Great customer service from Robert; helpful and knowledgeable. The Wave model was fantastic to try. It is like you are floating while sleeping.

We passed the casper store at North Star Mall and I went to try a pillow I had always been curious about. The store is set up so you can experience different rooms with different products. The staff was really kind and helpful and knowledgeable. I actually had a great time. They didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need and I did end up buying the pillow because it is amazing. Great service and products.

Ray made it an incredible experience. Great product, great people, and great customer service. Thisll be my third Casper and I wouldnt have it any other way!
