The whole experience from our initial conversation to the time I picked up my first bike was great! They were awesome about working with my schedule and always kept things straight-forward, which helped so much as this was my first bike. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. CTX has a fine line of high performance motorcycles, including Triumph and Ducati. I enjoyed both of the Ducatis I owned. I did have a parts issue the employees could not resolve, but Campbell, the dealership manager took care of it for me. He did not have to tell me he would take it up with the owner and call me back, he just stepped up and got it done. Bravo Campbell.

Hello, I am writing today about an experience I had at ctx moto works. It was great last Thursday as I bought a pair of gloves and a pair of riding shoes. The riding shoes are great however the gloves cause me physical pain. I tried to return said gloves after letting them know these gloves were painful to wear. They refused my return even though I planned on visiting more to buy more gear as I work on my motorcycle as a job. Knowing a company supports their customers is key for me. Sadly I was not taken care of. This is a shame because the shop is right in my neighborhood. I would not recommend visiting this shop to buy gear and expect them to help you out if you have a return. They won’t help you.

I had been hunting for a hard to find part for my 2012 Ducati Monster. I had been calling dealers and parts houses and was able to find it at CTX. Randy worked with me through the process of confirming the fit and stock availability and shipped the part quickly, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. He was fast, friendly and professional. This kind of service is rare and I could tell this was a reflection of a company and an employee who truly care about their customers.

I put in an inquiry online yesterday for a Ducati Multistada. Josh in sales called me and set an appointment with me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. After spending some time and answering all my questions he was able to find the right fit for me. Went in for a Ducati and ended up buying a Triumph Tiger. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend anyone to go there. I was also able to meet the general manager who finished up doing my paperwork. They had a great attitude and where efficient with time and the process. Overall, buying a bike from a dealer can sometimes be challenging or stressful. Today when I went there it was the complete opposite of those things.

Everyone kept it real with me and I appreciate that🤘🏽 Definitely recommend CTX Motoworks!

I just purchased a 2020 Triumph Street Twin from Rick at CTX. A very relaxed and unexpectedly friendly experience. Rick has to be the most passionate and knowledgeable sales person I have ever encountered. He has a knowledge of just not the product, but of the local Triumph motoring scene as well. I immediately felt at home, as if I were a part of a family. Never once did I feel pressured to buy anything, or option up on things that I didnt need. The entire experience from start to finish is top notch. Do not make the trip to Austin. Save your time and go see Rick at CTX. You will not be disappointed!

I arranged in Oct 2020, to get my bike in for service. Donkey Haul took it over 3/26/21 to replace lock set and some other minor repair. Its been nearly TWO months and no update on my bike. Ive sent multiple emails, web notes...nada, net, zip.The service here is as responsive as Land Rover (well get to it sometime...), which I traded in 2019 due to their pour service. I called about 2 months later to schedule my 500-mile service, but I dont think that this dealership is interested in aftercare of their customers. I called first thing on a Friday morning, spoke with Rick and asked to schedule the service. He told me that I needed to speak with Joey, who had stepped out, and he would have Joey call me back. Well, I hope someone has checked on him, because here I am 24 hours later and I am still waiting for a callback. A businesses customer service and caring about ones reputation has really taken a turn for the worse over the past 10 years. I believe DMoto Powersports is a prime example of this. They have missed an opportunity to show a potential repeat customer that they can provide prompt and courteous service even with the simplest of tasks. All I needed was a mirror. A mirror that they apparently may have even had in stock. I gave up after 8 business days since my first inquiry and I still did not have an answer as to whether or not they really had one or how much it was. I recently just put two Triumphs in my garage and I will now be looking elsewhere when it comes to my motorcycle parts and service needs based on this experience. I am not sure what the relationship is between the management and people running the service and parts department. Regardless of who they are, they may want to consider going in a different direction with how it is managed in the future. You never know what kind of impact will be made when a bad impression is presented. Sometimes it’s just the little things that can shine a light on a bigger issue. I hope D’Moto can take experiences like this one and learn from it. If not, best of luck on your future and retaining customers.

I brought my bike in for its 18k service. Unfortunately when they did the valve clearance, they made a mistake with the valve timings which resulted in a damaged valve. This didnt bother me as we have all made mistakes at our job and they did everything possible to make it right. However because of the mistake between ordering new parts, staff training etc they had my bike for 6 weeks. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication during this time about the progress and status. My bike is my only vehicle so being without my vehicle is quite an inconvenience. After expressing my frustrations to the owner they brought my bike to my house. Then the following day their mechanic came out to ensure everything was up to standard. This was very much appreciated. With that being said I am giving 3 stars, mostly for being honest about the mistake. Too many people out there are willing to hide botched jobs and be deceitful. DMoto has very friendly staff but their poor communication needs a lot of work.

