresh and beautiful and the flavors are on point. In addition to serving fantastic pizza, the staff at Cosa Nostra is always so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this lovely little gem! I wish I could eat here all the time!

We tried a custom calzone and pizza rolls. The pizza rolls disappeared to quickly to make their photo shoot lol. The place is very clean. The food tasted great. Good italian food. Cant wait to order from them again!

The Stromboli and chicken Alfredo were awesome and salad very fesh!. Picked up at 8:20 Friday. Youre missing out if you dont eat there or pick up from there. Really great!!!

Value of pizza for price was ridiculous bad. Pizza itself was sad n BLAND. We got 2 different 12 inch pies one Margarita and one veggie. Chicken wings so, so, very dry. Obviously old. Basic staple pizza order that was made fresh yet was just sadly not good.Service at counter was - meh.We drove 4 minutes to our new home & ate.We were ravenous after a day of moving back to SA. Figured we would try a nearby spot.Check out my numerous reviews. I normally do not post such negative review.However, AVOID THIS PLACE.

First time ordering from here. They will not give you a delivery time until after you place the order. Took 90 mins to get to us and when we got it it was not good. Pizza was cold, really hard to chew and rather bland. There are many other options around us, will not be ordering from them again.

Ive had my Cosa Nostra pizza nearly every Saturday for the past 6 years. It is my personal favorite, and, in my opinion, the best San Antonio has to offer.

Ordered a pizza and some t-ravs for delivery at 12:30. Told we would get it between 1:00-1:15. Called at 1:26. We were told that our original order was burnt because ‘there were a lot of orders before us’ (how do you burn something when you are last in line). We were also told it is coming out of the oven and we would have it in 10 to 12 minutes. No offer for discount, refund or any other compensation to make it right. End result: 18 minutes later we get our order. No apology, nothing. Annnnnddddd it was cold! If we weren’t so hungry, we would have taken it back. Could have called us to say there was a problem, but they didn’t. Never ordering here again!

Ordered delivery and they did not disappoint. Pizza was fresh and hot. Tasted great and was delivered quickly on a Saturday night at 8pm. Only waited about 30 minutes. Online ordering was easy and convenient. Crust was one of the best I’ve had. Great neighborhood joint. I’ve had papa John, Pizza Hut, dominoes and Marcos pizza. Cosa Nostra had them all beat.

Wow, first time trying Cosa Nostra and Im blown away by this perfect pizza by the slice!!!! Great fresh ingredients and they offer some really good lunch time deals! Definitely worth checking out and going back a second time!

The pizza is okay and the pasta dishes were fresh. However the prices are high for the portions. Adding chicken to a dish was $3 for maybe 2oz!! Service wasnt very good either. We had not been in a while and now I remember why. Will not be returning.

Nice quiet place to eat delicious Italian dish at night. I order myself chicken and spinach lasagna dish with some fried ravioli as appetizer. OMG it’s so freaking DELICIOUS!!!!All the staffs and owner are really friendly people that make sure my first visit was most memorable!I would definitely go there again!! 💗

This is my favorite Italian cuisine restaurant in San Antonio. The wait staff is friendly, they have a great menu with a lot of variety and fresh ingredients. My favorite are their pizzas because they have the perfect crusts. You have to eat here if you’re ever craving Italian food.

Mediocre, mediocre. mediocre. Staff was attentive, ordered the hotzerrella sticks and meat calzone... Hotzerrella had no jalapeno flavor did have a little heat at the end. The meat calzone was mediocre at best, bottom was hard to cut and almost at the burnt stage all over. the food was dry and unseasoned...

The pizza is good, but what sucks is that you have to leave a tip before you ever get your pizza when you order online. Can’t do it unless you have cash after the pizza is delivered. So. leave them 20%, they take a hour and get your order wrong, like they did for me. They still recieve a 20% tip. Hellva deal for them.

Pizza was ok. It was down the street from where we live and we wanted to try it out. The service was excellent though. Our waiter was very courteous and attentive. The 4 stars is for the waiter.

This place has great thin style crust pizza and great service. They also sell several pasta dishes. I recommend anyone who likes Italian food to try this restaurant out.
