At Servpro of Stone Oak, we were missing a Keystock for one of our machines, unfortunately the only size we were able to purchase in San Antonio was quite a bit too big for the machine. I took the part over to Stephen at Texas Tool Makers. He not only was quick to jump on the job, he cut the piece down to the exact same size as the one we needed. Thanks Steve!! We will be sure to recommend yall for an metal work or welding!

Didnt let us know that it would take over a week till ours would even be considered. Couldnt get a hold of anyone since they were always at lunch. Wouldnt quote a price ahead of time and when they were done, they tried to extort us with ridiculous pricing. They may have one of the lowest rates but it doesnt matter when it takes them three times as long to complete even simple machining.
