Honestly Ive never done business personally here but i used to wait everyday at the bus stop right in front of the place. In doing so Ive seen several individually owned landscapers pull up here with their work tailors and Ive seen a couple men come here just to get something repaired or to purchase something to help them finish their personal lawns. This place seems to know their stuff. I see them get their customers taken care of rather quickly each time so that they may return to their jobs. I have seen enough business conducted here to say that I cant wait until i can do business with these guys and Id recommend them just off what Ive seen. Keep up the good work.

Very pleasant experience. Was greeted immediately. My equipment was quickly assessed, and because most of my stuff is old, it presented a plan B approach and was solved quickly with courtesy, honor. I do NOT hesitate to recommend.

Highly recommend! Capable, courteous, high integrity folks. Mower wasnt working - took it to C&L - expected at least a carburetor rebuild - they assessed that was not necessary - did only what needed to be done vs. charge more for something that was not needed. If you need mower service, you will be glad to know about C & L.

Really expecting to get it a week later but got it a couple days early. Fantastic service goes well with their fantastic prices. I drove from Converse to here, passing other lawnmower service shops because they are just that good. Dont trade convenience for pricing because they provide both.

Always friendly, willing to help. Good service. They really know what theyre talkin about and know their tools and saws and things like that. Easy to work with. They always treat me like family. Great place to get things fixed.

Just bought a chainsaw. Called around for prices. 5 places all the same price. Came here because it was the closest. Came with a particular saw in mind. Asked if they would recommend another at the same price point. They actually recommend a cheaper model based on my needs. Very friendly, helpful and seemingly honest. They also handled the warranty registration for me.

I took my lawnmower in for repair and now the mower run like brand new, and at a great price.

To begin with, I never write reviews. I did visit several other mower repair shops in town in person, before going to C&L. Their competitors wouldnt give me the time of day. I had a warranty repair needed on a Toro riding mower that I had recently purchased. Willie @ C&L was extremely friendly and helpful. I was told it would take a week to repair, and it was ready in a week. They also did an adjustment to the steering mechanism when they noticed it was loose. A very pleasant experience. I cant remember the last time Ive had one of those at a repair business.5 Star rating.

The sales lady approached me after i had time to look at products on my own. She was friendly, informative, somewhat comical and knowledgeable of the products. She did not try to up sale me a more expensive product and actually recommended a less expensive model.I Went in there to look at weed eaters after one from big box home improvement store died. Prices are comparable and quality of the stihl trimmers are superb.

I know that these people will bend over backwards to make sure you are treated well and the prices are MORE than reasonable! Sometimes the wait for repairs are longer than expected, but always fair. Anyone who leaves a bad review usually doesnt get their way or gets an answer they dont want to hear. Take the time to find out for yourself how helpful they are!

Great little shop! They do a fantastic job on my Toro mulching blades...balanced, cleaned, sharpened and ready to go for another year!They have also serviced the mower in the past and it runs like a champ. I even grabbed a Stihl hand held saw, which in the big scheme of things was a bit pricey for me, was made in the USA and I felt good about supporting a local shop versus the chains...thanks again!

So I have a bone to pick with C&L Mower. They stole my plausible deniability. My yard was over grown with all of the rain. I just took my old snapper mower into them and they gave it back to me running perfectly so I had to mow. I had no excuse. Not only did it start in 2 pulls of the starter rope it ran flawlessly for the entire yard. And to make matters worse 5-6 years ago I purchased a used Stihl weed eater from them, and that damn thing still runs perfectly as well. If you don’t want to mow, don’t take your stuff to them as it will run perfectly perfectly when you get it back! 😉 Love these guys!

Took my lawnmower there to have them repair an oil leak. He asked what kind of motor it had and when I told him it was a Tecumseh, he immediately said they were notorious for leaking and wasnt worth fixing. I told him it was at the top and that it still ran only that after all the oil leaked it would stop. He told me well then keep adding oil until it quits. I eventually fixed it myself, it was the breather....after I smashed the threads I went there again to see if he would shave top ;three threads off crankshaft, AGAIN, he doesnt do that! I asked what about a split hex die? Oh I dont have one! Imagine that a lawnmower shop not able to rethread a bolt. Maybe he just doesnt like Hispanic women that can take apart a lawnmower.....Shame!!!!!

Dont buy Stihl products here. Bought a hand held leaf blower and it was already assembled and did not come with other attachment to it. When you buy something new, you want it in a box unopened, PLUS there is no return policy here. When you walk out with it, its your problem now. Save your time and punch yourself in the face.
