They got what you want but if you dont get mugged for it on the way back to your car then you will probably be approached for a quarter or cigg before you get out of there

Fantastic customer service where I feel very welcomed at. If I have questions the owners/workers are knowledgeable in their products they have at their store. Definitely my go to place to buy my liquor since it’s in a great location and under new management now (previous owner with the bad reviews is no longer there). This place rocks with owner very friendly, courteous and educating customers with product line. Also carries bourbons, which no other store carries including specs and big chains around. And Bourbon king will get you a product if he doesnt have one in store . Exceptional customer service above and beyond. Highly recommend to pay a visit.

This is a great little shop. The staff are super friendly and the store frequently has specials on randomly chosen liquors at steep discounts. To illustrate, one time I was eyeing a bottle of tequila that was about $30. The person working that night suggested that I wait and come back the next day instead, because it was going to be the next weeks special and would be $16 a bottle instead. Definitely worth a look if youre in the area.

This was my first time in this liquor store after the new owners had taken over and I could really see the difference this store has gone through. The store is well organized and filled with choices. When I asked for suggestions from the employees, they took the time to ask me what I like and took my preference in with the options they gave me. They even walked me to where each one was and would even hold the bottles that you pick for you so you wont have to carry it. They wrote down the bottles that they didnt have that I was looking for them and told me they would call me when they come in. They definitely have changed and I would highly recommend this store to all my friends.

Love coming to this Liquor store even though its a bit ways from where I live simply because of the customer service I have received here. I had been looking for a bottle of wine for months!! and couldnt find it anywhere, Jijo told me he would get it for me. I dont know how he did it, but within a week he had the bottle shipped from North Carolina at a great price. The bigger liquor stores in San Antonio simply told me they didnt carry it.

Mr. Singh goes above and beyond to help his customers get exactly what they are looking for! Even educating you on things you didnt know about certain liquor. He always has a kind word and smile everytime you go in there, and makes it a point to remember his customers. It truly is a wonderful experience to shop there! I highly recommend Bourbon King to everyone! Never a bad experience!

This place is awesome, I had a great customer service and the lady at the register is very kind. The store looks really modern, clean and organized. Love this place and at a great location.

Singh is the best! He will order whatever you want and keep it cold for pickup. He always lets me know when my favorite stuff comes in. If you want one of a kind personalized service, I recommend a stop here.

Very nice established place. Their customer service was very good, they were very helpful when I had a question about anything. Overall, I have no complaints whatsoever about this place. Would definitely recommend to everybody.

Rude and price gouging! Went in for liquor for a holiday party at 8:53, open sign was lit so I walked in and was promptly yelled at by Singh, the owner, that they were closed. I told him his sign was on and I started to leave but he said, well what do you want??!! I told him a medium sized bottle of whiskey. He grabs a small bottle and hands it to me. I said, can I get the medium one? He snatched the bottle from my hand and told me I said a small one!! He then asked why I even came in?!?! He said he was trying to close after working 12 hours..., Like it was my fault?! So, we go to the register and I literally saw the price tag listed $29.99 but once I got into my car I realized he rang up $31.99 and had removed the price tag!! Very shady business owner and extremely rude! Will never come here again.

I have found this store to be a friendly neighborhood liquor store .If they do not have what you are looking for, they will stock it within a week.They are building their business out.

I loved their customer service, they have great deals on jim beam and crown royal which is my favorite, but that day I was looking for a specific wine and the new owner was kind enough to help me get my favorite wine and gave a great deal on a whole case. I will definitely be back soon, and get some more.

So weird seeing racist comments in regards to Singh- every time I have been in with any person of color the hospitality remained top notch. Definitely cheaper than some big chain retailers and better bourbon selection. I recommend this establishment to anyone looking for quality bourbonsHave Blantons and Pappys to top it off

New owner has prices that are way above retail and secondary! All of a sudden they want to price gouge every limited bourbon that comes through the store. If you cant afford to sell at retail then dont bother buying it from the distributor. People in the bourbon world know what the true cost of the bottles are. RHF sells for 50 plus not 160. EH Taylor Four Grain sells for 89 not 430. ETL sells for 30 not 89.00 and blantons sells for 50 to 60 not 89. Sure they may say they are the only ones who have it which is not necessarily true but it does not justify the price just because the are on the bourbon boom hype. You are better off going to the bigger stores.

Best Bourbon selection in town and Singh has always been super helpful, friendly, and respectful.

Very rude, needs a new owner, had no respect for me being a combat veteran, instantly accused me of being under age even though I gave military ID and state ID, has no respect for veterans, racist, terrible with customers, shut his store down 15 minutes early just so he didn’t have to sell. Go to don and bens!

RACIST and RUDE!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. Ive been in 3x and the 2x I went in with a black person Singh was openly racist, extremely rude, and actually threatened our group as soon as he saw we had a black person with us. This was 2 different times with 2 different black people I was with. Hes an awful person and I refuse to patron a store with such a rude, racist, patronizing person.
