Robert Thomas did a great job at helping us custom design our hat. He even stayed a little after closing to make sure our hat was just right. Great customer service and very personable.

Buyers beware. The manager, who I think is named Craig, is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have come across in a very long time. I didn’t appreciate how he addressed my daughter . I brought it to his attention in a proper manner and the manager became hostile and argumentative with me . The situation became very uncomfortable and my family and I left so that it would not escalate . Please think twice about visiting this establishment as long as this individual is in charge.

I would give the store a zero if I could the manger was completely unprofessional starting yelling at a friend that was with us because she picked up a shirt to look at I will never spend another dime in that store and dont suggest anyone else does either besides unprofessional he was ignorant rude and wouldnt have allowed him to manage a street corner holding a sign so my suggestion is dont waste your money unless you want to be treated the same!!!!!
