This is why you shop local.... Have been searching for a specific bourbon for a while and figured the big box stores would give me a better shot - more locations more opportunity. All of them were unable to and really didnt even try. I figured Id try the store by my house and Belinda was incredible! She tracked down a bottle, had it brought to the store and called as soon as it was in. Thats customer service!

Stopped here to get a 1.75L of Crown Royal. Normally pay $43.99 at Total Wine & Liquor. Mentioned this to the clerk when I saw their price was $63.99 and was told that the owner price matches if you have an Ad. Immediately pulled up the Total Wine Ad on my phone and showed the guy how much higher they were on all sizes of Crown. I was then told that the price match was only if I had an Ad and that the website for the local location did NOT count. Only a newspaper insert Ad was acceptable. And the owner was at another location. I asked if I could bring in an Ad and have the difference reimbursed and continue to do business with them if the price was matched. The clerk shuffled through paperwork, looking for something, and said the owner would have to answer. I started to leave and said that I didnt think either of those things would happen and uhh... was all I heard from the guy... Good business huh?

Door is locked at 6:45pm on a busy friday night. Been here for 15 minutes and still no one. Glad I dont own this business.
