First of all I am absolutely stunned that this company only had 2.7 stars on google. Anyone who has called and spoken to Donald knows how above and beyond he goes to help people. I could write a book on all the times that they have helped me out over the years. Just a couple of examples. The blower went out on machine so I was unable to do any business until it was replaced. Donald found it for me for almost 2000.00 less than anyone else, but even more important was that he was able to get me one in about 10 days when everyone else was going to take up to 3 months. In which time I would be out of business. Another time I had a very difficult wet area behind a tile wall that was not drying and I called to order a 45000.00 desiccant dehumidifier. He asked why I needed it and than instead recommended that I tried adding a dehumidifier heater Infront of my dehumidifiers for about 1/10 of the cost. It worked perfectly! He could have easily just taken my money, but thats not Donald. He truly cares about his customers and likes to solve difficult problems. I had several machines that I had purchased elsewhere that were fire hazards. They were all only a few years old and the manufacturer recommended we just discard them. When I talked to Donald about which replacements to buy he came up with a solution to fix them instead that was extremely cost affective and safe. Not only was I able the keep using the machines, but I was able to sleep at night whithout being terrified everytime the phone rang that someones house may have caught fire in the middle of the night. Those are just a few of the many times they have helped me out because it would take to much space to write them all. The only thing bad I can say is that they are in Texas and Im in Florida so I cant come in to the show room, but they ship super fast with fantastic rates. The only way they would have 2.7 stars and would be from someone who must have wanted their order for free or their just plain lying. They have always been a five star company for me andeveryone of my colleagues who have used them and that is only because you cant give them 6.Thanks for all you do!!!!JaredGrime Scene Investigators

I ordered a supply on Friday and I paid $87.51 to beFedEx to me next day. It did not arrived on Saturday or Sunday. I called the store on Monday and guy told me that I should contact FedEx which I did. FedEx informed me that Steam Brite never paid for the expedited package in another words they lie to me. I contacted the store back and they hanged up on me. Very unprofessional! You should be honest with your customers! I will never buy nothing from this store again.

Very poor customer service. I called to get a status update on my order and this guy had the nerve to tell me I should just keep extra on the truck. Even though it was a small part that cost less than $10 i will not spend $1 with a company that does not promote good customer service. I suggest if you’re buying from here just look somewhere else.It was not about giving me priority over of the customers. All I wanted was what I paid for. No matter the cost of the item your customer service should be better.You have so many negative reviews and yet you still think the customer is wrong. Maybe you should reconsider working in customer service.

Psychotic customer service. Incredibly rude, unprofessional and Donald J Cook is borderline running scams. Ordered something months ago (for thousands of dollars), they claimed I got it (I didnt), then they claimed it was the factory holding it up after I had opened an investigation in it. I tried getting a refund and they were being difficult about it, so I just got my money back through the bank. The owner called me and was upset at me and said it was MY fault somehow and demanded 40$ back from me for the fee that the bank imposed on them.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE

Terrible customer service. Ordered an item. They immediately sent email they had an invoice and waiting for tracking number to be shipped. 2 weeks later nothing. I have called and sit on hold I have emailed 3x no response. Currently been 3 weeks and waiting on vr card to dispute the charges. Billed me when item hasnt even shipped

They don’t stand behind their products and provide horrible customer service. Will not grant a warranty even though product is covered.To the owner. I communicated with you and your customer service representative. Both of you are extremely unprofessional. I also communicated with the manufacturer and they claim that the replacement part was shipped to you. I stopped running around in circles that both you and the manufacturer . 10 months later and I still give 1 star.

I recently purchased a rotating brush from steambrite. After receiving the package, I noticed that the brush head only screws on and nothing locks the brush in place, so if I were to spin the brush counter clockwise the brush would fall off. I reached out to them trying to issues a refund and they wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee! The description of this product online is horrible! Ive been a customer for years but after today I will not be returning.Thank you steambrite for you great customer service.

Ordered air scrubbers, waiting over 20 days now. Turns out they dont have them in stock. They send a request to the factory to make them. God knows how long they will take to be made and shipped... Find a supplier who actually has them.

