The drivers we had were always very friendly, but their business practices are definitely not designed with the customers best interest in mind. We have been stuck with their contract for the last 10 years......We started off with their grey uniforms for 4 years, then wanted something different to match our branding better. We tried switching shirts, but the guys in the field didnt like them, plus they still didnt match our branding well. We needed a teal shirt, but they didnt have anything like that......Well after another year went by, we thought our contract was over, and found some nice teal shirts outside of Cintas, that went with our brand perfectly and the guys loved working in them.......So we told Cintas we would not renew......Well they said we still had a contract for another 4 years, because when we switched styles we renewed another 5 years unknowingly!! So we are now stuck paying $160/month for random items we dont need from Cintas until our contract is over because they are so stickler on their contracts. They dont even drop off the overpriced all purpose wipes and clean the floor mats like they are supposed to every month. We save an extra $200/month because the Cintas shirt rental is a lot more expensive than providing your own uniforms to employees, so thankfully it offsets the worthless $160/month we are stuck paying them until our contract ends.
I’ve had the worst customer service i’ve been trying to cancel my account since the beginning of February since I closed my restaurant permanently. I’ve been calling they always say they will call back never do. I call again they transfer me to someone else it goes to voicemail yet they keep charging me every week. Every time I login into my account there’s a new charge. Never again i’m going to hire their service. Customer service is horrible.
