I dont know what everyones problem is, these guys have always been great and helpful! I pop in maybe once a month, usually looking for gift basket fillers and trinkets.

The people who work are just rude, not a pleasant shopping experience what so ever. I would give 0 stars if I could. I walked in and asked if they sold scarfs, I didn’t bother looking around as I thought they would point me to them, I didn’t even get to finish what I was asking and just got a quick “no”. Incredibly rude, I looked around for myself and found scarfs. I’m confused, if they don’t want business and aren’t good in customer sales, why work?

I was really looking forward to checking this spot out as my mom recommended it. As soon as I stepped in the door as I was rudely stopped and was told “NO STROLLER”. As a new mom of twins I was mortified that a store would discriminate against children and mothers. DO NOT give these prejudice, inconsiderate people your money.

Not even a 1 star, the guy prevented me from entering the store he was mean as well. because I had a baby in stroller, he said no strollers allowed its a joke never heard something like this before .

Horrible experience. I regret I ever walked in. They completely humiliated me in front of other customers. I was looking at their inventory and I went through every aisle apparently this is a BIG “no, no” I constantly kept being told from far away “girl, hey girl don’t touch!” And “hey girl, girl no!” (Not in a good tone) I complied thinking it had to do with keeping public safe from coronavirus exposure and kept looking but to say they made me feel uncomfortable is an understatement. I was looking to make a purchase of triple digits with potential to become a regular buyer but in order to pick items I had to be on a video call with a family member to allow them to see what items I had selected and have their approval to proceed with transaction since they are from out of state and due to present coronavirus restrictions they cannot travel. Well, the owners started yelling at me to get off the phone! And said very rudely “hey you girl, you girl what you doing??!!, what you doing??!! So I replied well ma’am Im looking at your inventory so i can make purchase and oh they did not like that at all! That if I wanted to buy I need to only see and not use my phone at all! I calmly proceeded to explain why it was important for me to remain on the phone and that I would bring good business to them...well, the lady there said: “ see inventory!? Why you say that??! Don’t say that!, No say that!!” “You want to buy, no phone, only see! This private business!” (I don’t think they knew what inventory means or even understood anything I said-english is not their first language) So no matter how I tried to ease the situation they refused to work with me. When I asked the girl if I could talk to the the male owner she wouldn’t let me get to him she would block my way and point at him at register and said “you talk here or you go” and the man wouldn’t even look my way or approach me to talk he kept talking in what I believe it was mandarin from far away and I couldn’t understand a thing and the lady wouldn’t translate. I walked out of there. It’s unfortunate because I understand it’s a local business which is why I wanted to buy from there, to support local businesses but they wouldn’t even explain why they were so uncomfortable/offended with me using my phone even after explaining my reasons every time I would ask they would revert back to shaming me. I took my business elsewhere. I chose to support another local business that appreciates and treats their customers with dignity and respect.

I walked in to purchase hair extensions and to my surprise they had face shields, masks and hand sanitizer at a very convenient price. The sales associate was very courteous and welcoming. I recommend Best Bargain and will definitely return.

The people watch you so intensely, it makes you so uncomfortable you can’t even shop. I went in there to look and felt so uneasy. They were also extremely rude. I’ve been in this shop many times because I live in the area and every single time they are rude and watch your every move. It is very frustrating and I will never shop there again. Everything there is really cheap anyways.

The variety of items they carry seems almost endless. Although the majority of the products they sell there are intended for females oh, they have so many other things that absolutely anybody can use and for an extremely reasonable price. I didnt even get a chance to finish exploring the entire store because I was so surprised with how much stuff they carry even in the first couple of Isles. And when I got a good look from a distance of what the rest of the store had it made me even more excited to come back again explore everything. I would say it is almost like a dollar store but with higher-quality things and just because everything they have isnt all only $1 the prices dont go very much higher than two or three dollars. Absolutely, most definitely a store I would recommend anybody to check out. The only negative experience I have in that store was see attitude of the employee behind the counter. She was very short with me and had very little patience. I already had gathered quite a few items that I was going to buy until she started to come off as extremely rude and arrogant. I should have bought the stuff anyway simply because of the deal being worth it, I just did not want to give her that satisfaction knowing she can talk to me however she wants and for even one second think Im still going to make any purchases. other than that I think the products they have in the store are well worth dealing with the cashiers attitude. and because of that I give it five stars.

Do not go shopping here!!! The woman who works behind the counter is extremely rude and does not want to help anyone. I would have been a great return customer if it wasnt for her!

Best Bargain is an amazing wholesale to the public establishment that is very affordable. Beauty products, leggings, hairwraps, jewelry, purses, travel bags, blankets, pet carriers, travel luggage, accessories, etc. Love shopping there and being around the owners who are super nice and friendly. I come here all the time. I have never had a bad experience. No one follows me, they ask if I need help once, and after that they dont bother me. I love this place. They have cute stuff.

Visited for the first time yesterday and spent about $50 for panties, bra, makeup, wallet, leggings, vanity mirror and some grooming supplies. I love this place and will definitely be visiting again. ❤❤❤

Have a variety of items. All price ranges, make up, bags shoes, costume jewelry, luggage. Some housewares, specialty items, pet supplies. Owners are wonderful.

Im not sure who was at the store, but they should not be in customer service! They would not help my sister and told her to go somewhere else!Her husband just passed away and shes having a hard time making even the smallest of decisions. How inconsiderate of them to be so rude to her during this difficult time!

The people that work here are extremely rude and the products are pretty much the same dollar store products you can get at the flea markets. Just penny products from China.

Nice people, good prices . makeup, clothes, bras five for twenty, jewelery . just wanna kno the hrs cause it says it closes at five, but ive been in that store at seven before .

Beware the Male worker/ owner honestly I dont know what he is at this store but one thing for sure he is RUDE whole time I was there he just sat up front and when we went to pay we asked to see something they had on display and he acted like if we asked him to run a marathon lol and then he starts talking in whatever language they speak (obviously speaking bad about me) i have no idea why honestly but his face said it all if you dont like dealing with people you have no business running a store let alone being at the register so rude save your money and time go elsewhere nothing in there is worth dealing with this type of attitude!

These people are very rude! Poor costumer service! Follow you all the time like your selling and then if you pick up things and put them back and decide not to get nothing cause you get mad with them following you they question you of where you out the things. Very very rude. My niece was looking at something that was out and the guy came up to her and got mad at her. If you dont want people looking at it then it shouldnt be out!!! They have every cheap things that wouldnt even be worth selling! I can buy the whole store if I wanted to! Very mad with the way they treat costumers!

Nice people, cute stuff for party stuff, love the place... hard to get to but it was worth it.

Although they have a lot of hair products which I loved! They dont have anything else really worth buying. They follow you around like your gonna steal! And when I say follow Im serious they will walk down isles with you. You cant shop in peace. If you put something back they make you feel uncomfortable. If your just looking at something they continuously ask if your looking for something and insist on walking you to it. It sucks its annoying and the lady at the front register makes it a pint to stand on something and lean over the counter to look to see where you are. How they keep track of everyone is beyond me but I wont be going back there.

We had a few items that were unmarked and when we got to the counter we told them it was a little pricy and decided not to get them. Upon leaving they THREW SALT AT US. Needless to say, never going back.
