Been coming to this Dunkin for a while now, service is always great. No complaints whatsoever!!! Special shout out to the workers today!!!!!! The young lady who took care of us even threw in some extra munchkin donuts because there was a line. They did amazing and deserve recognition. (I wish I got her name).I got the large Iced Coffee with Pumpkin flavor shots and a coffee bread. The best!! I will continue business with this location for a long time!! 🥰🥰🥰

I used uber eats. They connected me to that baskin Robbins for whatever reason. I get my order from the website and am waiting and waiting and all of a sudden my delivery man cancels and tells me they dont have anything for my two orders. Thankfully the next driver was kind enough to go to the place and check and see why. They didnt have the cups and decor for the creature creations that was 5 bucks. Ended up only getting a scoop of ice cream in a cup. Then I paid 7.49 for a reeses peanut butter cup Sunday layered thing. They said they had the ingredients for it. The driver gets here and I got a scoop in a cup with a few cups mixed in. I paid 8 dollars and got absolutely nothing of what I ordered and still had to pay 12 13 dollars for it. Im super disappointed and its quite a shame. I can understand running out but it was just unreal.

I feel that the 2 scoop sundae has no business being being called a 2 scoop or being $4.39. When I went just before 1pm on a Saturday they said they were out of bananas and had no hot toppings. My sundae seemed about 10 bites maybe. Wasnt satisfying. My favorite donut, the powdered sugar chocolate filled donut hasnt been my favorite for a while since everyone either stops making it or they dont use the delicious chocolate buttercream anymore. Not sure what it is now, probably just cheaper and easier to make.

They NEVER have any ingredients to make anything.. I asked for a layered sundae, no ingredients for that, asked for warm cookie sundae and they said it’s discontinued but it was still on their menu, they didn’t have certain donuts because something was getting worked on, uhhgg . So I asked what do you have and she replied “we have ice cream” 😳 So basically all they serve is scoop ice cream.. I would say just throw the whole location away since they don’t ever have anything …

The employees are so overworked here that the environment is even stressful to be around. Needs a change in management because the employees all seem considerate but overworked which impacts service.

I got here at 6:40 they close at 7 and the worker are hiding tell they close. Come on if your going to run a business you got to atleast care a little bit about your customers

We loved our trip here. The ice cream was delicious and the milkshakes were very good. We sure to look at the menu online before dropping in because there are some things they offer that arent on the the in store menu. The staff was nice. Id definitely go back.

Ice cream cake, milkshakes, waffle cones, sundaes, donuts and coffee and in one place. Plenty of space for lg or small groups to sit.

The outside of the building was banged up with the window busted out. The ice cream was not fresh nor was the cookie. They didnt have 2 of the ice creams requested & limited cookies. I felt rushed and wasnt given any direction i.e we dont have chocolate almond but we have this or that with almond since of course the ice I wanted wasnt available & you couldnt go in. The amount given was pretty good & my kids liked that at this one they received a softer brownie than at the previous one.

Sat at the drive thru window for 5 minutes waiting to place our order and finally gave up. It was hours before closing and we could easily see 2 people in there working as we drove by.

I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here.

Tabitha was absolutely AMAZING! She was so sweet and patient with my kids. My daughter had a hard day and she just brightened her whole day. The ice cream was yum too but Tabitha really made the experience awesome..

I tried to order a cake when the opened up.they told me to call back in one hour.i called back in one hour they told me they were busy to take my order and call back around 11:30,so I did.they told my they were in the middle of a rush call in 30 minutes.im done

Extremely disappointed. The ice cream scoop portion was small and they tried to charge me $24 for 4 ice-cream waffle bowls. Even after I had them check and re-check the total they still tried to charge me $24. Finally, I added it up out loud and they could see it should have been around $16. They finally figured it out. They need better training. I always go to BR and never have I left there so dissatisfied. Wont go back to this location.

While the ice is good and I take my granddaughter every Friday, it never fails that the lobby is dirty. The table are not clean and trash on tables. Employees eating in plain sight not motivated to work. Sad to say we might have to find another place to go.

