Everyone, from the sales associate, to the store manager, and even the district manager were knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating of my budget. Best weld supply shop in town!

Honorable customer service. Never made eye contact to see what I needed. Older man just ask what you got and i told him and quickly said dont got it go to the other store.

I went to exchange an oxygen tank and they tried to charge me an extra 25 saying it was past certification. Even thought it was stamped 2015 and is good for 5 years. Ended up going to airgas.

Gate is closed. They want you to call in your order and give your credit card info then theyll put your product outside later, whatever that means. It means Ill go somewhere else.

They will try to RIP you off! Ordered some things from them at manufacturers price and they tried jumping it. Rude on the phone . Poor customer service . Overcharge for gas exchange too.

Call them they told me they had the part I needed. Drove 30 minutes to find out they didnt actually have it. They are a Miller authorized part center but they dont have Miller parts In stock