It took over 2 months to get my bike from them. They changed tires, fluids, battery, clutch plates, and chain. I asked for a inspection and it was never done. Once I got home I found that the brake light did not work nor did the license plate light. They have poor customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone. I went to a different shop to get the brake light fixed and when the shop owner called to get the pet they had no idea what he was talking about. Luckily Ducati of Austin did. I called and got the run around and was even lied to. I had to speak with someone from the business department to get any answers. I would recommend driving to Austin or any other shop before coming here. They over charge and take way to long to get anything done. I have never done business here until now and I will never go back. Not worth the waste of time or money when I get the bike back and its not 100% fixed and still have to take it to a different shop.

I highly recommend these guys. I flew from my home in Washington, DC all the way to San Antonio, because they offered a really good deal on just the bike I wanted. And it was a no-hidden-fees good deal, which was refreshing. When I flew out there, Rick (my sales rep) met me at the airport. My mom doesnt do that. Rick is a fantastic guy--a born-and-raised Triumph enthusiast, very honest and knowledgeable. They serviced my bike for me while I did the paperwork with Darryl (I forget Darryls title, but hes in charge of sales.) Another terrific guy. They were both full of helpful tips and information, and also just great guys to talk with. Then, Im packing up the bike for the 1800 mile ride home. The cheap straps I bought for my backpack broke, so they directed me to another shop where I could get sturdy tie-downs. Then they tied everything down for me (sensing that I had no idea what I was doing) and explained how to do it correctly. Then they laid out a bunch of cool roads to hit on my way back, and showed me how to download an app to chart and record my course (Rever.) And then they saw me off--and checked in on my periodically to see if I was doing okay. The only thing I can compare it to is buying a motorcycle from your dad and your brother. I would fly to TX to buy a bike again from these guys (and not just because East Texas turned out to be insanely beautiful.) If youre lucky enough to live anywhere near San Antonio, Id recommend heading over to these guys. And, if you live on one of the coasts, consider a plane ticket.

During the sales process, the team does not pressure you to do anything and are not stubborn or demeaning like some other dealerships. I ended up financing and that process was fairly seamless, although I do recommend you call the Bank DMoto uses prior to signing anything to understand all of their policies and potential fees. The highlight of the entire experience was getting to meet the new service manager there, Claudio. He and his team are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few issues installing aftermarket parts on my bike and he immediately took care of me when I brought them in at a low cost and quick turnaround. Addendum to post below: Stopped by the shop again this morning 6/30 and spoke with Joey - he was extremely apologetic and promised to make it right. He is in route to pick up my bike on a trailer and states the bike will be done today and run as good as new. As I mentioned in the post below, Joey has consistently been pleasant and seems to care about what has transpired over the course of the past several months. Hoping for a good outcome.Dropped off my Diavel for tire replacement and check clutch - four months later and many, many phone calls and visits, following several attempts to pick up my bike and finally was able to ride away today. Bike ran awful, was out of gas, filthy, bent license plate, and no less than a nightmare experience in general. Before even leaving the shop, I asked for a towel and a can of spray cleaner so I could wipe the bike down and was simply handed what I asked for as the staff member walked away. The history of this experience goes back to March of this year and the problems with delays and run arounds cannot be expressed in this post without writing a novel. I called and left a message after returning home today and stated that I would never be a customer again, although I have been for years and have not received a response. This is the third and final time I have been told the bike was ready, when in fact it was not. The money that I have spent on purchasing Ducatis, service, upgrades, custom modifications (to include conversion to dry clutch) over the past 16 years here in San Antonio is staggering; I will continue to be a loyal Ducati enthusiast but will trailer my bikes to Austin or Houston for service and will never purchase anything whatsoever from DMoto - not sure how they stay in business if this is the standard practice. I will say that Joey that I have dealt with most often is pleasant, however I have never been more disappointed with any purchase or service (large or small) than I am with DMoto. The management should me embarrased... As I was cleaning my bike in the shop today the manager was dropping F-Bombs, complaining about employees taking cash without proper receipts; how terribly unprofessional. I never complain, am far too laid back but this situation goes far beyond anything I have ever had to deal with - simply pathetic. I plan to spread the word of this experience on the local Ducati forums to warn others to stay away - have no idea how DMoto has a 4+ star rating unless the positive comments are fake??
