I had my installer order a standard size (24” x 60”) clear glass shower door. When he returned to my home with the receipt and I found out it didn’t include the frame or installation I called back within 20 minutes. When Roxanne finally returned my call a week later (they don’t answer the phone...it’s voicemail) she said it had already been cut, it was custom and couldn’t be canceled. I sent my installer to pick it up 2 days later and after he waited an hour he found out it hadn’t been cut. Day before yesterday I went to get my door and frame ( an extra $200). Roxanne said it would take about 25 minutes to get everything together. I went to get coffee and when I pulled up to the work area the man said it had just been cut and delivered. When I asked Roxanne if she knew how to be honest she accused ME of disrespecting her. For what I paid, and I’m on disability, they should have put it together, delivered it and installed it. I thought the Ziegler family had more integrity than that.

Terrible customer service. Sent in blue prints and shop drawings for an upcoming project. After my fifth attempt via multiple emails and phone calls to inquire about a quote, they waited until the day of deadline for the project to inform me they hadnt started a quote and werent interested in the project when they simply could have emailed or called anytime in the two weeks before and declined the work allowing me to find an alternative company before deadline. If you value customer service and work ethic you will definitely want to find another glass and door company.

Great service and product. Called in asking for a simple piece of glass 9x13 inches. Was given the price over the phone and was told to pick it up next day. Next day got a phone call saying it was ready. Was spot on for a super fair price.Had called another glass place closer to home and couldnt get a price over the phone. Went there and had to wait for a tech to show up after a few minutes to give a tentative price. The real price came next day over email and was way more expensive than Ziegler. Great customer service from the ladies at the front office 3055 main store.

Great customer service and insistence on quality.They cracked the first glass table top they made for me, so they made another one, but they scratched that one, so they made another one. Lol. They hadnt told me by the time I came to pick it up, so they waived the $50 delivery fee and gave me 20% off. I appreciate their excellent customer service and plan to buy more glass from them in the future.

If you want someone who knows at this location talk to Larry hes been there since the 80s and he never disappoints. So nice and helpful. I service and install doors when I have a storefront door issue I go to him for parts and suggestions. Never has he steered me wrong. Down side he isnt always in Warehouse.

VERY excellent service.

We recently had some of our shop windows changed out due to breakage. A few weeks later we noticed on had a crack in it. The window is high up so its not something we would notice. I called to let them know and apparently they do not warranty their glass or their labor/installers. BEWARE! PAY ATTENTION WHILE THEY ARE WORKING AND I WOULD SUGGEST A WALK THROUGH WITH THE INSTALLERS BEFORE THEY LEAVE! Very unfortunate!

Pricey but do a great jobI payed more for them to replace one tiny window pane than I payed for the whole window. Still, it was an antique, they did it in a couple days, and it came out amazing. Im definitely willing to pay for quality and such nice service. They even cleaned the window

This place has some of the worst customer service. Jim the manager handled our order with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered 2 panes if acrylic for a book case. During delivery the acrylic was bowing. I would not accept the delivery and Jim and his staff still tried to charge me for the acrylic. The staff and Jim made accusations that they told me, which was a complete lie. Then the corporate office became involved. And the 1290.61 was refunded, but was re billed again when replacement glass was ordered, so I was charged a total of 1734 for plastic that bowed and the replacement glass. I dont know a business that would fraudulently Bill a customer like this company has