Ordered a tile tool after bout four days I got a email stating waiting for shipping then two days later it was shipped received the item two days after that and even got a free mini blower which was really cool they had the cheapest price I could find!!!! I purchased an item on 6/25 and it still had not arrived by 7/6. I spoke to the customer service representative who told me that unless it has not been delivered by USPS for 30 days that I am just out of luck, they will not ship a replacement and will not even look for the item.He also made it clear that he is very busy and seemed uninterested in helping me. He first suggested that I look at the tracking number did you even bother looking at the tracking information we sent? and then asked if I had made an error in the address I asked the item to be sent to. He put me on hold several times because he made it clear that he is the only person working there and all phone lines are going to him. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he informed me that he had no supervisor. Unless you do not really need what you are buying from this company I suggest you do not order from them. The customer service attitude is extremely poor/non-existent.

DO NOT ORDER THE DRAGON SLAYER FOR CARPET CLEANING! Nothing but problems and steambrite wasnt much help. The manufacturer of the pressure washer said this unit isnt meant to do this and the shut off they sold me, blew the heads off the pressure washer.I had an issue with shipping and parts being bent, broken, missing or misassembled by there staff. Shipping company lost some packages. And steambrite finally took accountability and help me out.

Placed my order on August 29 and here it is September15 and my item still has not shipped. The voicemail you get when you can take up to 2 months to ship. Once they get your money, they could care less about getting your shipment to you because you don’t get your money back even if it hasn’t shipped yet and on top of that they charge you a restock fee.

I recently purchased a steamer from SteamBrite. It was not compatible for the what we needed and I tried to return it. Since the steamer arrived from the manufacturer directly, SB is charging 25% for the return. I understand a restocking fee and paying for the return shipment. But I promise you the company does not charge 25% for restocking fee. SteamBrite is just ready to keep their bottom line from businesses who have been suffering during these trying times. We have been closed for almost 3 months and counting!

Went to return a part that was unused and never touched after a coupe of days. I paid almost $250 and was only able to get $180 in “store credit”. There’s a 25% restocking fee on a part that weighs less than 10 lbs and will take less than a minute to put back on the shelf. The part was untouched and in the same packaging it was sold to me in. I lost $70. Then they tried to not include the taxes I paid in the store credit. BEWARE. I’ve spent a lot of my hard earned money here, but will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. What a shame.

Best pricing anywhere is how I became a customer - their passion and innovation is what keeps my business. I read some of the 1 star ⭐️ reviews and would say this: if u are getting the best pricing - there is a reason. They dont build “free shipping, etc” into pricing like everyone else. And the free returns or shipping labels are Not done by the original manufacturer so Steambrite cannot pass the non-existent “free” either. U can get tracking info however u have to request it thru their website. Everything is listed if u read it (i dont always read). All u have to do is ask and u will get very thorough customer service and very detailed answers to all questions (checkout the company blog).I have a 5 star business and I do some things differently- but Steambrite’s integrity, honesty, innovation and industry knowledge has earned them a life long customer. I consider Donald to be a “YouTube mentor” and he has personally inspired me to be a better carpet cleaner.

To Whom It May Concern,I am researching companies that sell the Victory brand cordless electrostatic handheld sprayer (Part Number: VP200ESK). I called in to SteamBrite inquire on the shipping status.When the customer service representative, Donald asked me for the part #, I gave it to him. Shortly after he said Can you read a little further down the page? and so I did, I gave him the style name thinking that is what he was asking for. Then he very rudely said Everything you need to know is right there, on the website if you would just read it. It is not shipping until November of 2020. You should have been able to figure that out. He continued to speak to me in a very condescending manner telling me that I should read the whole page as its all clearly stated there.Quite honestly, I am still in shock that he was so rude. True, it actually is all stated there. However, the tone in which he spoke to me was absolutely unacceptable. I understand that this product is back-ordered everyplace and so no, I did not take much time to read everything. It does not matter. I am looking to place a substantial order for our business and I can assure you, it will not be through SteamBrite.I asked him if he could put me in touch with a supervisor and he told me that there isnt one, hes working alone today. That is very surprising to me as well.There was absolutely zero reason for him to speak to me in such a condescending manner.*if you read through the negative comments here, on the BBB and on Yelp, you will see that Donald is rude, belittling and condescending. And his responses often include Bible verses about “do unto others”...which is particularly offensive to me as a Christian woman.

