Emil and Marcus arrived early morning as scheduled to removed my existing air conditioner and heating system and replace it with an entirely new one. The both of them were very courteous and professional. Emil gave me an overview of the new system to be installed before the work begun. The removal and installation took most of the day as expected. After the installation was completed, all three of us did an inspection. The entire job was clean and very professional. They clean both the inside and outside thoroughly. The old system was removed from my property. I am very pleased with the new system and the excellent work Emil and Marcus did.

Called a few companies to come service our AC. Beyer boys were the only ones that came through when they said they would. Luis was an excellent technician. He stayed in constant contact leading up to and during the appointment. Serviced our AC and got us up and running rather quickly.

AC froze up on a rental property early Saturday morning. By 2:00 p.m that same day, the AC was fixed and cooling.Paid around $870 for a blower motor that went out after 20 years and since the tenants are happy, I am happy.Would recommend.

As someone who has worked in customer service my entire life, I’m appalled at the treatment of myself and my wife from this company. I was charged $1600.00 for repairs that lasted less than 24 hours, told by their own technician (Bryan) that I was i basically duped by the previous technician (Zach). Now I have been reaching out to their “leadership”, (Eric Luna and above him Brad Dawson), to find a resolve and have been ignored for almost two weeks. I don’t believe I’m special or deserve treatment different than anyone else. But as a company, they took advantage of a situation for their own benefit, and now are refusing to respond to any and all communications I have sent. Absolutely do use this company for any reason whatsoever. Terrible customer service, worse morals, worst management.

Thomas made a late after hours call for us. He was friendly, informative and was able to assess & repair the issue in a timely manner. He is definitely a reason that I would use Beyer again!

Long story short, the tech came over and diagnose the system as needing a new motor for $1300 or get a whole new system for $8000. He didn’t even check to see if I had warranty on the motor, which I called myself and did. I went ahead and did not go through with the services, I installed a part myself and the whole system turned on just fine. Overall, very disappointed with this professionalism.

We had a new Heat pump and air handler installed and we could not be more impressed with the whole experience. From Jesse’s initial meeting with us as sales rep and scheduling quickly to meet our needs to Eric and David and 2 other employees installing the unit. Mr. Lizandro Reyes was awesome. He and hisassociate arrived on time as expected. He explained what he would be doing, and asked if I had any questions. When he opened my system he recommended the UV light be installed to reduce mold & bacteria from the unit. Once I saw the horrid condition on the interior unit, I agreed to the extra cost of the UV light. Every step of care, filter replacement, setting the thermostat & how to recognize trouble was explained. He was excellent!

Jesus did a thorough job of inspecting and performing routine tasks for my AC unit. He explained suggested items I needed and patiently showed me a video explaining one of them on his cell. Excellent 24/7 HVAC company with short wait times, even after hours. Organized, honest and up front with their pricing and fees. Phone coordinator was kind, efficient and professional. Zachary came at 8:30pm after I called around 6:45pm with an AC that had shut off and wouldn’t restart. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining what was the root cause of a recurring issue. I have had issues almost non stop with HVAC for about 18 months and realize now it is because of the awful company I was using previously. I had already come to understand that I’d been working with a shady company but I wasn’t sure if they at least did the work correctly. Zachary took one look at my unit and let me know that they trashed my AC. 😡 I was charged a fair price for the repair although they are big fans of “diagnosis fees”. They do not waive the fee if you have them do the repair, the way many companies do.Only thing that’s not awesome - Beyer’s service plan is pricier than most and the benefits are minimal. Very modest repair discount and you still get assessed a trip fee for every call. 🤨 (As mentioned above, they have a deep commitment to it and I’m equally as passionate about it being waived 😄) But hey - you do get what you pay for. AC in Texas is not a place where you want to get skinned on quality. I’ve lived that life and it blows (hot air in your house in the summer in South Texas! 😡) Based on tonight’s experience I’m confident that my investment will prove beneficial in avoiding additional costly repairs with their more effective and quality maintenance I’ll receive. Zachary promised everyone is as great as he is. So I’m trusting Zachary and you can too. Give them a call! 🥶

Very nice and did a thorough job (as far as I could tell knowing nothing about AC units). Explained the problem and fixed it fast. Turned out to be a plugged drainage tube. Very reasonable cost.

