Not so much of using this business as it is the diving of their drivers. I was following my wife down US HWY 79 about 5 miles of Hearne, Texas. There driver thought it would be a good idea to pass my wife in a no passing zone entering a bridge. This in turn forced my wife to sharply steer her van toward the edge of the road almost running off of it because there was a car coming toward the company vehicle that was in the wrong lane. We where able to get the contact number but when called at first was hung up on and then called back and straight to voicemail. The company driver was also speeding and nearly ran right up on the back end of my truck.

Highly recommend. Excellent service, courteous and knowledgeable techs, and they fix everything in the kitchen. From industrial freezers to can openers. Will definitely use them again.

The AC broke at my salon. While the property manager and I were discussing the issue, my client who owns a couple of restaurants was in the waiting area and highly recommended Restaurant Repair Company. Our property manager called, a guy came right out and diagnosed the issue. The unit up on top of the roof is apparently ALOT to deal with, But this Company did a GREAT JOB! Quality work and Customer service was great!I dont know how much the property manager paid but when our washer/ dryer was on the fritz and we didnt want to buy a new one I called Restaurant Repair and it didnt matter how big or small the job was, they gave me the same quality work that Id experienced before and better yet SAVED ME MONEY!!Thanks again and Ill definitely be referring ya ll....

If you are looking for a job beware of this company!! The owner is shady he is always in his office he does not communicate with you nor does he acknowledge that you exist.. he only comes out of his office around 4pm to see how much money he made for the day... his company over charges customers. We Received alot of calls from upset customers stating why they were being over charged/ double charged and were seeking answers...Look at their reviews for this company it speaks for itself!! From experience the owner first calls you over the phone I guess as an interview.. and then tells you to come in... you go in and set your expectations high thinking you landed a great place ofemployment and that you will get the proper training, within less than a week he expects you to know a system with very little training and quizzes you, the girls in the office arefake!! literally one of them that currently works there made a 5 star comment rating post review 3 months ago for this company just to boost up ratings and even the owner response back to a fake post!?! Wow! seriously its truly pathetic and mind blowing how fake of a company you can be.. and you call yourselves professionals sureyou do you have employed unprofessional techs that come in and cuss alot and take about each other behind their backs.. and to even go the extent to ask about your private life.. to me that was very unprofessional especially when you dont know the person and you are being asked questions like that.This a poor rating of a company to work for...BEWARE

Dean was awesome and quick with our AC repair for my food truck! He explained what he was doing and made sure the job was done before he left. Definitely would suggest him for anyone else who needs an AC problem fixed

Slow and not very timely. Suppose to show up between 8 and noon....called after noon and showed up unprepared at 4 (+/-). Came back next day at 3. Charge was way too high! On other hand, they did show up and ice maker now works like new..

I called in December and the tech showed up in late March. 3 1/2 months after I called. After inspecting the flat top he admitted to not know how to adjust the gas. He said he fixed it but when I got down and looked the burners would not turn off. He made the matter worse. I called the office while he was still in my restaurant and was told a supervisor would come out but he never did. I was charged on my credit card on file. What a scam. I recommend that no one ever use these people... not even in an emergency.

The office is friendly and professional. Tech was out and explained thoroughly what the problem was and what was needed to get back up and running. Tech was back next day with parts in hand and completed the work.

Pass on this company, they have bad business practices. WE got a service call and I used them to sub the job out as we were not in the SA area. Anyway, they sent a Tech out and diagnosed the issue and got it resolved. It took me several days and many emails to get an invoice for my records, they sent an invoice for only $200.00 and I thought great, checked AM EX and there was another charge for $1200.00. I called and again several emails and calls to get the invoice. Boss calls me the next month and says there is another $300.00 charge and to find out for what. I call and speak to Accounting to find out why, they dont know and ask me for invoice #, i tell them I have NO idea because I was never sent an invoice. You think they would have researched and found out the issue and called me back ASAP, oh no, they dont care. After a couple of hours I called again and said I needed a call back by 2:00pm, that time came and went, I called again and then they tell me that company called them directly, they sent a Tech out and charged my card. I asked Why?, who authorized the charge? They have no clue, they said they usually keep the card on file, which I indicated I never authorized that either....shady business practice. I asked for the owners name and contact information, I am still waiting on that information. So I googled the owner and he has an alias because he wrote the book on shady business practices and was indicted by the State of Texas for such... caveat emptor people.

BEWARE!!! This company charged me twice for the same invoice back in August and even though they admit their mistake, they will not refund my money despite numerous requests over several months. It appears they no longer have a website and are probably out of business. What a nightmare! They literally stole my money!

I needed some repairs could find any one that could come (as it was late at night, called these guys and they sent me Cliff Solis . Didnt know at the time he would be my saving Angel. He came in and fix the problem for next to nothing instead of replacing everything, like 3 other companies were trying to tell me ITS THE ONLY WAY i heard twice........ If you are in Houston, call them and ask for Cliff, he shoot you staight . This guy was taught right.

Without going into A LOT of detail, because there is a lot, DO NOT use this company. Horrible customer service, overcharged for service performed, another customers service charged to my cc and took 8 phone calls at least for them to admit to and credit my account. Owner acts very concerned but did not return my call within a week like he promised and accounts receivable employee very rude and condescending, also did not return calls when promised and did not look into concerns. Tried for over 2 months to get situation rectified and was told they dont have the time to deal with it and they dont need my business. BEWARE!!

Terrible service and over price. They charged me a month later for another service that I didn’t receive. It’s was another business with the same name. Emailed them and I didn’t get a response. Called them back a week later and still trying to get it resolve.

I called Restaurant Repair to help with a malfunctioning electric fireplace for a client. They were incredibly nice, quick to respond, and even worked with us on pricing.10 out of 10. Would recommend.

We have been struggling with Restaurant Repair company to finish fixing the Machines in two restaurants the technicians do not update the Managers on what the next step is, that that parts need to be ordered. I agreed to pay 50.00 more per hour for fast service or service been on a Saturday its been over a month, I have been calling weekly for updates and they tell me the same thing, the order is on back order. Today I spoke to Tammy lets see what information she can give me I have to finish service with them since they started it I will be looking for another company once im done with this nightmare.

I have been very patience with this company, I called them for repair on 12/04/2018, they when and check the machine and left premises withhout saying anything to any one, I called back because the issue was not resolve, they stated they order the parts from manufacture amd they were waiting for them, today is 01/08/2019 amd they still have not repair my equiptment, I talk to Leland he stated he was the CEO of the company and he stated the machine will be done today. I just called them back amd they are closed anthe machine still not repair. I just hoping this nightmare ends and never used them agian.. the WORSE company to hire.

The Academy Drum and Bugle Corps can not thank RRC enough for their wonderful service. We came into the SanAntonio area for a competition and our food trailer refrigeration was down. We feed 154 young adults plus staff and volunteers 4 meals a day totaling about 800 meals. So when RRC responded so quickly to our emergency we could not have been more greatful.The service tech Diego Sandoval was awesome and he hung with us until the job was complete. He was kind courteous and just so determined to get things fixed for us. He even stopped by early the following morning to make sure everything was ok. Now that is pride I.
