Wait is too long to get a vaccine. I recommend going somewhere else. Waited over an hour and it was not busy.

No issue with the store itself but very upset with the pharmacy. How are you going to tell ME that I don’t exist on my insurance that I have been using my entire life? How are you going to tell me that’s not my insurance when I presented you with my card and all my information? Why is it that every Walgreens has accepted it and even my doctor that I saw 20 minutes before picking up my prescription accepted it? This woman didn’t do her job right and didn’t want to own up to it. She told me she was on the phone with my insurance provider but when I called them they were closed on a Saturday. So why would she lie to me? Get more compassionate, considerate, and SMART pharmacists. Didn’t catch her name but she was the chubby girl with glasses and wavy/curly hair in a ponytail. She simply messed up and didn’t want to do her job right. I will be calling to leave a complaint with the store and with corporate. I had to go home without any of my medication. Without an inhaler that I needed, thanks to this woman who didn’t want to do her job. I hope she is fired soon. My health is on the line having to wait due to her laziness.

Absolutely horrendous treatment; your location is on Southeast Military and yet you have the audacity to say youre on Southwest. Because of that I ended up going to the location that actually is on Southwest for my appointment and they pointed out the mistake; of course I went to the other one and was trying to call them and waited over 20 minutes that made me go past the time of my appointment and they still never picked up. Then I had to wait in a long line to which the people were rude and slacking off once I got there.

Put a curbside order some item wasn’t in stock that’s fine but when I cancelled the order to try another store they didn’t put back digital coupon I used ain’t the 1st time this happened.

The pharmacy employees are very non-helpful and somewhat rude. The under-trained girl at the drop-off counter tries to get help from the pharmacist but they are rude to her and to me (a customer, now former customer). Cashier was courteous. Fast Service. Went in and out all in 10 min.

Its a hit or miss for medication wait time. The attendants are nice but service can be extremely slow in the pharmacy area. Even the drive thru moves slowly. Inside the store are 2 registers for check out, but Ive only ever seen one open. The workers are helpful but its not an in and out experience.

To many homeless people begging as you walk in the door...ridiculous that the mangers let this go on

Everyone who works dealing with the Public needs, should be more like Carmen, shes a Great person to be with. She should be Promoted in the hopes that she could train All the other employees to be more like her. Great job Carmen, keep up the Good Work.

Every time I walk in the store I am greeted warmly by every member of staff. A great place to do a quick stop. In and out and no waiting.

Every time me and my boyfriend come in late at night to get snacks the cashier John is always such a nice guy, and always in a cheerful mood! other times we’ve gone are ok but some lack some customer service.

The ladies are great. I didnt have my insurance card for my prescriptions but they actually took the time to look it up for me. HEB will not do that js.Anyway I will make them my primary pharmacist . One gesture goes a long way. Great customer service .

Best Walgreens in San Antonio . The pharmacy is always organized and efficient. The pharmacy manager seems to do a great job of training and motivating the staff.

My one stop shop for everything from dog food, Diapers (there brand inexpensive) to getting my prescriptions filled, I especially love the makeup aisle. Convenient & the people there make it pleasant to shop.

Called and was told a certain product was there. Drove across town for it and when I got there the product was not there. This happen with this store and the store on vance jackson.

Quick in and out on most shopping. Customer friendly. Pharmacy can be busy, but who aint. Love it and Ill go back soon.

I needed to use the restroom super bad and I wasn’t able to do so even though I could see the actual restroom with my own eyes. would not recommend wasting your time here I WOULD ACTUALLY RATE IT ZERO STARS BUT I WASNT ABLE TOO

Good customer service. But that store has issues of having pan handlers. My truck got broken into. Nothing was done. This has also happend to people I know. Its become an issue. Nobody likes to get their car broken into. Should have security.

They got me on hold for 15 minutes then tell me to hold for a second just to hang up in 5 more minutes

Be prepared to wait!Pharmacist had two prescriptions three hours prior to visit. Called to check status and said one not covered, said ok to fill anyway and they promised 15 min would be ready. Ok fine, I wait in line 15 min plus travel time only to be told 15-20 more minutes!And seriously its like this all of the time for the last 6 years and its not going to change anytime soon.

