I wouldnt recommend anyone go to this store and have to deal with this cashier ever. I went into the store to do an assignment for easyshift and secret shopping. I wasnt greated like other customers upon entering. I was in the store at least 10 minutes before I was asked if I needed help. I politely said no cashier leaves and comes back to ask what am I doing. I politely said Ive been assigned to this store shows him the app and why I was taking pictures. He told me he was going to call manager he calls to come back and say get out or he will call the police. I again tried to tell him the app name and what i was doing he told me doesn’t care get out.. I wouldnt recommend anyone go to this store and have to deal with this cashier ever.

Always has whatever exotic liquor or liquer I may need for whatever new cocktail I want to make. Good wine selection too. Competitive prices. Right next to HEB on Bandera. Parking can be difficult because well, HEB. Staff very helpful in finding whatever you need, and, if by chance, they dont have what you are looking for, they will recommend great alternatives.

Love the selection, location is ideal. Always have what Im looking for, and it looks pretty well-stocked if I do say so myself.

Absolutely disappointed with the customer service there. We made it there with 10 minutes to spare before closing and knew exactly what we needed. We did NOT expect to be verbally attacked and threatened by ALEXANDRA. She was extremely rude the whole time we were inside, through the check out, and as we were leaving. She was swearing, using abusive language, and even threatened to fight us when we said nothing to her. I will not return or spend my money at Twin Liqours until this matter is investigated. We have pictures of her using derogatory hand signs as we were leaving.

I will no longer shop at this or any Twin Liquors location. I have a great friend that works at Dino & Gino Liquors & Picosos Peanut Company in Helotes Tx. I would be more than happy to drive from the other side of town just to purchase any liquor. Customer service means you are here to represent your company no matter how your day is going. Simple, no brainer and now the repercussions begin.

The staff are fantastic and extremely helpful. Ask a question and you will be enlightened. I learned how to make a coconut margarita with blue curacao. Wow, it was amazing. Great staff, great prices! My wife and I frequent this location.

A very nice store, clean and quiet. Their prices are just a bit too high to come consistently. Specs or Total Wine are both a little cheaper across the board. But in a pinch, this is a great option. Classy joint with great classes on liquor offered, and rock bottom days twice a year is highly recommended.

Even on new yrs eve every thing was stocked and plentiful. The cashiers were very kind and the line went very fast! I was also amazed at their selection of drinks they had and the price wasnt bad at all!

DO NOT give this company your business. They refused me service because my disability. They even broke federal law when they demanded I prove my disability to them. Its called the Americans Disability Act.

While the prices are a dollar or two higher than places like Specs, the selection of specialty products is better. I went looking for cachca. Specs had two, Twin had three. The service at both places is lackluster. The employees dont really know about the products. But, at Twin, they at least dont pretend.

Nice selection of bourbon and scotch. Recent sale prices made my favorites an easy sell!

Very nice place large selection wide variety of all spirits and wine. Plenty of mixer choices available for you. Seems to be competitive prices for the area and they definitely seem to place to get some of your specialty needs or bottles that is hard to find would recommend going here the reason for not the five stars because of the parking structure around it connected to the H-E-B plus. It is a nightmare
