They do not accept cash. I don’t want to live in a society that doesn’t accept cash money, so I can’t support this place. You have to be pretty smooth brained if you want to make digital currency superior to tangible money.

I love Ferrellgas! Right before the big freeze in Texas last month I called Ferrellgas to become a new customer. I desperately needed propane for our gas fireplace heater. They told me it would be 2 weeks before they could come out, but I went ahead anyway because of a terrible experience with my old propane company. They were out the next day with our propane and literally saved us from freezing as our only other heat source was an electric mini split which doesn’t work very well in sub freezing temperatures. Wonderful experience in this age of lousy customer service by so many companies. Dana in the office was wonderful!!!

Ferrellgas always has the military veteran in mind, with the same great low price on propane. The attendants are fast and friendly. I recommend Ferrellgas over all the other propane dealers, which constantly raise their prices.Michael L. Gallegos

I needed a tank installed and the tech showed up to do a site inspection. He explained the process and the following day I was sent an estimate. After that the same tech showed up and installed the tank and now we are very happy with everything. The worst!!!!I I asked propane charge !! they asked me prepay service ! I paid deposit $600 after week and severals calls to see what happened !!! they arrived!! the tank acepted charge tank was $380 and was waiting my balance $220 never was returned they are waste !!! thieves!!!