Sounds like John is the only one in customer service, and I believe to be the owner. Indirectly rude in a sense that he acted insulted that I inquired about free shipping on a $300 order. At this price point a majority of places offer free shipping. After being charged over $40 for shipping my solution and equipment sat in shipping department unwarrented without any one taking notice over a week. Its two weeks after my order and I still havent received my order. How is all this justified? A few free samples, no priority shipping to make up for everything, it is being shipped ground. This isnt how you do business, and I guarantee John would not accept this type of service from someone selling him something.

I had in issue with an order. That eventually got resolved not before a bunch of back and forth emails with Donald every email he sent me was rude and belittling. Very unprofessional I asked if my order was shipped I was told it was being sent from overseas and would get a tracking order once shipped I explained I had the job coming up and wouldnt need it afterwords. After his belittling emails I told him I would post the emails on my review he changed his attitude and come to find out it was shipped out of texas not overseas and I was never updated with a email or tracking# untill I broughtup the review. Also they dont do refunds.

Steam-brite proceeded to reship all my parts at no charge without waiting to see whats going on with Ups. Ups told me it would be 8-10 days to find my package. Thanks for the great customer service. Ive done business with this company for years and just realized how stupid I am. They make cheap products that dont last. I bought 3 backpack vacuums and all 3 didnt last more than 4 years. While my proteam backpacks over going on 8 years now. Their rotary floor machine didnt last more than 6 months and to send it back would end up costing me more in shipping and restocking than the cheap plastic machine is worth.God forbid you have return. No shipping credit or reshipping, no label printed provided, no refunds, and they charge you over 20% restocking fee. Dont be stupid like me, your better of spending a few more dollars for quality materials and a working with company that does not rake you over the coals for a return!

I ran into a problem where I ordered items that work with each other and they didnt have enough of the other items...so now Im stuck with what they had and cant use what I got. Thanks but no thanks. Go ebay people! I felt that John was rude...he said find another supplier because we ran out...very poor customer service and I will not be buying from this company again. They didnt mark as paid sorry when I called on week 3 they said sorry our bad fixed so I waited another 3.5 weeks. Still nothing called again was told would be 3 weeks. Gotta say this is another time when you should have just gone with Amazon.Ordered an EV level 2 chargers last month. Order is stuck at waiting to ship still. I have contacted them on two different occasions and during business hours with zero response.Noticed the same product on Ebay, but it says available 15 or something days.... where as their website has no mention of this.I kind of want to order from Amazon and see how sooner I will get it from them. Very disappointed. Ordered an ultimate upholstery cleaning machine. Did not hear from Steam Brite for 2 1/2 weeks so I called to check on order. Turned out I had to pay an additional $192.00 to have it shipped express to get it in time for the project I needed it for. When I called the first time the CSR said he would call me back in 15 minutes. No call.I followed up the next day. When I received the machine, it came without the hose. The equivelent of getting a car without tires. Nice, but useless. After a couple more days of phone calls, he tells me that I bought the unit only. The web site said, included. I now saw the web site has been changed to say hose/attachments optional. The experience has been a bit of a joke really and needless to say, I cannot recommend these folks nor will I use them again.

This company really doesnt respect the tax prices it offers for its products to other states. It has been a real nightmare to obtain something from them, it seems like their employees only go to complete a shift and do not care to treat a customer how it should be done. I have bought from them before always with the same difficulty. But I will never buy from them even a screw again. Its been more than 3 weeks and I havent received anything nor know anything about my purchase. I know them for at least 5 years and every time I forgotten how badly they have screw me over I purchase something from them, and hate myself for that . They selling a lot of stuff what they dont actually have, and it was discontinued, they selling thing what they probably assemble in garage after hours, and not worth a $50 they selling in for $500 in the beginning they was charging double or triple for shipping and so on, if you decide to buy from them, buy only brand names and make sure it is not discontinued, because after they got your money they going to forget about your existence.
