Visited late afternoon to see what was new here. Rather small for what they are calling a Flagship Store. Then again, all they got is beds + pillows. Wait, I stand corrected! They have plush! I am not coming you, this was the best discovery of the day! Comes as both a bear and a dog for only $29 a piece! There tummies have the patented memory foam material for some serious cuddling!When we first arrived, there were a couple ladies in the front. I told them we came to try out some pillows; they called Austin out, then disappeared. We were the only ones there. Austin was extremely accommodating as well as knowledgeable. Anything he did not know he willingly found out for us! He was an excellent representative for the brand.Not much to go on except a nice looking show area for their core products, excellent customer service from the one employee. This was enough to say I would return, though!

We went to this store Saturday morning and Deseree greeted us, listened patiently to what we were looking for and took us through the store while we contaminated all the beds and had us try everything she thought would be an option. She was AMAZING! She took the time to explain all of our options and breakdown the different features and what they cost. She was absolutely outstanding and we did end up buying our bed with this store BECAUSE of her. I suggest if you’re looking for a new bed going to this store abs speaking to her! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Our experience at the La Canterra store was excellent. Laura and Austin were both so patient, informative and helpful. They were not pushy only interested in making a sale; although, I’m sure they hoped to make a sale. They listened patiently to our needs, directed us to various models, watched us go back and forth as we kept trying out beds and discussing how we felt without showing any frustration. Their concern was we find what we needed and then they assured us that when we got it home, if it didn’t feel right we had 90 days to exchange or return it.

I went into the store on Tuesday for a topper. When I went in a female was helping a customer and right away she welcomed me to the store and said some one would be right with me. She called out for a male employee a few times and you hear him say What? She asked him to come to the front. She tells him a customer is in the front looking for a topper. He walks up to me and says what’s up man what size? I tell him queen right away he says nope don’t have one. She walks away from her customer and informs me that it can be ordered and shipped to me. I just left without buying. Not the best customer service from the sales person I got. Do better man do better!!!

Great customer service from the moment you walk through the front door. I was helped by Deseree, and she was very patient and helpful while shopping for new pillows. She listened to my issue, provided me several different options, and ultimately helped me pick out a set of comfortable pillows. I would definitely recommend checking out this store!

My shopping experience at the Tempur-Pedic store with P. Rodriguez was great. I showed up with only 30 minutes left to closing time but he and another colleague made sure to not rush me and gave me the full experience. Very clean and very knowledgeable.

Walked in and bought the bed. Delivery were promised in 2 weeks.. Today 5 weeks passed and I still have no bed. Bought it for my husbands birthday. Its not a surprise anymore. Very disappointed.

Me and my wife were just walking around the mall and we saw this Tempur-Pedic store and we just came in not expecting to buy anything just wanted to feel the beds but we came in and Austin greeted us and he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. It made me feel reassured that we were in the best store possible when it comes to mattresses and we were allowed to feel as many beds as we wanted and they sanitize all of them. The only reason I got convinced to buy it was Austin’s friendly and knowledgeable personality. I didn’t feel like he was a salesmen but a good friend of mine just helping us out! This is the best store possible for all your mattresses and pillow needs! I recommend it to everyone!

We had a great experience purchasing our new Tempur-Pedic. It took us a while to figure out which route to go, but Austin did a great job helping us along the way to figure out which worked best for us. I highly recommend buying here rather than a brick/mortar store because Tempur-Pedic is what they do. More importantly they don’t try to sell you extras or pressure you in buying right away. This location is a no brainer!

Fantastic! The first time I went to Tempur-Pedic store I meet a sales person by the name of Deseree, she is wonderful. I told her about my grandmothers needs and what I wanted to buy. She went beyond explaining everything to me. I bought twin XL topper and a week later I bought myself queen topper. The toppers are amazing. I kept calling her telling her how wonderful the topper was and that I want to by. Mattress. I came in on a Saturday and tried out couple of them and again she explained the different mattress and I chooses one. I cant wait for it to come in. Again Deseree knows her products. If, you are looking for a Tempur-Pedic mattress, topper, or pillow she is the to go to. I will be going back to get some pillows☺️