Never have an issue when I come here, always greeted at the door, employees are very helpful and always on the floor, the pharmacy is very adequate in getting your prescriptions and notifying you via text which is very convenient.

Supervisor in charge, Genevieve, very rude!!! I visit Walgreens (orher locations) very regularly and never have I run into this behavior. I only stepped into this location to get 1 item on my way home because I was in the neighborhood but I will never make that mistake again! So sad you have employees like this!

Called the pharmacy was put on hold for 39 minutes till my cell phone died. The recording started telling me I was the next caller 16 minutes in, but i didnt want to hang up and start over so waited and my phone died. Call back from the land line and great, there is only one caller ahead of me. Still waiting 22 minutes in. Either theyre BSing or they need to improve their customer service skills. I cant believe it takes them that long to resolve an issue, and if it does, they need more training!

Horrible services at the pharmacy, waited over 2 hours .. it was 1am and still took over an hour to get it done nobody else showed up seriously. They had one thing to do, and after they said 15 min, still took longer ..And they really didnt care after questioning how long they took. Saw them standing around doing nothing for over 30 min at one point.I understand being busy but when your playing on your phone in front of the computer thats not working.....

The worse Walgreens I ever been to. Slowest service ever. Waiting more then 45 minutes just to pick up a prescription!! You see the 2 cars in the front of the lane with the lights off. Tells you how long they been waiting. I wish my kids doctor would send my their prescription somewhere else!!!

We are from out of town and came here because we didnt know which one to go to. The woman was RUDE and not helpful at. Horrible place. Customer service is horrible. The other CVS off of Military and Zaragoza is wonderful!

5am and you would think your day gonna be a good day ...that is until I went thur the drive thur to get my meds..by far the most rudest person ..female..red hair ..sat early...next time I see her working..im just gonna drive thur and have my meds redone at CVA across the street..walgreens yall should do better then that....

The people giving this location more than one star must be employees cause all the other reviews are whats true. It doesnt matter if youre in the drive thru with two lanes or one, if youre inside with two lines or one or if youre on the phone. This location take forever!! I have never spent less than 45 minutes dealing with this place, its extremely inconvenient. Worst part is, they dont care. They dont care if youre pressed for time. They dont care if they are rude or not empathic towards your situation. They dont care, and they show it with their poor Customer service, and I dont give a crap attitudes. If they have sooo much business that theyre always slammed like this, youd think they can afford to hire some extra damn help to get the job done. Get it together Walgreens!!

Called to see when my meds were going to be ready and the pharmacist said they never received them. Long story short my clinic called the pharmacist and made her look the fax! She magically found my meds... I hate it here, and I only go here bcuz its 24hr plus I do not like CVS either.

Clean, first time picking up prescription, there was lots of ppl but i didnt understand the fast line check out bc everyone was standing in the regular check out.. it was a good experience!

Worst service from Walgreens. Called ahead to find out wait time, 45 minutes. I increased by 30 just in case and figured I could visit a store in the area. dripped off script at 3:46... it is now 6:00 and its still not ready even though I got the text it was ready 10 minutes ago. They told me to come in around wait... um, no. You text and said it was ready. 3x being told to go around the drive thru and it STILL isnt ready.Nice staff, but this is ridiculous.

Come to pick up meds, have been waiting in line for 45 minutes and its still not my turn. 2 drive thur lanes open. This store is always slow regardless if in drive thru or walk in.

The pharmacy sucks. They never have anything. They cant get any preauthorizations done in time. They are slow. Dont go here unless you have 2 hours free to wait.

They lie about time for pickup. They input info into system wrong. They make you wait when it shouldve been ready. The short fat female assistant takes over 25 minutes to count 1bottle of 3 pills.

I dont know if they dont have enough staff or what .. But the drive thru always has a line from hell and they take forever.. I went by lateAt night .. No line - still took forever .. Switching pharmacy
