Walked into a half empty store and was greeted with all we have is all we have and Im not doing any engravings.. Im sorry but whether the store is closing if just getting a make over, that is not a way to greet customers. Management needs to step it up on how to train employees and if that was the manager shame on her. If they are remodeling Im never going back and if they are closing ...there might be obvious reasons why. Terrible customer service !

Friendly staff quick turnaround

The reviews are true. Bad customer service. Also this is more of an ETCHING place.. They DO NOT ENGRAVE!!! 20 Bucks for something I could have done at home in an hour.. vs the 4 and a half hours it took for them to finish. Save your time and cash man.

This store is superb! The only thing that was a discomfort was the store is so small. Very busy time, graduation season. Customer Service is fast and my product was good quality. I love the details on the items I ordered for my daughters senior teachers, thank you gifts. I will be returning back.

I have been going to this chain of stores for over 30 years across several states and the manager at Ingram is the best I have ever met. I often go with my wife to the mall just to say hi in between purchases. Always an awesome experience.

This place was so unorganized, couldnt find anything for any customer;for my order that I place 2 days prior and I called and was told to be there at 7:30p.m. to pick up wasnt ready the next day after the initial pickup time as I could not make it. They made it right there in front of me, no apology and they tried to tell me it would 30 minutes. I told them nope, I had somewhere to be and I left work early to be there plus it should have been done yesterday. They finally finished it, didnt hand it to me just put it on a table with other orders I had to get someones attention to get it for me. No sense of urgency, no sense of good customer service at all.

LONG STORY SHORT : THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!! DO NOT GET A GIFT FROM HERE!!!!!Long story Long...Terrible experience with this place. I ordered some custom cuff links as a gift for fathers day. I received my confirmation email that they were ready, I then went to the store to pick up before going to a fathers day dinner where I intended to give my gift, but in fact my gift was not ready. I had to wait an additional 4 hours and wasnt able to give my gift on time!BUT WAIT IT GETS WORSE..When I finally picked up my gift the cuff links didnt match. One had a copper tint in the engraving where as the other was silver. I took them to the store the next day where I was told that the cut mustve gone too deep on the copper side and that it could be fixed. When I returned later that day to pick it up, the cuff links were EXACTLY THE SAME!! They did not match. I was told that maybe changing my design could help with this inconsistency.. I was frustrated but I really wanted this gift for my father so I went along with the redesign.They were out of my cuff links in the store and attempted to get me to select a different cuff link all together. I was already compromising so much that I didnt budge and they said they could have my cuff links sent over from a different location and completed by the next day!At this point it was already way passed fathers day and I just wanted my purchase and gift to be correct so I was willing to be patient.OH WAIT IT KEEPS GETTING WORSE!!!I called the next day to inquire about the status of my order and was told that there must have been some kind of mix up because my cuff links were never picked up.. I was again reassured that she could get them that day and have them sent over. As well as that I would be called as soon as they were done! That was on Monday, today is Thursday, I have still gotten no call and by now Im beyond pissed! Ive gotten in touch with corporate to get a refund but I just want to say if youre thinking of getting a gift from this place save yourself the headache and RUN!!Ive had an absolute terrible experience and the worst of it all is that I wanted to give this gift so bad that I let them run my patience to the wire! Never again will I attempt to order from this place. This has been an absolute train wreck of an experience and now I need to find a new gift for my father!