I drove 20 minutes to get to this location because it was the closest available and their google listing said open until 11pm and I pulled in at 8:49 pm and they were closed

Store closes at 9PM M-F due to the COVID Pandemic.

We arrived around 8 pm only to see a sign on the door saying there were short staffed and were only taken orders thru the drive thru. We pulled up and ordered a pint of Gold Medal Ribbon the young man at the window handed over the pint and ice cream was not even cold it seemed like it was way to thawed out. We asked for another pint and was given another and ice cream just appeared like it wasnt even frozen cold . I would not visit this location again.

Baskins Robins ice cream flavors are great, but this place didnt even give me a full scoop of ice cream I had to tell them that wasnt a full scoop, and even then it wasnt a big scoop, well Ill have to get ice cream else where.

Went there for lunch with my coworkers. I went because I was craving a brownie sundae and sadly they had no brownies. I then ask for a cookie hot fudge ice cream and the server gives me a cookie sandwich. I tell her thats not what I wanted and she seems confused. I think that she must be either new or on drugs because we all had to repeat our orders to her more than twice. That was the first time I was there and will certainly be the last. Very very disappointed.

Had three works two where to busy cleaning to help and only left one to wait on us waited for almost ten minutes before being waited on. One of them could of stop to take an order to get customer out faster.

The 2 times I took my son here. The place was dirty. The girl that made our ice cream cones had her oily hair hanging down from her unkept pony tail. We found hair mixed in our ice cream. I was given a refund But was so grossed out i would never return to this location.

I wanted to check this place out since its hot out and Im in the area. I decided to look at the reviews first and was disgusted but not surprised to see grown adults cussing out the teenage staff in their reviews.I worked fast food for 4 years when I was younger, and let me tell you people something:1. If you expect to get any kind of service anywhere, let alone 5 star service, 15 minutes before closing you have bigger problems than not getting ice cream at 10:45 pm.2. I thought this was common knowledge by now but apparently not: The reason places like McDonalds and Baskin Robbins never have ice cream is because ice cream machines have ICE CREAM IN THEM. Ice cream has DAIRY in it. I understand that might be a foreign concept to some of you that eat nothing but processed food and dont cook. The machines are very large with lots of parts that often break for no reason, and they need to be cleaned daily because, again THEY CHURN ICE CREAM ALL DAY. Dairy SPOILS. It spoils QUICKLY. The ice cream in the machines is not some magical exception. If it isnt taken apart every night and cleaned extensively for hours on end they get very nasty very fast. If you want to eat spoiled, molded ice cream thats fantastic and I wish you luck on your spoiled ice cream endeavors but please let the rest of us enjoy fresh ice cream in peace. As for the machines always breaking you could always petition to pay workers a higher wage so they can be trained in ice cream machine engineering.3. Fast food staff dont close shop 15 minutes early because theyre stupid teenagers that want to get home early on a Friday night. They close shop early because if the store closes at 11 pm they dont get home til 1 am or 2 am because SOMEONE has to clean and close the store. Then they have to get up at 5 am or 6 am for school. Seeing as minimum wage is just for high schoolers Im not sure what you expect. Is minimum wage only for teenagers or not? Then there are always people like yall that come in at 10:45 pm or 10:59 pm with your 4 kids, your cousins, and 8 of your drunk friends. Then you take 30 minutes to order 20 meals, complain about how its taking longer than 10 minutes, then you sit at 8 different tables, take 2 hours to eat half of it, inevitably someone spills their entire meal on the floor, then you leave your trash on the table and the mess on the floor without even notifying the staff. If people acted like people instead of animals then these stupid teenagers could close the shop at the time listed on the window.In short: Grow up.

Says they close at 11 on Friday but they appeared to be closed by 10:00 due to maitenence yet I witnessed them sliding around the restaurant . Went thru the drive thru they said they were open but all the drive thru menu lights were off then they said they had no ice cream . Useless ass kids, assuming they were trying to get out early on a Friday night

We went in at 10:20 pm on a Saturday night and the chairs were up on the tables and half the ice cream had been removed from the display freezers. I get that the teens running the place wanted to get out of there, but don’t advertise that you’re open until 11:00 pm and then, for all intents and purposes, close 40 minutes early.
