3 and a half hours waiting on a technician after calling and giving my information and being told the technician is in route. No call back with an eta or any sort of update. Called back after two hours to be told the same thing. Literally 3 and a half hours of just sitting and waiting. Very unprofessional

I called their office on Wednesday, JJ came to the house on Thursday for estimate, replaced the broken glass window on Friday. They did a very good job on my window, definitely will call East End glass again. And also, compare to Thad Ziegler, Affordable glass and Meyer glass (who had estimated my window) theyre the cheapest in town.

Bad customer service, first I am told it will be 37 something to fix a crack on a windshield, them Im told they dont work on cracks, if you dont want the business just say we dont wanted.
