You people need to get your alarm fixed! I’ve been living a year right across the street. Your alarm goes off all the time! It keeps everyone in the neighborhood up. This has been going on constantly for as long as Ive been living here. The alarm is so loud and it runs all day and night. All of my neighbors have are fed up with your business. How can you just let your alarm ring like that. It rings 24/7 specially on the weekends. You people are extremely inconsiderate get your alarm system fixed and stop disturbing everyone around you!

Called in, price shopping vs. Lowes and Home Depot. Got immediate response and info after on-hold for 20 minutes with a competitor. Decided on United Rentals.Rented a 3500 psi power washer. Took 15 min to fill out paperwork, get loaded and out.Machine worked flawlessly, almost continuously from 11:30am to 6:30pm. Stopped and started multiple times with ease. Never a worry of failure. Burned 3 tanks of gas.Would have the confidence to rent other equipment.
