I went to this shop to have my old but very solid JET table saw adjusted. I normally do these adjustments myself but this time around it just wasnt going well at home. JOE instructed me to bring it in and on the same day after some serious focus and diligence JOE had perfectly adjusted my saw after taking the thing down to pieces (this was some vindication for me not being able to do the adjustments myself). I was very impressed and his fee was very reasonable for what he did.If you want some maintenance on your table saw this is DEFINITELY the place to take it......thanks JOE and Electric Motor Sales and Service.

Lady who answered the phone sounded like she didnt know what she was talking about, but was sure they didnt work on washing machine motors. She told me they like to work on saws and drills....

In January I needed some parts for my miter saw so I decided to buy them through Electric Motor services in San Antonio. I had them order parts, and I payed in advance in full, the cost they gave me. Three months later still no parts. I called, the man on the other end of the line laughed ands says I would have bought another saw by now ( which I had) then he says no parts still back ordered. Then on May 19th the lady that works the front counter at Electric Motor calls and leaves me a message ( we have received your parts. But you have an outstanding balance due! ) knowing I payed if full, I got a statement from the bank and my receipt and yes they received payment right after I ordered the parts on January. When I went for my parts, and spoke to the same lady. Showing my proof she says ( well we forgot to add are cost.) 1 - an extra $30 (scam)2 - rudeness3 - completely unprofessionalWord of advice, if you need parts please buy them online.
