Shannon was the employee that assisted us with our mattress shopping At the 281 location, and she was awesome! She’s very genuine, sweet, and has awesome customer service skills. We bought not only one but two mattresses from Shannon because we trusted her knowledge and she never disappointed us!! We had a great experience at this store. The salesman Paul was excellent. He was knowledgeable, attentive and patient with us and really helped us find the right mattress for us (which was not as expensive as the one we came in to look at). I would definitely recommend buying your next mattress here.

Well this is my second review...I just wanted everyone to know that UltiMattress on 281 stands behind what they state...Meaning when your bed doesnt feel right after sleeping on it for weeks, They will take it back and help you decide on your next one. Mine was obviously was too hard and didnt help my back...But it was easy to get this accomplished as I just called my Sales Manager Nick and the next thing I knew my New Bed had arrived. Im glad to say this one is night and day to sleep on to date. I highly recommend you stop here first before buying a bed, youll be glad you did. Thanks again Nick!!!

Shannon was awesome and full of energy. I had some questions about what the best possible bed could be for my boyfriend and I, he likes 0 firmness, Im opposite, and she found it! While laying on beds she was very distant and not pushy, definitely the best and non-awkward experience Ive had while shopping for beds. Her energy and positive attitude was very refreshing.

I knew what I wanted, and the sales people were beyond polite and didnt try to oversell the products like so many other stores do. They were knowledgeable about every question I had and were patient as I tried out the products multiple times just to make sure I was set on my purchase. Checking out was a breeze!

Edward was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to selecting a new mattress. We decided on the Temperpedic and are enjoying it so far. I love that they allow you to try it out for up to 120 days, and if you are not satisfied you can choose something else. He also helped us through the financing process, which only took about 5 minutes to get approved. Ultimattress really knows how to take care of their customers. This is the first time Ive been able to say it only took me about an hour to buy a mattress!

Ulti mattress is great. They are a bit more expensive than the mattress firm down the street, but you really are paying for quality here. The difference is real. The customer service was great and a way more comfortable experience than what I experienced at the mattress firm down the road. I ended up going with a sterns and fosters mattress and so far so good! No one talked me into something I didnt want. Loved ulti mattress and the warranty you get with them is outstanding! A great investment. It is a family owned business and I am always more willing to support family owned business more than commercial business because they really do take care of their customers better.
