I wish I could leave zero stars, this company has no integrity.

If youre looking to purchase a piece of equipment from a mini excavator to a 2050m dozer give Brian Cosgrove a phone call! He is very professional and always seems to have the answer to any of my many oddball questions. Has on multiple occasions hand delivered parts on weekends and nights just to help me out and even brought tacos!He helped me in the purchase of 3-SV280 skid steers along with over 11 attachments from a shredder, grapple buckets, auger, post driver, trencher, rock bucket, pallet forks for our business. If you name it they carry it.I am a repeat customer and currently looking at purchasing 3 new machines here very soon for our fleet and Ill use no one else besides Brian with ASCOThey use top brands of attachments like bradco/ paladin which are top of the line and you wont find anything better in quality of materials/craftsmanship.One thing that ASCO stands apart by compared to the rest of the competition is their Keep-you-going program. Its exactly what it sounds like, if your machine goes down for a warranty issue and its going to take a little while to fix due to severity or parts order you get a free rental machine to keep your business going after a mechanic has looked at your machine.ASCO has hands down the best field service when it comes to repairs. One of my machines has had trouble here and there under warranty and theyre always out there the same or next day to get me going again. Clint Scheib is one the best field service mechanics Ive worked with. Very professional and knowledgeable, he always notified me when hes on his way, and informed me what is wrong with my machine. He gets your machine fixed right the first time and makes sure its done right. If possible I would request him.Ive had top notch service with ASCO from every step of the way. We even picked up 2 of our machines on a saturday and Brian wasnt available at the time, so the branch manager Kyle met with us in the morning to make sure everything was as it should be.Ive called every competitor and compared the stats with Case and their machines are almost always better than the rest in power/hydraulic capabilities.All of the other yellow guys took weeks to get back with me, or respond to my voicemail regarding trying to purchase equipment.

Very unprofessional parts person. Felt like my calling was an inconvenience to him. Won’t be using you guys in the future.

No call back for parts that had to be special order. I called back and was told someone would call me back. No one called me back for the second time. poor service!

David’s customer service is not as great as the other employees. Every time i go up to him to get help for some reason i feel unwelcome. His attitude is always negative.

The new building at the new location is awesome. Very nice congratulations on a new building all the best.

No help with problems from service department. Phone hung up twice third time rang for 10 min. Do not buy Case they do not care about your problems in the field.

I give this company a one star because one of their parts person (David) is very unprofessional. Always in a bad mood. Not to mention that he doesn’t give you the right parts. I hate dealing with him when i pick up supplies for work. But sadly there’s only a couple of guys just working in the front
