Great rebuild. Went throught and checked all nuts and bolts. Even looked at the bearings for correct clearance. Perfect! Communication was excellent as well. Motor runs beautifully! Thank you!!!

I purchased a motor from these people in Jan 2020. It started running quite badly and when I took it in a few months ago, my mechanic did a thorough diagnosis on it and determined that 2 of the cylinders were bad. He contacted them, told them his findings and they did NOTHING even though it was proven that they sold me a lemon! It finally gave up on Oct 16th. My previous motor lasted from 2003-2020. Theirs lasted a year and 9 months. I now see why their warranty is only a year. The one I purchased from Advance Auto Parts this morning, comes with a 3-year/100,000 mile warranty. Now THATS how you stand by your product! NEVER AGAIN will I buy or recommend ANYTHING from City Motor Supply!

At the end of the day it’s just bad business and I never would of thought they’d be a problem had always been good business years ago! They told Me two weeks and it took over a month and I still had to go check on them myself no one ever called like they said! Handed them my deposit receipt and in min there shredded they act as if they did something wrong when I just file my receipts for my purposes! Just a very confusing visit for not being a first time customer..... I will find another shop before going here again guys I hate to say!!!

Best Machine Shop In San Antonio! My name and James Gonzalez and they helped hook up my 1989 Mustang 5.0 by getting me a very good engine and heads. Currently they are doing a valve job on my Gt 40 heads And I know they’ll do a wonderful job they always do! Felt with them several times and Let me tell you, Nobody leaves a beautiful finish on the heads and blocks like these guys! You won’t be disappointed! Jesse is very noligible and knows a lot about engines. The other older gentleman that also works in the front also knows his stuff.Lots of experience and good advice and wayyy better then those other guys for sure. Thank you City Motor Supply for Doing the Dirty Hard Work Right!

I call and I call and I call and I call and I call and I call and I call and NO ANSWER!!!! It’s 10:10am they claim to open at 8am. They answered once and hanged right back up. Been trying to call various times over the last 2 hours!

Got a long block it’s is 2 months out of there warranty has water in oil. Not sure if it’s a blown head gasket or crack head or cracked block. So I just called to see if they could help me with it not trying to get anything free. Just some help I was told that’s there nothing they can do being is is out of the warranty period. I will not take anything to them again.out of warranty by 2 months