Fantastic job done by professionals at Beyer Boys. David Beyer was clear, transparent, and thorough about what unit was best for my house. I was replacing a leaky 20yr old unit that was on its last legs.The installation was done efficiently with true attention to detail. The team even conducted an air balance to ensure proper air flow was reaching each room. After a few adjustments, I was more than pleased with the result. I even started receiving better air flow in rooms that were alway unfortunately hotter during the summer and colder during the winter.My advice, give Beyer Boys your business! You won’t regret it.

The first technician arrived almost two hours late! He took about 45 to misdiagnose the problem. He claimed it was only the capacitor. Later, after installing a new capacitor, it burnt out amd resulted in the same issues of the outside pipe frosting over and the inside cooling coil freezing over. He then claimed it was the blower motor and capacitor. I’ve changed Botha couple of times taking about an hour. He took over an hour an a half! He is supposed to be a professional, not a “shade tree mechanic” like myself who happened to simply observe, analyze and eliminate the known from the unknown. I’ve gone to Grainger to pick up a capacitor and blower motor and switch them out faster than he took to go to his van loaded with parts to do it. After an hour I went outside to check on him. I saw him on the phone video calling probably another technician asking him about the wiring. Bless America!He finally came in and placed it in the upper air handler chamber. He Ford got to replace the capacitor cover and screw it down, as it was left on the air handler closet deck.The AC froze up after 10 minutes, so I called Beyer Boys back for the fourth time, remember he was about two hours late, so I had called three times prior to ask about the status of my appointment while it was a blazing hot 90 degrees plus inside our home!The dispatcher asked if I wanted him back, I obviously and emphatically stated “No!” They sent another tech who claimed it was the power switch, as it was loose due to the first tech taking off the 50 amp power ditch cover and gingerly misreplacing it, as opposed to properly snapping it in place and screwing it back down, like I had to do myself. I fixed the AC myself after laying out $880 for a simple blower motor and capacitor replacement. The primary condensation discharge line was clogged, resulting in the water accumulation which resulted in the inner air handler coil freezing up.Bless America!I no longer trust nor will do business with Beyer Boys. They made my family suffer and endure blazing heat unnecessarily while I could have and should have fixed it once again by myself rather than calling them and waiting two days for an appointment to which they were two hours late! For background I’ve called BB for about 7 years and three different times. Unfortunately the techs that helped me then no longer work there, such as Julian; God rest his soul.I think I’ll call Jon Wayne or one of the other AC companies like Cowboy AC or Elmer’s who specializes in Trame ACs and with older ACs and give them a chance for once.

I have 3 ACs. I got 2 totally replaced with new inside and outside units. About 20k cost. Purchased the middle maintenance plan for the existing one. 11 months in, my existing one stopped working. I called to get someone to look at it. Younger guy came out and said I need a new Inside unit and the cost was 11k. I knew it was old so I figured it is what it is and agreed to move forward as he Showed me picture of the control board 25% burnt. Later that night I figured I would just check the electrical for a piece of mind as I felt buyers remorse. Control board was not burnt. Showed me false picture. I then did some thinking myself and found that the issue was the black and red electrical lines to the outside unit shorted out as my sprinklers were getting it wet. Replace for about $3.00 and all is working back to normal. It has been a month without problems. Called Jesse to let him know of the issue and how messed up that was as I thought I was being taken care of. They didn’t charge me for them coming out to sell me a new unit. Wow. Thanks.Now my brand new unit upstairs stopped working. Got them to come out. They already did their 2 scheduled maintenance visits which the last one was 4 months ago. They said my pvc drain pipe was clogged and they needed to blow it out. It cost me $198 to complete for 3 minutes yet I had a maintenance plan so that was the discounted price.Called to get more details on this plan as it is about to expire and still waiting to hear back from the maintenance plan lady as I don’t understand the benefit if I don’t think I got the full service and my bill it still $200 for a quickie. I now know that they are supposed to blow it out every maintenance visit yet I have never seen them bring in that machine to my house. The unit that needed blowing out is never on as it is my upstairs unit and sitting at 78 all day.This is a great company as they took care of me in the beginning. I definitely paid the price but I felt good as they were good people. Now that I am in service, I am just a number and being taken advantage of. They just want to install new units and that is it.Still awaiting a call after calling back twice so I figured a review might get their attention. Talk with you soon

