I had a shirt made for my son and when I picked it up I initially thought it looked fine. Unfortunately once I took it home I realized that the text, Big Brother wasnt clear enough to take a picture of. Since it was supposed to match a onesie for his new baby brother I was disappointed. I took the shirt back the next day and asked if there was anything to be done. I had paid for the first shirt from another store and brought in another two shirts as options to replace the illegible shirt. Although the gentleman working behind the counter wanted to try to make it right, Zena was very abrupt and said that it was my color choice of white thread on a neon green shirt that made it illegible. She said that even if we made the text larger it probably wouldnt be an improvement. It would have been nice to have that recommendation before the shirt was completed considering she looked at the design when I came in to place the order. I never asked for them to do any work for free. I did however mention that after paying $20 for the first shirt I couldnt afford to pay full price for two more that may or may not come out better.I had discussed with her employee doing a set of shirts for my business and an order of screen printed shirts for our cub scout pack. I will take the rest of my business to another company. I was relying on their expertise to make sure the shirt came out looking nice.

I am a foot doctor in the San Antonio area. I have been doing business with National Embroiders for a few years now and I have been very happy with the staff and the products they produce. The staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable for the quality that they do.I would recommend National Embroiders for doing any of your marketing needs for high quality embroidered shirts, screen printing, promotional items such as pens, coffee mugs, bags, polo shirts, hats and medical scrubs. They have done some screen printing for some of my personal items as well, they all came out wonderful!

I am writing to commend your staff on excellent customer service. Both Frank and Tim went out of their way and stayed overtime so that we could pick up our order last Thursday evening. At first we were told that only half of the shirts were ready and that we would need to return the next morning to pick up the rest (a difficult thing to hear at that point). Then Tim’s can-do attitude came through; he started up another machine and committed to finishing the last few shirts right then. Frank made my wife and children very comfortable while they waited for the last few shirts and even allowed our children to watch the embroidery process.

Im telling you if you go anywhere else to get anything done you will just be another number. I believe National Embroiders understands clearly what business they are in and here is the reason why. I was in a pinch and rushed over to speak with Zena who understood my delema. She had solutions to my problems and had my order rushed same day to get my dress shirts embrodered for my big meeting. National Embroidery will always have my business and I will support them every chance I get.

Best embroidery in San Antonio! I was impressed with their attention to detail, overall quality of work and timely service. They do more than just embroidery and were able to take care of multiple needs for my work.

I stopped to get a quote on the price for a simple patch with one word on it, and the ladies at the front counter seemed so disinterested in helping me even tho I was the only person in the store at the time, and both ended up walking off as I was in the middle of talking to them, one of them carrying on a conversation with another employee and the other disappearing completely.I’ll definitely be shopping around before I purchase anything here.

Excellent service and great work! Have used them for years and Im always totally happy with the products.

They embroidered my wifes lab coats and jacket, they messed up the colors and they said they could not do anything because it was going to damage the clothes, and they just said Sorry we will do it right next time. I could not do anything because it was already paid and even when they accepted their error they did not do anything to make it up. I dont recommend the place, search somewhere else.

First time there, I took 2 of my scrub tops to get my hospital logo put on. Paid a little fee for it to be a rush order, and a little over 30 mins later, they were done. This is now the spot to get stuff done.

The staff who answered the phone was HORRIBLE! She needs to work on her phone etiquette. She acted as if she did not want to be at work nor answer any of my questions. Customer service is KEY!
