Giving one star is too much. Had give one star just to open review. We took our vacuumed in. We were told there is a safety switch that needed to be reset. Should not take long He will call. A week later no call. We called. Not ready he will call. Three weeks no call. We called. Oh I dont know Im not at shop Ill call. No call. Over a month now and no call. He said again Im not at shop I will call. Still no call. I called right back He will have someone else call tomorrow. No call. We called back.. now we were told its been ready for a long time... mad yes we are mad. Went to pick up and it was 182.00 just to flip a switch.. I think we got charged for storage. Shop is a mess. Hundred of vacuums sitting around no wonder they dont know whats going on. Plus we were told total was 169. So Im sure they were charging for storage to go up on the price like that. The guy working there today said the owner is being sued. I can see why. Very poor business ethics.

Do not recommend. Took my shark duo clean here because the brush roll stopped spinning. Was told “sharks break all the time even shark can’t fix them”. And on top of that he told me that by using a bagless vac I was giving my daughter asthma, flinging mold and dust into the air, and harming my entire household. He then proceeds to try and sell me a $700 canister vac. No thanks. I called Shark when I got home and one $20 part later and a you tube video my vacuum is good as new. I don’t appreciate scare tactics being used to try and scam me into one of their overpriced overstocked vacuums.

Tried calling to get a quote, Individual on the phone was absolutely rude and crass. Told me all I needed to know about this business.

Had a wonderful central vacuum repair/replacement experience with Joseph Bieber! He was supposed to come check our unit next week, but called when he was in our area, so it was fixed four days before anticipated. He was prompt, efficient, clean, and did not try to oversell what we needed. Great experience!

I puchased a Sebo Felix recently. My daughter and I suffer from asthma and seasonal allergies and my old vacuum did not seem to be getting rid of dust in my home. I had a Shark Navigator which was bagless and came with the Hepa filter. I thought I was doing my family good by using that machine because of all the advertisements, but actually I was hurting us by not using a vacuum that requires bags! It seemed like there was dust everywhere all the time and no matter how much I vacuumed it came back usually by the next day. The Sebo has super suction power and dust does not escape. Joseph was really informative and gave a great demonstration and I am glad glad glad that I purchased this machine. I can tell there is less dust already in 2 weeks that I have had it. Joseph is a great guy....so HONEST. I never thought I would be so excited about owning a vacuum, but this has been a lifesaver...less wheezing and coughing and sniffles for us! Man let me tell you, I work for Criket and we have to vacuum the carpet every night and yesterday there is an incident where I stepped on The wire and the wire came completely loose from the vacuum. basically I had to fix it but I had to order online almost $60 a new wire I didnt know what to do so I called AllVacuum. Not only did they fix the vacuum but they cleaned it and made it look brand new like day one brand new all for $30! so basically he saved my job I literally left the vacuum there in the morning and it was done an hour or two later! and cricket has a social media app where we are keep in touch with each other and basically I I let everyone know that all vacuum is a place to go! If anyone gave this man a bad rating its either because they (the customer)were disrespectful.

Buy all my vacuums and accessories there. Been a client for 15 years.

I went in to find someone who could tell me about a machine and not just read what I could read on the box. Joseph asked me about my house and my floors and my cleaning practices before he suggested a machine. I am very satisfied with my new vacuum and with with the way I was treated. I highly recommend All Vacuum to anyone looking for a new cleaner and who wants better service and information than what you get at the discount stores.

No idea where the poor service reviews are coming from. The owner has been the nicest guy. I had almost 4 years between visits, and he said youve been here before right? I said yes, and he graciously thanked me for my business. For such a small shop, he seems to be very busy.

Im moving overseas this week due to a military move and my carpet shampooer fill tank had a valve come off of it. Joseph and his son looked tirelessly for a replacement tank, but didnt have one available. He called the Hoover dealer line and put me in contact with the warranty department (even though I didnt have my receipt with me). He was able to get Hoover to expedite a replacement tank to my house before we moved. He spent over 30 minutes assisting me even though I didnt spend any money at his shop. Thank you so much Joseph, highly recommend All Vacuum!!!

Dont believe these other reviews. I had my Dyson fixed here (authorized service center) and it was about $89 for the repair. It was done in a timely matter, just a few days. When I came to pick it up, the owner assured me that I have up to six months to redeem the repair price towards a new Dyson if I want to upgrade. Thats amazing and loyal customer service.

The Lindhaus vacuum cleaner is the best we ever had. The 1st. Lindhaus we had for 12 years. The new one is even better. It feels very easy to push. It cleans very thoroughly. We are very pleased. Our service has always been great.

My wife and I have never had such terrible service. We returned to the shop three weeks after dropping our shampooer off and received nothing but rude comments. The owner had a complete lack of regard for us as customers and couldnt answer any of the questions we asked about the parts hed ordered. I understand that the owner may not be the person that actually works on the machine, but that doesnt excuse his terribly insulting manner. When a business operator would rather have business walk out of his shop rather than answering some questions, poor reviews are the result.

I was greeted right away by a young man. When he learned that I wanted a hose extension for a brand they did not sell, he played dumb and clueless!! Went on amazon, which is where I should have went in the first place!

Excellent Service! Jospeh came the same day I contacted him. Had an inlet plate that cracked and couldt use the vacuum. The best service in the San Antonio,Texas, area for central vacuum cleaners.

Mr. Bieber came out within a short amount of time and replaced our central vac unit. He was very efficient, did a great job and was super friendly.

Brought in a Hoover for warranty service. Apparently, they are the only Hoover Warranty Center in Central Texas, a gentleman from Austin was in line in front of me. I was not satisfied with my Hoover vacuum since it quit working on me, but the staff handled it well. They told me warranty issues typically take about 2-3 weeks. They called me within about 2 weeks and said my vacuum was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, apparently Hoover had given me a new machine! Great service, friendly staff, overall highly recommendable business.

DO NOT GO TO THIS VACUUM REPAIR SHOP! I brought my Kirby here for minor repairs and I very much regret it. First of all, the gentleman who works there charges a flat $180.00 charge for any and all repairs. Doesnt matter if all you need is a bag, he charges $180.POOR SERVICE: I called prior to picking my vacuum up after about 3 weeks. I showed up after the published opening time and after calling, and the shop was closed. I called a few more times and the gentleman assured me multiple times that he was going to be there in 5 mins. He finally showed close to an hour later.When he opened the shop, the vacuum had not been worked on. He scurried into the back and I could hear him tinkering.I was so ready to leave the shop that I did not inspect his repairs. He left a plastic trim piece dangling and kept the original screw.This gentleman has overall poor service, customer consideration and OUTRAGEOUS PRICING.I ended up taking the still unfixed vacuum to House of Vacuums off of 410 near Marbach (exit 7) and the gentleman fixed the vacuum for free. Very kind and understanding man.

This is my favorite small, owner-run business in San Antonio! They consistently provide outstanding service and attention.