I called Beyer, and they immediately sent out tech Jose Gonzales, who diagnosed and repaired the problem within a short period of time.Jose was pleasant & professional, and the whole process was very simple and reasonable. We had a leak and the person who came seemed very knowledgeable and professional. However the problem persisted after he had said that it would not and the fail-safe he installed didnt work and we have a huge leak in our ceiling. Now were stuck in Texas heat with no AC after being charged so much money and just about nothing to show for it.

The 3 installers that came today to install my new unit was excellent. The installers were so professional, nice, caring and friendly. The whole experience was excellent.

Awesome job. The tech found and solved the problem. Stayed to make sure everything was working before he left. He discussed the issues that he discovered and how he was going to mitigate them. My landlord hired a company that came 5 times and couldn’t figure it out. They told me I should be happy at my temperature.. they came one afternoon and fixed everything.

I have called Beyer Boys as I have a few times in the past when having A/C Unit issues. A technician came out promptly.He quickly identified the problem: a broken/old condenser fan motor. It would have to be replaced.I assumed that might have been the case so I decided to just do a quick Google search of the part number. I found the part for a reasonable price online ($325) so I estimated that I would have to pay for labor costs with a total cost of around $600. Not terrible, but not a fun check to write.The “unnamed” salesmen returned from his truck, walked into my kitchen and said: “I have some bad news. It’s going to run you $1,800 to replace your fan motor.” I kindly showed him the same part online for $350. $1,450 for 1 hour of labor? He left promptly while apologizing and mentioned that he may have made a mistake.I called their office to discuss the sales tactic and was told that someone in management would contact me today. I was hoping that they would just quote me a fair price and come out and replace it. No call.I called BAND-AIRE today and they promptly replaced the fan motor for $640. Invoiced attached. The technician was tremendous and took the time to hang out with my 2 year old son and make him laugh.Don’t call Beyer Boys. There are many honest companies out there that would love your business.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!! They are so LAZY! At their job they just want to take shortcuts!! And the job doesn’t get done right! They came out to My house and DAMAGED My property!! And they are refusing to take responsibility!! I’ve been on the phone with them and My insurance (yeah that’s how bad they damaged My property) and this plumbing company has completely IGNORED all attempts of reconciliation and compensation! Overpriced, not willing to work with a payment plan during the covid-19 crisis. I have been a loyal customer for 14 years as business owner. Do not leave your credit card on file, they wiped out my business checking account before payroll. I will never recommend or use their services again. A horrible, horrible company!!!!!Beware

The technician showed up within the a lot of time frame was very informative of what he was going to do what the company offers and what I had selected once he was done with the job he informed us of any issues we had and what could possibly be solutions. In turn we had a little more work done for his recommendation to improve the life of our air conditioning unit and we were very satisfied

I was charged an amount that was much more than I expected. The under 5 year old system needed 2 lbs of Freon so that it would blow colder air. I see no where on the invoice about checking for leaks or a repair of the line.I’ll be calling them tomorrow morning about the concern. I’m not sure if this is normal or not.

Had to have refrigerant added again. No matter how new my equipment is (all installed by Beyer Boys) I need to have refrigerant added nearly every year. I’m on my third condenser in a little over 4 years at $1200 a pop. Because of my experiences with Beyer Boys over the last 5 years or so, I will not recommend Beyer Boys to anyone.Jacob is awesome and a great asset to your company.

Because the repair required a factory part and the factory dealer was closed due to extreme winter conditions, the technician came back within 2 days to complete the repair. He was professional, and courteous; and patiently answered all my questions—even though he himself had no power or water at his own home during this extreme weather. Jacob was very nice, friendly and professional, We have a service contract with them and have always had excellent results .He checked both the AC and Heater. We have always had good service with them. He was also Covid friendly, we kept our distance, he wore his mask and I wore mine the whole time and had his blue slippers over his shoes.
